An ancient spiritual site linked to the Old Jedi Order​

Description

Dragon Gate is an old spiritual site tied to both the Old and New Jedi Order. Found in the deep wilds of Tython the set of waterfalls from the Great Yamaza River which fall into a shallow pool. The location was found a near millennia ago after the rise of the Jedi from the Age of Darkness, the location became a pilgrimage point for those travelling to the old Jedi world.

Over time Masters began taking their students to this place as the final part of their Padawan learning and conducting their final Knight trials under the Dragon Gate Falls. The tranquil setting allowed Masters to test their Padawan's in all aspects of the Jedi Code, be it martial, intellectual, spiritual or knowledge based trials.

The planet and the falls fell out of favour in the lead up to the downfall of the Old Jedi Order with much of their training and trials now taking place on Courscant. However the Old Jedi Knight Yvain completed his own Knight trails under the falls prior to the Crisis on Naboo.

Like much of the Old Jedi knowledge the Dragon Gate became forgotten by the galaxy at large and was largely unknown to the New Jedi Order upon its implementation. But since the return of the Knight Yvain and his taking on of Padawan's and their training the location of the Falls has been spread to Masters of the Order, as a place to remove ones self from the galaxy and achieve true mastery over the Jedi Code.

Intent

To create a cool new location for the Jedi Order to train new Padawan learners and for said Padawan's to complete their trials.
