PERSONALITY: Meistrin is a standard prodigy of the Chiss society in that he is calm, calculating, and rarely shows emotion. Even compared to other Chiss, he can seem a little distant and focused on the task at hand which means he has few friends. Those that are his friends share his drive for perfection and the advancement of the Ascendancy. Meistrin does not enjoy working with lesser species, but due to the Ascendancy's ties with the Sith and the Empire, he tolerates it as a necessary evil. He also does not trust Force users, especially Sith, as he believes them to be too emotional, unstable, and guided by passion rather than reason and logic. He is wise enough to keep that sentiment to himself.
BIOGRAPHY: Meistrin was born to a middle class family that fashioned itself from House Nuruodo, whether that was true or not. Despite being from a military house, his father was unable to serve due to health issues, something that caused him a great deal of stress and shame. Meistrin felt driven to redeem his family's name and become a top military officer. He worked hard to get through the military academy but was disappointed to only graduate at the top 94% of his class. Despite that failure (in his eyes), he was given a commission.
He does not spend much time socializing with others, though he does have a small group of friends who are equally driven towards perfection. He has no time for romance and feels that when he has achieved a higher rank and more influence, he will take a wife to continue the family line. What that rank or level of influence is, only he knows. To him, duty to the Ascendancy and the Imperator is the only thing that matters in his life. He wishes to destroy whatever enemies stand in the Ascendancy's way at whatever cost.
