Just so everyone is clear. In order to take part in a Cartel Bounty or mission your character must be affiliated with the Cartel. Unless, you've been given approval from myself or the other members of the leadership, we will not approve Indie's for hunts.
As of right now we will be going through the roster and contacting anyone who fits this description. If there is enough desire for indie character's to have hunts I will be happy to oblige, but until that is decided the bounties on our boards will be Cartel only.
