Taris, Sith Planet, 1405 Hours

Being given the opportunity to teach a class over combat, Draugr had taken the time to set up at the Taris Academy to teach the Acolytes or some Champions the ways of hand to hand combat. Lightsaber training was unnecessary as it was all they ever trained on, as well as the use of the Force. But now it was time to train in the assault or defense without your weapon.

"Alright everyone fall in. Today you learn how to fight with what you have. Yourself. The opponent have been known to rely on their sabers as well as the Force. So far that has been the same for you all as well." Draugr would speak on as he walked back and forth eyeing the trainees before him. He had a slightly regal posture with his hand folded behind him and face unamused. He was wearing a light armor set to differentiate from the common Imperial uniforms the trainees would be wearing for this session.

Draugr had been in many fights in his day and was probably one of the most qualified individuals to teach this class and help the next generation grow into strong warriors.
"Now, before we begin. I know you all have a lot on your minds.. so questions will be taken now and comments will be heard. Afterwards I'll choose the pair I want to see show us what they know."

The Zabrak would look around awaiting any questions or comments that may come his way. The current galactic situation was still the Killiks, but as of recent activity the Jedi have shown to be prone to attack the Sith despite the ceasefire ordered. Draugr hadn't overlooked this. He would not let his students and fellow Sith overlook it either. The Jedi were still the threat, though for now.. Killiks were the priority. Especially the joined.

A Champion he may be, but Sol was here for two main reasons. The first was simply that Draugr was teaching the class, and the Kel'dor already knew how accomplished he could be in hand-to-hand combat. Second, Sol was not nearly so proficient. He relied heavily on his weapon, and even more-so, on the force. But what should happen when he has neither? Now seemed a fair enough opportunity to practice. After watching Draugr throw down with Ochi, Sol at least has a fairly decent understanding of how to react to such fights, but experiencing it for himself was another matter entirely, something worth his time, no doubt.

So, he makes his way to the arena, the lights of Taris shining through intricate windows. Stepping into line, as he would be serving as the trainee, and not the teacher this go around, Sol would listen to the Master with cold eyes, focused upon what was being spoken into the warm air. When the opportunity for questions arose, the Kel'dor was the first to speak, his vocals polite and professional, "Are the use of claws permitted in this session?" Because that was technically hand to hand, wasn't it? Sol could throw a punch, but he could also tear out an eye with the long talons that adorned his fingertips. Both seemed like valid enough options in point blank combat such as this.
