Affiliation: just about anyone and everyone in the republic or anyone who has a reason to have it outside the Republic, usually frontier worlds and the like.

Intent: Since I have created the tech it has only been used by one person and I find that sort of sad. As I am the creator(of the rewrite) I feel that I should give a stab at creating a particle beam blaster. The idea behind the blaster is to make a simple and easy to use rifle for just about anyone to use. It will be pretty bare bones save for the exotic blaster tech. The main driving force behind the idea is to create a temple for future weapons so people can see what particle beam blasters should and can look like. I would be lying if I said I didn't want a space BAR.

Description: Created using the now open patent on Particle Beam Blaster. The original contract was for a large number of rifles to be issued to a frontier system for the local planetary militia. The original design was made around a more conventional military blaster design but it was rejected due to the fact that most of the conscripts in the militia were used to sporting blasters. So Elthar Heavy Industries changed out the furniture to a more sportier design.
Aside from an aesthetic change the rifle was created to be rapidly broken down for cleaning, being only four parts when disassembled and the system was made harsh climate secure. The most important parts are secured from the elements and with only the least amount of openings in the frame to keep the rifle firing in almost any environment. Easy the clean and made out of the sturdiest of materials the rifle has earned a reputation on the frontier for being accurate, durable, reliable and powerful given its smaller size.
