Emryc spat out a glob of blood on the ground before wiping his lips. When the Zabrak spoke, he actually looked down at his toes to confirm that they were, in fact, not twinkling. It was clear the half Sephi was entirely unfazed by insults, his eyes instead betraying a bit of curiosity.

“Not a Jedi,” He said as he prodded at the bike to see if it still worked. Hilariously, the thing simply smoked and fell apart into pieces, “Not a Sith…” He then glanced over at the Zabrak’s friends, deciding how many others he would have to hurt if they got in his way.

“I’m trying to make a getaway,” Emryc said calmly. He had quite a deep cut in his arm from a shard of glass piercing through. He grimaced as he plucked the glass out, gritting his teeth and grunting through the pain as he tossed it aside.

Emryc looked at the guns in the hands of both of the other teens and he rolled his eyes, “If you’re gonna pop me, make it quick. Otherwise I’m gonna keep looking for rides outta here,” He followed up by walking around to inspect other bikes. He would have to hotwire these instead and that took much longer.

The only thing that kept Enby from introducing pointy ears' face to the heavy end when she caught up was something about Crix being Force sensitive. Seriously? The hell was that? What does that even mean? She blinked and returned her gaze to the elf, noting the glass through his arm. He was trying to make a getaway? From what? There didn't look like there was anything chasing him. Her eyes softened a little, wondering if his desperation was just 'cause he was trouble.

Then the elf boy's mouth opened again,
"If you're gonna pop me, make it-" was all it took for Enby to swing on him, a left hook aiming to crack him across the jaw. She wasn't swinging as hard as she could, but one of her punches would still suck if it connected. Enby was stronger than she looked and, even angry, she didn't want to break his face that bad.

"You asked for it!" she yelled, stepping in to, quite potentially, hit him again. She was so nettled.

After getting his bearings, the Pantoran ran the short distance towards the crash. 'Force sensitive' and other terms were thrown around. "Wait..." Nobody heard him. "..hold on a sec-" Interrupted again.

Riyocho took a deep breath and took a step forward. But the Firrerreon beat him to it and hit the pointy eared male. But Riyocho hadn't wanted to 'pop' him. He just wanted to hit him.

Relaxing his clenched fists Riyocho's golden eyes stared with a bit of anger towards the injured attacker. Disatisfaction was evident that he hadn't been able to get a lick in. But the young face stared at the Sith. "The hell you running from ?" It would have maybe sounded a bit more intimidating if it wasn't coming from the under five and a half foot adolescent that hadn't just been tossed into a wall like a throw pillow a minute ago.

She had caught up, and the kid was bleeding. Wait, what the hell? she blinked, seeing him resolve the issue, when Enby came in swinging. She was mad, but she wasn't that mad... so she did the crazy thing.

She threw up her hand to catch the fist, face tight in a frown. It kriffin' hurt-- she winced, hissing in a breath. That stung even worse with the scrape.
"Hang on, doll," she piped up, "this kid's kriffin'--" when he was already moving. "Hey!" She called out, skipping out after him. "You ain't goin' nowhere," she called out, crossing her arms and stepping in front of him. "Else you're gonna leak everywhere. No good, kid." Amber eyes glittered with sheer stubbornness. "If ya woulda asked, ya woulda gotten a ride. But tell me why the kark ya..." she waved her hand vaguely. "I dunno. Blasted us from above? Not cool, dude."

As soon as the left hook came, Emryc moved like a blur. His hand whipped up to catch the fist, his other hand rising to land a lethal hit on the side of her head. As a trained Force user, he moved faster, and he had a split second edge on all of them. However, his eyes briefly met her rather beautiful ones, and he instead reached over and shoved the bill of her hat down to cover her entire face, casually shoving her back a few steps. The entire maneuver was done in a blink before he was back to tinkering with speeders.

“I’m running from the Rangers,” He grumbled a reply before pausing at the mention of leaking everywhere. As she asked why he did what he did, Emryc had to pause for a moment before looking around curiously. He rose to stand and quirked an eyebrow, “...You’re all joking, right?”

As he saw the look of utter confusion, Emryc shook his head, “I sensed a bunch of Force sensitives and thought it was a group of Jedi trying to kriff up my shit,” Emryc shrugged as sirens began to blare in the distance. He felt dazed from all the blood that was coming out of his wound. He knew he would have to cauterize the wound - he wasn’t taught healing skills like Jedi were.

Emryc began to awkwardly stumble and take cover from police speeders rapidly making their way over.

He'd totally zoned out there for a minute hadn't he? Ugh he was never going to hear the end of that and he just knew it. If nothing else he felt like he should scold himself for getting distracted. In his defense - the elfin sith boy was kind of distracting. He had a very... a very pretty face it had to be said.

Kind of cute but thinking that the mortal enemies of his mother and friends were cute was a no-no so he tried to ignore that thought instead. He could focus on how cute Enby looked when she was angry and how cute Willa looked when blocking attacks.

Or he could focus on the matter at hand.

That worked too.

The newcomer was definitely a Sith (only a Sith would say "not a sith" after having tried to jack someone's ride) and he was trying to make a getaway huh? And now they were all going to have to make a choice because the local police were showing up. Taking a breath, Crix decided on something he knew he was likely to regret but kark it.

He moved over to where the guy was trying to hide and blocked him from view with his body, leaning naturally but covering the other teen from the view of the police officers as one speeder slowed to a stop in front of them. The window rolled down and one of the cops leaned out.

"You kids see any odd types round?"
he asked them cautiously, "We got reports of a dangerous terrorist running in this direction."

Feck he was going to lie to law enforcement about a Sith because... why? Not because he was cute or anything like that - he wasn't some dumbass pining over a pretty thing. No, he was going to do it because he was roughly the same age as him. Unless this guy had managed to slaughter dozens of people before he reached twenty, he wasn't a terrorist so much as an indoctrinated trainee. He got a feeling, deep in his gut, that this guy wasn't as bad as all the stories said Sith were.

Sure he might turn out to be one day but Crix was willing to take a chance that he could be less shitty than that.

So he lied to the police.

"Dangerous criminal around here?"
he snorted, looking relaxed, "Only thing criminal around here is how much neon Enby thinks she needs to draw attention to the fact that she glowed up big time."

His momma would be so proud... flirting as a distraction.

"Wow...you must be karking shite at your job." He said bluntly to Emryc. Riyocho's expression hadn't changed. If anything it had intensified. "Horn-head can use the Force, which is by the way NEWS to me. But a group? Talk about needing a recalibration."

The sound of law enforcement became clear. The Pantoran kept looking at the Sith, not really caring if he was a dark sider from the broadcasted terrorist group. He still hit Riyocho and his friends before trying to steal the bike. Maybe, seething was a more appropriate term as the golden eyes of the teen relaxed his fist a bit more after Crix went to go talk with them.

Well, now, Willa had just about heard everything by this point. The pretty boy was talkin' some gibberish about them all bein' Force Sensitive; she woulda tuned out already, but something in his tone was earnest. He's bein' serious, she thought in contemplation to herself, pursing her lips in thought. ...Well naw, that'd be stupid. I ain't no light sword swingin' lunatic. However... the seeds of doubt began to take root, and she stared at the silver-eyed kid a moment longer.

...Right?

She nonchalantly stepped around him, then leaned against the dumpster. Brown eyes widened slightly at the look of cops, but then narrowed at Crix' lyin'. What the hell was he doin', lying about the kid just chillin' out bleeding? Was he karkin' nuts? But perhaps they bought it... she nonchalantly stepped back, arms crossed.

Careful to block the stranger's body with the billow of her jacket.

"Not seen no one shady here, except some sick rap styler down at the commons. Might want to check him out,"
she jerked her chin out, indicating the way they came in. "Wearin' all black and stuff, dude was creepy. And his words were even nastier," she pulled a face, cocking a hip. "You should go nab him, his work is a terrorist attack on those who actually like decent music."

Maybe the idiot behind them would explain more about whatever the hell he was talking about if they helped him out a little. Eh, couldn't hurt to try.

It turns out the wounded elf boy was pretty fast. Enby would have been impressed if it wasn't for all this unyielding rage. She fixed her hat and had just decided she was goingtto give her best shot at shoving her stun blaster through the elf boy's head when he mentioned Force sensitivity. What, like the Laser Sword Space Monks and their mortal enemies, Evil Kiss Cover Band? No way that was right. They were a bunch of punks- and sometimes Penny.

But knife-ears didn't seem to actually be lying, even though Enby had no way of knowing was unsure of why she thought so. Probably not space magic, definitely not. She was just clever. Enby's eyes turned to the police as they showed up started asking questions, half unbelieving that Crix was hiding the dude who just tried to steal their bike. A wise woman once said, "Boys are dumb, throw rocks at them."

Self quotes aside, Enby quickly caught onto the game. She leaned against the nearby wall, intentionally half slipping into one of the nighttime lights that reacted to the dyes in her clothes, makeup, and clothes. Half of her lit up in bright neon colours while the other remained the same as she looked over and grinned wolfishly at Crix.

"Whatever horn boy, you're all talk. Besides, that's obvious. I just happen to like a little colour," she turned to look at the officers, "You like it, right? Shame y'probably can't see in UV though. But yeah, we're tryin' to fix this pile of what used to be a bike. Some smug little shit tried to fly it and it fell apart." She rolled her eyes and looked pointedly directly at Crix, though her comments were absolutely directed at knife-ears. She wasn't really the best liar when it came to making things up on the fly but Enby could absolutely take bits and pieces of the truth and stitch them into something that wasn't technically wrong.

Yeah the idea that the whole group was Force Sensitive was a bit of a joke, surely? He wasn't just saying that because if it was true then it would basically mean him 'coming out' to them all as Force Sensitive was a bit of a joke as well. If they were all already Force Sensitive then why the hell had they never told him? No no... it made more sense that the weird elf-boy was wrong and his friends hadn't been hiding things from him.

... or they were like him and hadn't figured it out either?

Too confusing and prone to emotional shite - he'd figure it out later when they were no longer being grilled by the fuzz over the lil waif they had hiding behind them.

"Siccing the fuzz on your music rivals, Willa? Cold girl but I approve!"
he joked, trying to keep the nerves from showing before blowing Enby a kiss, "I wouldn't be all talk if you ever came round on your own Enby - what's the matter, you scared you'd like spending time with me solo?"

Ah flirting was always a good option.

Watching the teens flirting and joking around with each other made the adults slightly uncomfortable, as he could see by the way they shuffled slightly in their seats. He could also, kind of, get the sense that they were feeling... awkward? Frustrated? It was a little snapshot and he couldn't be sure he hadn't just imagined it.

"If we spot anything else weird we'll give ya a ring on the dog and bone, right?"

Dog and bone?

Feck!

No one used that kind of rhyme slang anymore!

It looked like neither of the cops had caught it however as they started to roll up the windows and move on down the street.

"You kids stay safe."

Crix waved at them until they were out of sight before turning back to the 'sith' boy with his stun pistol still in his hand and still pointing vaguely in the same direction as him.

"So I just lied to cops for you, pretty boy."
he scowled, "How about you repay that favor by explaining what the kark you meant about my friends and I."
