B I O G R A P H Y

Gemma was born in the Expansion Region of the galaxy, otherwise known as the Expanded Rim or the Expanse, located between the Inner Rim and the Mid Rim. Namely, she was born on Nauvina Station, a space station located between the planets Osarian and Rhommamool of the same system.

She spent most of her life mining the asteroid belts of the solar system, as many did who were not born on either Osarian or Rhommamool. With both worlds being lifelong enemies, they utilized and exploited the residents of the stations in between and nearest the belts ('Belters') for their resources. In exchange for ore, the Belters were given food, water and other essentials just for survival.

At some point, Gemma had enough of such living conditions, the politics of her system, as much as had an opportunity to leave her home behind and never have to look back.

With the Corellian Run trade route being key for the Merthian sector, she was offered a position within the mining ship the Blind Titan, and she took it, and here she is.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Gemma is an independent woman, having developed from an early age into a person who values survival and can appreciate that sometimes life is all about surviving, no more or less, with little complaints.

She knows how to have a good time, can both laugh and cry, but strives to maintain a face of strength with others no matter what.

The exception is with her friends, her family, not necessarily by blood so much as crew. While she may not hesitate to execute someone when the occasion warrants it, eyes cold as ice, she may open up under more intimate circumstances. It really just depends on what happens in any given moment.

Ultimately hers is a personality which is a product of her environment: resilient, adaptable, able to extend mercy as much as be merciless, hard and hardened on the surface, but gentle and flexible in her core.
