And just like that, the moment was destroyed. And so was the beautiful, slightly uncanny magic of this wonderful moment. Had she destroyed it? Well, she had slightly freaked out because apparently they were moving incredibly fast, but then there was the stranger right at their stuff an this required them to act immediately.

From one second onto the next, the lightheartedness had dissolved into thin air and she stared at the strangerbon the beach wide eyed before she glanced back to Caelian, her gaze immediately softened and gentle. There was now an entirely different kind of tension in the air, but she was angry with the one on the beach for having forced them to act like that.

She grinned sheepishly before she nodded, agreeing with his boat idea. "Great call...we'll be faster, but also we're stealing a boat" she chukled, however still following him without hesitation. They would bring it back! And also, they didn't have a choice. Swimming would take too much time and they would freeze again.

She hopped down too before she joined him in the boat, eyes slightly narrowed as she tried to assess the situation in the distance. "Oh no...more of them even" she sighed, internally preparing for what was about to come. What choices did they have?? They needed to find a way out of it, that was for sure.

"Okay....let's take your plan as a backup. I've got a better idea" she confidently proclaimed as they were getting closer. She rolled her shoulders and smoothed her hair down, clearing her throat before she out on a fake, sweet smile. "Just watch me...and maybe follow my lead" she added with a wink, turning to him one last time before her full attention was directed towards the men on the beach.

She had no idea whether her plan was clever, but her drunk brain was assuming it would save them and so without any hesitation, she stepped out of the boat as elegantly as possible before she seductively began swaying her hips with each and every step, the smile widening as the first adressed them. Here goes nothing, she desperately thought, but it didn't reflect in her mimic at all.

This had almost been her usual business on Corellia and so she was confident, however she was afraid of shocking Caelian...but well, they had no choice. She playfully began twirling her hair as she approached them with slightly overdramatic, long, graceful steps, opening her robe on purpose. The moonlight lit her light skin and the remaining drops of water sparkled while reflecting the moonlight.

"Ohhh...good evening, gentleman" she began, her voice suddenly thick with allure while she gave them her most seductive smile. "I'm sorry...I was just...trying to have a fun night" she winked at them, slowly shedding the robe while she approached her crumbled clothes on the ground.

"No hard feelings, hm? We can already be on our way in a second. We just stumbled across the yacht and it was a stunning view..." she provocatively slow reached for them while bending forward to pick up her stuff. Oh well..drunk Hailee was shameless and she knew how to wrap the simple minded around her fingers.

"I think you could just let us go...." she added with a sweet, innocent smile as she looked back up, but she was addressing the one that had spoke first with the help of the Force now. She was quite good with such simple mind tricks and she was quite sure they were about to drool and lack words now anyway. However as Caelian's unexpected comment hit, she immediately bursted into laughter, which she still tried to contain like a lady, but she was just mildly successful.

Caelian had no idea what to expect when Hailee offered to take the lead, which he did, but not without adding his own humorous reply into the mix afterwards. He watched in stunned amazement as the shy, hesitant woman from not ten minutes ago shifted gear and took on a new, vibrant personality that easily oozed charm and commanded the attention of every eye in the area.

The Echani could sense the sweet application of the force that Hailee weaved between each word, layered within each syllable an irresistible feeling of calm, attentive seduction that pulled one's self out of their surroundings to ensure they remained bound to her presence betwixt them. Caelian himself stared in an amused, but glued manner, gazing between her temporarily bare form and the six men, who seemed entirely transfixed by her attempts to alter the situation in their favour.

The lead man fumbled with his words as he tried to speak, but struggled as her persuasion eroded any control over his own motivations that he had previously held. "uhh we're sorry for bothering you ma'am, we were just doing our job, I hope you understand. Please, enjoy yourself and uh here are your things back.."

The man directed a subordinate to hand the objects over that they had found along the path and beach to each of them. Caelian felt the familiar metallic hilt of his crimson blade amongst the pile of clothes and other things.

Shortly afterwards, the six men apologised again and left just as quickly as they had arrived, leaving Caelian somewhat bemused. Likewise, he dropped the robe onto the sand as he quickly replaced each article of clothing back on in the dimly lit darkness.

Once he was done, he slipped the lightsaber into the belt, feeling at last whole and complete after the many hours that it had been missing. Taking out the knife and unfinished carving, he shifted over slowly to the wooden platform and hopped up onto it to sit while resuming the laborious work in ernest.

If Hailee thought he wouldn't say anything about the performance, she would be totally wrong. Once he was comfortable that they were alone again, he piped up with a lightly cracking smile, "What assets you have.." pausing for effect. "In the mind trick department, I can't believe you had seven men drooling after you with the flick of your robe." He was intrigued, and playful even despite what had happened earlier, opting to leave the past in the past.

Hailee would see the tulip taking form within the wood as he made decent progress now that they were stationary for the moment. He took pride in his work and was careful to cut in calm, measured strokes to limit the amount of mistakes that he could make. It was a fun little hobby for him, and he hoped to continue developing the skill over time and enjoyed the little challenge that she had set.

Men were often easy game. Growing up, she had made that experience again and again and it was funny how that never changed. Swaying hips, a wink here, some carefully, seductive words placed there and a few final touches. Voila! No trouble any more.

The sweet, innocent smile still hadn't left her lips as she stood there, watching the enthralled men give in. "Thank you, gentlemen" she answered, her voice soft, yet still thick with that deceptive charm. After they had given them their stuff back, she gracefully flicked her hair another time before she respectfully inclined her head and turned to leave.

Of course she was continuing her performance to the very end, even waving back at them with a cheeky smile without dressing herself just yet. Only after they were completely out of sight and earshot she burst into laughter while she shook her head in amusement, finally slipping back into her clothes.

Getting dressed wasn't too easy with the damp and therefore sticky skin, but the lighter Jedi robes helped a bit. After she was fully clad in her belongings, she moved over to Caelian and sat down across him, legs crossed and her head playfully tilted to the side as she watched him continue his carving.

Obviously, he had a comment already waiting for her and she couldn't help but to chuckle. However, after a few moments she had finally noticed an interesting detail which made her stop laughing for a moment. "Seven, hm? I see I see" she playfully remarked with a cheeky wink, knowing exactly what he had meant by that.

She didn't care whether that had slipped out or whether he had expressed that on purpose. She was wondering whether his movr just a few minutes ago had been a result of their slight intoxication or whether their playful, admittedly flirtatious banter had led to that.

Well, not that she was against it...it would cause much more trouble, but trouble always found her, one way or another, and in the end, did it even matter where it came from? She pushed away those thoughts and concentrated on the carving that slowly became recognizable. "If you need lessons...I can teach you some stuff" she teased, provocatively twirling a loose strand of hair while she watched the lily. "But you need to teach me carving...in case I ever wanna impress someone".

In the delightful night's sky rest a certain twilight that playfully sang its silent song, its energy spoke a calm across the lake and the inhabitants below. A chorus of the forest behind them filled the air in lieu, ensuring there would not be a complete silence enveloping the pair as they sat near the water, its waves gently crashing ashore.

He continued to work diligently as Hailee joined to watch him, his own legs swaying back and forth quietly below. Caelian chuckled as she offered to teach him. "I'm not quite so sure I could pull it off the same way, had I done it." very much trying to hold back his laughter as he replied, missing any other implied meaning she might have dangled.

The carving was nearing completion, and soon he would be able to present it, of course it would need touching up with sanding and perhaps a varnish to be properly finished, but he'd have to make do with the tools that he had at the time. He'd been doing this for a long time and was confident enough to face her while speaking and still working with his hands, hopefully not nicking his fingers once more.

"Well, I'm not sure if it's officially the correct way but the way I've always done it is by imagining what I wanted to create, then finding the right material to work with and then going from there. You will want to start small and only remove a tiny bit at a time until you get more confident, but with enough time you'll have a very rough object in your hands that resemble what you're after. Then it's just a matter of refining it until you're happy, see, easy, right?"

Caelian turned his body away from her view in order to finish the carving officially and make the final touches that he would be able to make in the field. It wasn't up to his usual standard, but its roughness was a beauty in of itself and represented how life didn't always turn out the way you might not expect. Taking the narrow edge of the blade, he etched a small C into the inside of one of the pedals while smirking. "Are you ready?" he simply said before turning around to present the flower for inspection.

Outreached in hand, he offered the tulip to her and held a cautious look on his face, waiting to see her reaction and spoke gently. "You're hardly in need of new skills to impress, Hailee."

The chilly night air softly caressed her skin and played with her damp hair that now danced in the breeze under the moonlight. Hailee kept watching the concentrated Caelian and how he skillfully shaped the remains of the branch he had picked up earlier.

She was happy that those men hadn't taken their stuff because then his beautiful progress would have been gone. Now, she could happily watch him finish of his diligent handiwork and actually pick up a few things while he kept carving the wood. "Hmm...that might be true" she playfully replied with a cheeky grin, directing her gaze at the moon that shed his faint light on the sea right in front of them.

The scenery was completely peaceful and it seemed like nothing could destroy the pleasant tranquility of the moment. It was just them under the moonlight and the peaceful pure act of carving. She closed her eyes and simply savored the moments while she listened to what he outlined.

As she reopened her eyes, she was smiling warmly yet again, the moonlight softly reflecting in her emerald eyes while she curiosly examined the tulip. "That doesn't sound too difficult but wow...it looks absolutely beautiful" she gleefully marveled at his absolutely marvelous work.

She carefully reached out as he offered her the delicate gift and her eyes widened even further as she carefully ran her fingers along the wooden flower. "I...thank you I guess. Yet you're the one impressing me with your surprising skills and eloquent, cheeky choice of words again and again".

She held his gaze, still sweetly smiling, the tulip now in her hand. This had had been absolutely breathtaking on many levels, yet there was literally nothing she would have wanted to change. It was already late and maybe that was why a yawn suddenly escaped her, now that the majority of the alcohol had left her system due to the cold water and the adrenaline rush of the people on the beach. "So...we've made it to Garvos and the lake like we've wanted to...but what now?" she asked relatively innocently, purposely letting him give input now.

Caelian's hands returned to his side after delivering the flower, gaze forward and a subtle smile across his face as her kind words reverbed through his mind. The last few days had gone by so quickly without really an opportunity for reflection or serious consideration, which had been such a thrill, and he had enjoyed the time they had spent together on this short little trip.

Despite wishing for an extension, the call of duty echoed evermore, and deep down he wondered that these last few hours might be the last they would see each other for some time. If that were true, then it only enticed him further to take the initiative and pursue her whilst he could. They had developed something already, what he was not sure, but it was worth finding out where the line should be drawn at the very least. If she threw the flower back in his face and ran off, that would make his decision to leave that much easier, he cynically thought.

The ever crashing of waves echoed across the shoreline, a light breeze roamed over the water and brushed the pair as they sat together. They could stay here awhile yet and the Echani wouldn't mind, despite the temperature dropping still. There was a certain warmth to their companionship that he enjoyed, and that was worth the small amount of discomfort.

His feelings were torn and conflicted, with all that happened between them and all the things she said running through his head. Her words gave rise to a whole host of opportunities, perhaps a new adventure called or another walk through the spooky forested walkway they had come through on.

He wanted to simply kiss her on the spot, but he resisted the thought, mindful of the unresolved moment on the boat. Had she rejected him once before or was that just his cynicism at play gnawing at his concious, he could not help but wonder. At the same time she seemed to have had a wonderful time and was equally playful, flirty even, and that was reason enough to at least leave the possibility open, he considered.

Playfully twisting his face back towards her, the lake had proven to be a cold entreat, but perhaps something warmer was called for. "Well, you won the swimming, only after I carried your butt halfway to the lake - perhaps it's only fair you carried mine back." a burst of giggling followed his quip, it was well late, and they had exhausted almost everything they could do here.

"I was actually thinking we should head back soon and find somewhere to stay, it's pretty late, and I should leave in the morning before my absence is noted...but I could spare a few more hours if you still want for company." Ever so carefully testing the waters, his hand slid partially towards hers along the deck, resting, to be taken or not as she chose.

While the light breeze sent a slight shiver down her spine she shivered for a few moments before she started rubbing her free palm against her legs. It was good that she was wearing her actual clothes again, but the wet hair still let her freeze and so she had nothing against a change of scenery.

That was partly the reason why she had brought it up, but also, she was really wondering what they would do now. The day had been long and exhausting on many different levels, yet it had also been an extremely beautiful and insightful day. The first yawn was not yet followed by a second one, yet she could already feel that sooner or later she would either have to get some sleep, more alcohol or some action to keep her awake.

Her emerald eyes rested on his while the chilly air was filled with the buzzing of a few inscets, the twittering of some obviously nocturnal birds and some other strange, animalistic noises she couldn't really place, but apart from that natural background music, it was just the two of them.

Instead of giving her a normal, honest reply, he of course seized the initiated and planted yet another joke, which she met with an overdramatic sigh. "Ugh...fine. That's not really a gentleman's move, but let's go. Of course the lady needs to regurn the favor" she teased after she had rolled her eyes in fake annoyance.

She amusedly chuckled to herself before she actually pondered on what he said next. What the hell was he implying?! While he had been rather bold and confident earlier, it now seemed like what had happened on the boat had changed him a bit. Her cheeky smirk turned into a rather sheepish one, but she fought hard not to become nervous now.

He clearly offered to spend some more time with her, but at the same time he was not fully making a move and so she didn't even now how to react now. All she received were mixed signal now and she wasn't sure how to handle them, but as he finally and rather subtly slid his hand closer, she felt like he was indeed...well...interested to continue that.

It was a pity that all the lightheartedness was gone and she was already craving it. Why was it so hard now? She didn't want to overthink, but while her emotions knew what they wanted, the Jedi had taught her not to let herself be blindly led by them. She couldn't commit more mistakes...not any more.

Was this going to be a mistake though? It clearly didn't have to be, right? Without letting any emotional chaos erupt she followed her impulses and confidently took that hand. Immediately, an excited heat rushed through her body and the smile on her lips widened again. "I feel like I could fit that in my schedule..." she cheekily answered with a now obviously flirtatious smirk again as she took his hand and signaled to get up.

They had their stuff back, so there was literally nothing stopping them and with a few more sips of alcohol her conscience wouldn't interfere either. She reached out with the Force and pulled one of the bottles nearby close before she skillfully opened it with her free hand and took a huge gulp. No matter how this would end, even if this would be a mistake, the night was way too beautiful to miss that opportunity and well...the chemistry just seemed to match perfectly.

There was a small amount of nervousness bubbling away under his skin as he watched and waited to see her response and to see her confidently take his hand in hers, spurred these feelings to immediately dissipate away. A warm glow bloomed across his face by her eager reception, pressing him into action. Hand in hand, his butt slid off the wooden platform, landing onto his feet with this blonde, emerald eyed beauty by his side.

He carefully put away his things while Hailee sought out some liquid courage, the notion seemingly agreeable as Caelian did the same. The pair walked along the beach, enjoying one last time the sounds of the waves and watching their crashing into the shore, the sand squishing between their toes to find the perfect backdrop. Pulling her hand behind her, he'd twist her body around as if they were dancing a number on the beach as her eyes appeared to face his, the position giving her a beautiful scenic view behind the Echani.

Fuelled by both drink and building desire, the latter becoming clearer as his azure eyes betrayed the fires within, hesitating only for a moment to savour how pretty her own emeralds were before pulling Hailee into a close embrace, intending to at last lock lips with the most beautiful woman on the planet. An entire evening's pent-up emotion and desire lay bare on one sweet early spring morning, a much-needed release of passion and energy.

A cheeky smile latched itself to the Echani's face as he pulled back from hers, light-heartedly commenting, "I should have challenged you to a make out competition, well actually I still might." One hand held hers, with fingers interlocked, while his free hand was brought up to sweep the hair back behind her ear that the wind was trying to blow in her face. He couldn't have looked more happy staring into her eyes, lost in the moment and without thinking of anything but enjoying it with her.

After a short playful period on the beach, they turned back up the sandy beach toward the road once more. It would be another walk along the creaky old cobblestone path to the city, slowly leaving behind the bristling sounds of the billowing trees that swayed in the wind and the numerous animals that sang into the night's sky.

Nearing the city limits again, Caelian spotted a white headed owl perched upon a tall branch ahead of them, watching the surrounding landscape. Pointing at the majestic bird, he whispered with a chuckle and pouting his face in the best owl expression that he could muster, trying to make her laugh, "Hailee look, it's me." The owl hooting by chance but seemingly concurring with its long-lost twin before taking flight back into the forest behind them.

Soon they found themselves back in company with the rest of the city, which had since mostly cleared out of people by this hour of the night. The handful remaining didn't linger for long, nor would anyone bother them as they approached a tall building offering rooms for the night.

Entering together, they'd see nobody available at the desk - the room empty aside from a kiosk that appeared to service after hours patrons. Selecting a room on a higher level for the view came with a hefty price tag, but one that he was willing to pay for, shortly afterwards a key card appeared and directions to the room were printed on screen.

After a brief elevator ride to the tenth floor and a short walk to the numbered room, Caelian swiped the card against the locking mechanism, causing the door to open. The Echani looked at Hailee with a cheeky grin, before making good on his earlier promise. "I challenge you to a making out competition." before leaning in to kiss her again, this time with more passion, pressing her against the door which opened further into the room.

Following her in, they crossed the threshold, the door closing behind the pair.

Usually, Hailee was quite composed when it came to such things, but right now, she was extremely nervous. There were so many questions, so many thoughts in her head and she tried hard not to let any signs of insecurity shine though. Why was trouble always finding her?

She had chosen to carry the fallen and defeated opponent back in the ship to heal the damage she herself had dealt, then they had been engaged in a very deep, insightful conversation and then they had spent the night like to friends that hadn't seen each other in a while.

They had viciously one another, than shed shared tears of deep running trauma, and then they had fooled around and laughed their asses off. Then there had been this indescribable shift and suddenly there was this tension...thousands electric sparks had danced around her and tingled the nerves of her body, and of course she had given in with this subtle, sweet move of taking his hand.

It was as if she had given this unspoken consent. They had both giving in...but were those just hormones on a chilly, exciting night? Was this merely passion running high in the two of them? Or was this much more? She simply couldn't wrap her fingers around it and so she just stopped questioning it and decided to do what she always did: following her heard.

Instinctively, she had leaned in as he suddenly made his move and released her desire just like he had done it. Their lips passionately melted against one another and the electricity flooded her complete body. She breathlessly oulled back after a moment, gazing deep into his azure eyes, before he let another joke loose.

She amusedly shook her head, still chuckling while they started walking again. Oh damn...was she really doing that? Where they really doing that? Well, what spoke against it? If it was a mistake, why did it feel so good? "All I'm gonna say is that I'll win again...", she cheekily replied with confidence, leaving open what she even meant by that as it was just a humorous, yet nonetheless flirtatious reply anyway.

They made their way back and headed to the next available hotel. Wow...this was truly clichéd wasn't it? She forced those thoughts out of her mind and focused on him only, bolding stealing more kisses in the elevator, leaving him hungry for more until they finally reached their designated room.

Her heart was wildly pounding in her chest, and it was not the alcohol, but pure adrenaline and desire that made her feel utterly exhilarated. "Accepted" she simply answered inbetween their passionate kisses, her body now pressed against the door.

It was now way too late to pull back anyway and so she willingly accepted that she might or might not regret that sooner or later. Her kisses grew more hungry, craving even more from him. She pushed him back a bit to have enough space to take her shirt off in one quick motion, before she carelessly tossed her clothes into the corner. This was bad...wasn't it? Making out with the man that had been her enemy not long ago. And yet, those thoughts were easily forgotten during that rush that still left her intoxicated.

It had all started as a calm, collected night out between the two enemies, er friends? frenemies? Whatever you might call a pair that had fought within an inch of ending each other's existence one day, questioning each other's existence the next, to now exploring each other's existence. The complexity had been quelled by their liquor filled evening, wanton desire overriding sensibilities, that just continued to escalate as they had made their way toward the hotel, no doubt that she would do her best to best him once more.

No sooner did the elevator door close did Caelian find himself encapsulated by Hailee's cheeky kisses, pressing his face against hers without needing further encouragement until she pulled away from him in a teasing way. Wild eyes lingered across hers, wanting more but enjoying their little game, before hungrily walking behind as they approached their destination.

A flagrant display of passion and lust later, pressing her into the room backwards, he watched intently as she pulled back from his embrace and in one smooth motion removed her shirt. Watching coyly, he couldn't help but approach her with fire in his eyes as the last of her clothes were thrown backwards, pulling his own shirt slowly over his head to join hers. Leaning in, his lips met hers, cupping her head in his hands while gently running fingers through her hair, fervidly making out with her as he continued to push against her body.

They briefly stopped as her back pressed against a wall, one hand now gently pulling her head aside as his lips planted kisses down her lips, jaw and before caressing her neck. There were no other thoughts now other than pleasure, his azure eyes glowing as his spare hand slid down the front of her body in a slow, deliberate manner, building desire wherever it pleased.

The hand gradually made its way down across her hips and curved gently behind, playfully taking her body in hand and lifting, intending to pull her legs around his waist while they continued to play, leaving little love bites from her lower neck up the collar, as the kisses returned, slowly finding her face once more before continuing their make out session, wet lips returning to hers.

Without the lights on, their lovemaking would only be revealed by the dim moonlight that peered through the uncovered windows. From this height it was unlikely that many, if anyone, could see them unless some voyeur across the way peered across from their own balcony. Paying no attention to such things, though, Caelian felt a powerful sensation pulsing through his veins as his heart beat increased with every second.

Placing his hand underneath her once more, the Echani began lifting her body against the wall with some pressure applied. The elevation allowing for his light kisses to course their way around her body, gently making their way against her cool, soft skin that glistened in the moonlight. He slowed his breathing to listen more intensely to her body and its reaction, taking the time to enjoy her pleasure as his consumed her body.

Soft kisses down her abdomen would easily betray where he was taking this, as he held her aloft and against the wall, with no end in sight.

Bad ideas make the best memories...

Right?

Right?!

Well one way or another, it was too late to turn back and the mood just seemed...right. So why not? There was nothing wrong with following your emotions and nothing wrong with letting herself fall. She trusted him, which was admittedly odd, considering their unique circumstances and that Hailee was usually of a rather mistrusting nature but there she was.

The door hadn't been even fully closed and she didn't bother holding back anymore. Their lips passionately melted against one another, both desire and passion running high in both, the Jedi and the Sith. How beautifully ironic that the two of them had gone through absolutely every emotional stage with one another in a rather short period of time.

They had just spent a beautiful night together and despite the banner he was wearing, Caelian was no bad guy at all. Instead, she had seen this conflict with in him, the doubts he was having and through their strong connection, it seemed like the two of them had gained important insights tonight and who said this couldn't continue?

Funnily enough, it soon turned out that the Sith was -despite his obvious display of passion - rather tame. The left corner of her lip curled into a smirk as he planted kisses all across her neck and as he slowly worked his way down, she couldn't hold back a moan. After the air escaped her in that gasp, she glanced down at his moon-lit silhouette of her companion.

She let him have the active part right now and simply enjoyed the show like a lady. If he wanted to take this slow, she wouldn't complain and so she hungrily watched him continue, the fire of her own passion reflecting in her eyes. Only illuminated by the faint glow of the moon, they continued their little game and everything that happened that night would forever stay between the two of them...

So they hadn't just spend all day and night together. In some regard, they were like night and day, too. They had now shared everything: From deep running trauma, to deep, philosophical conversations, to pleasant, funny lighthearted moments of pure joy and now uninhibited intimacy. Neither of them would walk away unchanged and neither would forget...she was absolutely sure.

The morning sunlight arched its way through the tall windows and spread across the wild room as the hours went by. The night's throes of passioned activities became quiet, the sleeping pair lay amongst a pile of upturned duvets and sheets strewn about as evidence of their illicit affair. Caelian stirred as the bright light reached across his face, turning away from the window and gazing towards Hailee, seeing her soft bare form laying there with her light breathing rhythm holding a trance over the man.

It seemed a shame to disturb something so beautiful, so instead he'd slip quietly from the sheets and stand before the window yawning, looking out over the city below, spotting the lake in the distance that had been a source of intrigue and delight that night.

Caelian heartily stretched, un-phased whether he was being watched, before turning back to see the mess that they had made in the room earlier. Used towels, clothes and empty bottles littered the floor and couch, no doubt their adventure had progressed quickly across each.

Making his way slowly into the bathroom to freshen up, he couldn't help but notice a stolen pool floatie had somehow made its way into the bath, with no recollection of how it got there or what had happened to it. Looking in the mirror, the nail marks down his neck and back stood out, drawing a grin from the Echani. After this, he found his way back towards the pile of clothes to retrieve his undergarments before slipping back into bed.

If she had woken up by this point, he'd whisper "Good morning cutie." before turning to face her and extending his arms for her to join him in a cuddle, should she choose to.

After she had been awake a little while and with his morning voice, he asked, "Are you hungry? I was thinking of ordering room service and then having a shower, but this is pretty comfy still." It would be a shame to be in a rush to leave this moment, but that disappointing time would come soon for theirs to part ways. This night had changed things for the both of them, a whirlwind of emotions and passion ago they had been enemies at arms length apart, and now lovers held close by.

Caelian wanted to savour the sight of those pretty emerald eyes, ignoring everything else and just enjoying being himself with nobody else watching. She was the dusk to his dawn, two halves coming together and sharing a magical time, and one that would stay with him forever.

What a day...what a night. Definitely a time to remember, but as Hailee woke in the morning, the first sunrays were already tickling her face. She blinked a few times before her eyes slowly began to adjust to the rather broad daylight, however as soon as they were open, her head began to spin like crazy.

It took a few moments until all memories came back up, and she realized that the blonde Echani next to her began to stir. She breathed slowly and didn't move yet, but even waited for him to disappear into the bathroom before she slowly pushed herself into a seated position.

Was that regret that immediately set in? Well rather nausea mixed with a heavy headache, but she didn't feel well at all. She stretched and finally forced herself to get up in order to freshen up in front of the mirror as best as she could. She waked over to the sink that was embedded in the small kitchen counter and sprinkled her face was some cold water before she rolled back into the bed.

She sat there for a moment, recapping the most recent events from the night before she slowly shook her head. Oh hopefully neither of them would get into trouble for that, she thought with some actual concerns, but who would learn about their little adventure anyway?

However then, something else hit her: What, if she just ran? Would that make it easier? Probably help her even? She couldn't quite tell where this thought came from, but as pleasant as is company had been, she didn't want to miss out on this morning or even end their time together earlier than needed. It was a gun time...so why not savoring it some more?

It was about then, however, when Caelian returned from the bathroom, a cheeky smile on his lips as always. "Good morning" she replied softly, slightly grimacing as the headache hit her again. Despite the nausea, food didn't sound too bad and so his idea was great. "Sure...sounds like an awesome plan so let's do it. We can surely use the time it takes for the food to reach us productively" she answered with a cheeky wink, rolling on top ofmhim before she glanced down into his beautiful, blue eyes.

A blissful eruption of happiness poured across his body, as he slipped down beside Hailee again, her smile simply intoxicating. He couldn't help but let out a little giggle as she climbed over his body, her mesmerising eyes staring back as he likewise locked hers as his heart beat faster still. Caelian would strike first, leaning up towards her face to plant a quick kiss on her delicious cherry lips, in tacit agreement with her statement.

A few seconds passed before he pulled back, gently biting her lip before releasing as he returned his gaze to hers, watching her reaction. His right hand slid up and above and behind, fingers twirling along the base of her back and slowly winding its way up, while his left hand fumbled and tried to coordinate their order.

Fortunately, it was relatively simple for a heavily distracted Caelian to manage, selecting a light breakfast of eggs, avocado and pesto on toast with sautéed tomatoes and black coffee. He offered the phone to the beautiful blond atop of him, partly to let her order whatever she wanted, but mostly so that he had both his hands free to tease her while she did.

The cheeky Echani pulled her further up his body while she fidgeted with the phone, planting small kisses down the side of her neck and running his fingers through her hair. Quietly, and with a small grin across his face, he'd begin to lightly compress her throat with the force while kissing, gently restricting her breathing but enough to let her know it could increase if she liked it. "Wouldn't want to be unproductive, you know." he said in a fun-mocking way.

After she finished ordering, he took her hand in his and placed it upon his quickly beating heart. Her touch was a fuel for his fire, an eternal desire for affection and lust, chest moving quicker still. Another kiss stolen, as he drew her in once more into his arms, wrapping them gently around her soft body, holding her still for a brief moment, totally encapsulated and his.

It didn't matter what was to come, whether this would be their last time together or the start of some journey, an adventure of two broken halves finding meaning in a galaxy where there was little. All that mattered was the here and now, the immeasurable pleasure of body and mind, where finding a glimmer of happiness was worth any price extracted.

She wanted to let go and keep savoring those moments, but the peace didn't last long...For now, she kept enjoying the teasing kisses he planted alongside her neck, the cheeky comments and his touches, but this was also when the doubts suddenly set in.

What was she even doing here? How would this even continue? Did this even matter now? The rather excessive alcohol intake now presented it's consequences too. All of a sudden, the nausea and the sleep deprivation hit her right after she had put the phone down.

She closed her eyes as he softly kissed her, followed by a sweet chuckle that sounded convincingly real. Kriff...Yeah well...what now? "Heeey" she playfully complained, "That was rude. Next time you order room service". Next time? Wasn't this destined to lead to trouble already?

She had had this internal monolog yesterday and had come to the conclusion that it didn't matter for now as long as they were having a good time, but now there was a slight regret in terms of how mainly his superiors would react if they would learn of that.

Despite that internal conflict, her sense of responsibility lost the battle again. Her smirk widened as he placed some slight pressure around ber throat, provocatively teasing her further and further until she swallowed the doubts and the guilt and answered his attempts with a passionate kiss.

It was too late now and an escape wasn't helpful any more, so she decided to enjoy it while it lasted. Only the stars knew how this would continue, but she gave in. While time seemed to stand still while she was tightly held in his arms, her lips softly melted against his.

Only after a moment and ever so slightly she pulled back with a mischievous smirk on her lips. "Room service will here soon, but you're right. We shouldn't waste our precious time...". With that, the sparks were reignited like a whole firework again and they did indeed use each and every last second before there was a polite knock on the door.

"Are you hungry?" she asked with a satisfied grin as she hopped into one of the assorted bathrobes that was laying around before she made her way into the direction of the door.

A twirling twilight of spurring ecstasy overcame the Echani as the pair intertwined and played their game. It was an exciting encore of enjoyment from the night before that brought pleasure and little guilt, disappointingly interrupted by their timely room service. Yes, next time he agreed internally and smiled at her remark.

Caelian betrayed a fake pouted smirk at the sound of the door knock, seemingly unwilling to let his bedmate go yonder, slowly tugging at her arm as she slipped out of the silken sheets to dress.

His azure gaze blissfully took in her form, he couldn't help titling his head to admire her some more before sitting up and slipping out of the bed on his side and taking a robe for himself. "I'm famished, actually. This better be worth the interruption I ain't payin'." His voice was laced with a cheeky kick.

Caelian considered walking over to help, but it looked like room service had left a small cart on wheels that Hailee would be able to pull into the room easily enough, so he instead walked over and began setting their table out. One eye slipped back over towards her as she began approaching, a smile caressed his lips as he spoke, fluffying up his bathrobe royally and trying to freshen up his hair.

"Table for two, thanks. I have a hot date this morning, I'm trying to impress. What do you think my chances are?"

After a playful banter, he took his food from the cart as she did, and placed it on the table and sitting down together. His food looked delicious, and he could hardly wait to dig in, taking his first nibbles to trial it out. For their money's worth, the food was excellent and Caelian looked relieved, looking back up towards Hailee and poking his tongue out cheekily.

"How's yours?" he asked in between bites, making short work of the plate as his hunger was apparent.

She had left the bed rather reluctantly, as they had still been interrupted, but the moment he mentioned that he was starving, she felt her own empty stomach. She had ordered something that perfectly fit her hangover, so that the interruption was annoying, but hopefully still worth it.

"I couldn't agree more..." she muttered, shaking her head in an overdramatic manner before she hurried into the direction of the door. Luckily, they had prepared a cart, so that the room service didn't have to stay longer than necessary, and after pulling it in, it was just the two of them again.

She approached her companion with a happy smile, as the food both smelled and looked delicious. Caelian had already prepared their provisional table in the meantime, and so all she had to do was to bring the cart into position. "A hot date you say...Hmm...I'd say as long as you stick to woodcarving and humor instead of sparring, you'll be fine" she cheekily teased back, pretending to direct her full attention onto the meal while she playfully shrugged.

The giggles, however, immediately followed, and it took a moment until she had managed to catch herself again. She then did the same he did by trying the first fork, and to her surpise, the food was pretty good. "Good...a perfect hangover meal I'd say" she answered cheerfully, already digging into the next portion.

It was obvious that the two of them had been rather hungry indeed, and so the plates were already emptied after a while, bringing the inconvenient follow up question closer: What now? Hailee already felt her stomach churned as she thought about them parting ways, but she already knew it was inevitable. "I wonder if someone misses us...By the way, do you need a ride...I don't know, back home? I could take you to a spacestation...". She carefully tested the waters, even though she dreaded the reply.

Her answer to the date question had him quickly smirking back, feinting a hurtful pride sting before bursting into laughter. The food was good and the company better, the pair heartily ate far quicker than they had planned to and before long they sat there quietly with neither wishing to be the first to end the fun times.

Caelian picked up his communicator after Hailee's comment about being missed and scrolled through a couple of missed messages with a small sigh on his face. It seemed like she was right, they'd had their fun and now duty was calling, something even he couldn't put off forever as much as he'd like to.

The thought of Hailee dropping him off back home on like Korriban or something was something funny to consider, but way too dangerous to actually consider. "Yeah, I imagine so. If you could drop me off near the passenger terminals, that would be stellar, actually." He'd purposefully laced that with a space pun to soften the perceived blow.

The stars morning light broke across the Echani's back and the warmth provided a soothing reassurance that his decision was sound, even if uncomfortable. Caelian played with the utensils for a few moments before looking directly into Hailee's eyes, whispering. "Shall we, then?" before standing, and looking for the clothes and other belongings that he had brought in last night.

As he slipped back into the clothes from the night before, he smiled and turned back towards her. "I mean, I still have your number Hailee, we could keep in touch... if you'd like to." Even if it got him into a little trouble, he was hesitant to never see this emerald eyed beauty again.

"Although next time the lightsaber foreplay might go in my favour, who knows how that'll end up mhmm." Caelian added with his signature cheeky charm. They'd at least part on good terms, with him walking up to her and taking her in his arms to hold for a little bit longer until she would pull away for their leaving.

Hailee watched him check his comlink before she remembered that she had to do the same. It was unlikely that she was being missed, because she was not reporting back to Yavin, but there was another interesting message that had just popped up.

A prison break...so even more drama and even more trouble, but there was no doubt she would answer Hauron. They had a quick chat on Onderon, but it seemed like he was now approaching her with details. She put her device away and tried not to let him notice that her thoughts were drifting off, especially because she wanted to savor the last moments with him.

"Sure...I can definitely do that" she replied with a grin, still trying hard not to let anything else shine through. She really had mixed feelings about the upcoming time, but she knew it was necessary for them to part ways. "Stellar...how fancy" she then added amusedly, actually impressed by that creative reply.

It was true though. Duty was calling and even though they had had an awesome day and a fun night, they had to leave. "Unfortunately, yes" she sighed, getting up as well to collect her clothes. They had finished off the perfect hangover meal and all they still had to do was to pay for the room and the meal.

Oh yes, and getting dressed. She hopped back into her Jedi robes, but that was when he mentioned the thing with her number. "Oh riiight. You've been super cheeky about that one" she replied, amusedly chuckling while coipping the lightsaber back to her belt. "But yes...I guess I'd like that, even though it might be complicated" she said to him with a smile, however there was a definite amount of sadness in her green eyes.

It was absolutely obvious that it wouldn't be easy at all, yet she was sure they would meet again somehow. "Yeah yeah...we'll see about that" she then teased back just as cheeky. There playful bantering hadn't stopped and it wouldn't stop now.

When he hold her one last time she leaned in for a soft kiss, a kiss that was somehow promising that whatever base they had established today, wouldn't be shaken easily. They had met as enemies, but after all they had been through afterwards, they were definitely leaving on good terms...

A sombre tune played in the back of Caelian's mind as he stood there before Hailee and held her close. Soon they would separate and go their own ways, lives as far apart as the galaxy between them, but regardless of the distance there would always be the memory of that long exciting night on Garos.

He couldn't let their last minutes together be of despair, however, as he wrapped his arms around her to pull her head into his chest after they kissed. His hands soothingly rubbed her back, while planting kisses on top of her head playfully. This was a comfort like none other, and not one that he would soon forget, the warmth, the passion and conversations shared were much more thrilling than any other person he'd been with before. There was something special about Hailee that always seemed to leave him waiting for more, and he'd not yet even left!

Reluctantly they realised it was time to depart finally, he whispered cheekily to help with the mood, "Alright, hope you know where you parked 'cause I don't." Slowly letting each other go, Caelian leaned over to grab the last of his things and followed Hailee out towards the door and elevator.

It just wouldn't do to walk back to her ship in silence, the Echani made a point to make menial conversation as they made the short journey over, whatever he could see turned into a comment or joke. It wasn't just that he'd be sad to see her go, but they'd been putting it off for so long that it didn't ever seem like he could find the right words to send her off with.

Boarding her ship for the brief trip over to the terminal that he'd use to get back to the empire, he couldn't help but feel exuberant about how things had turned out. The tumultuous and fiery melee betwixt the light and the dark, azure upon emerald, crimson and crimson had borne something unknown and yet known to all.

Taking one last opportunity to hug Hailee before they would depart at last, he softly rubbed his thumb over her cheekbone. He couldn't make sense of it at the present, but deep down he could feel that this wouldn't be the last time they would meet. For better or worse, their destinies had become intertwined, but what this would mean was anyone's guess. He may have lost their duel that fateful day on Onderon, but he'd feel that he personally won something far better.

"Look after yourself, I want you at your peak when I kick your butt next time." He wasn't going to leave without being cheeky first. With a smile he hugged her one last time and remarked, "But you're definitely paying next time, It's only fair."

He didn't seem to wait to stop their embrace, seemingly neither would she. Whispering softly into her ear he would simply say, "I'll be thinking of you, miss Hailee. You'll always be somewhere in my mind, no matter what." Releasing slowly, he'd start to turn and make his way to the transport, looking back one last time before boarding.

And just like that, another chapter closed.

/End thread
