Tabloid Emryc Thorne Purchases MorataCorp!

This just in! Emryc Thorne has formally acquired and purchased MorataCorp in a whopping 10 billion Crown deal. Upon completion of the transaction, MorataCorp became a privately held company. Stockholders will receive a premium to their per share amount for each share of common stock they own over the closing price of the trading day the President closed the deal. The purchasing is done by Emryc Thorne’s collective holdings firm which has invested in various up and coming corporations around the galaxy. Emryc Thorne personally will have a 30% stake in the company, the lion's share of ownership.

Dr. Ilana Morata, the company’s founder, will retire as CEO and hold a position on the advisory board to continue contributing towards the company’s product line. A new CEO will be formally announced shortly that is vetted by Emryc Thorne and the board of directors.

MorataCorp has grown rapidly into a leading pharmaceutical corporation after ISC’s initial investments gave it the funding needed to create the first vaccine to combat AMS. Emryc Thorne has had a stake in the company for years and this has now culminated into purchasing the corporation.

“I’m excited to further expand upon MorataCorp’s already impressive product line,” Emryc Thorne was quoted, “I will continue to collaborate closely with Dr. Morata as I have for years. With rumors of mutations of AMS circling the galaxy, we will make boosters and further research a priority. We also hope to expand the research and development capability to include new cutting edge technologies that venture into cloning or prosthetic advancements.”

Emryc Thorne continues to retain his position as one of the most powerful men in the galaxy and this latest move adds to his portfolio and expansive personal wealth. A self made man that once moonlighted as a DJ and worked as a Space Uber driver has now reached extraordinary heights in his tenure.
