This tournament is open to all, and is going to be the most explosive and most violent TV show ever seen this side of Tatooine*. What do I need to do?
A budding fighter must have many questions on their mind, burning thoughts that they simply must have answered. We here at GBE seek to have them all answered for you here. All you need to do is sign on up and sign our legally binding document***, and then just wait for your fight assignment.
What sort of fights will there be?
GBE did not earn its position as “the best and most awesome fighting show in the galaxy” (attr. Fightface Smashqueens Magazine 1122 BBY) by holding lame and boring 1v1 pitfights. No, fights are diverse and different, featuring team battles, 1v1s in special environments, one day on an ice world without any thermal clothes, the next on a swoop track with a full race underway, or even on a lava world in which you must never take the high ground.
One day you could be fighting against one man with a barbed wire chair, whilst also having to stave off a Rancor. Anything goes!
What's in it for me?
We have a generous prize pool here at GBE, ranging from free funeral care all the way through to state of the art speeders and ships. Of course, the winner of the overall tournament gets the much adored prize of eternal glory and a massive golden statue outside our base of operations on Hutta!
What are the rules?
Each fight will have a set of guidelines, which can all be totally ignored. Every single fight will be death and injury enabled, and most fights will only end when one side is incapacitated completely, or dead.
No victory, without sacrifice.
How does it work?
Players need only to sign up with their character below, and then wait for them to be allocated a sparring partner. I shall then set up the thread, and the spectators thread, explaining the arena and the fight specific rules.
