BIOGRAPHY
Domri Seht was born on the planet Eshan to an upper-middle class family, of which he was the second child. However, Domri was born blind, something his parents considered a crippling defect within the Echani culture that emphasized communication through the slight body movements of others. Even worse, Domri stood out among most other Echani due to his black hair, which while not impossible to occur naturally was generally rare all the same. Due to their shame in what they considered to be a crippled and inferior being, Domri's parents largely hid him away from the outside world, almost never going into public with him. This forced the young Echani to learn to fend for and priotize himself very early on, creating a stubborn and often self-serving independent streak that would follow him into his later life. Despite his blindness, Domri quickly became obsessed with proving to his parents that he wasn't weak and learning to participate in Echani society, including learning traditional Echani fighting styles. The pressure he placed on himself very quickly awoke Domri's force abilities, which he quickly taught himself to use as a means to "see" around him. By focusing on the energies of those around him, Domri quickly learned that he could follow and pick up on other's movements as well if not better than everyone else who relied on their sight. His Force-sensitivity combined with an above-average ability to use the rest of his senses (on count of not being able to use one of them at all) allowed Domri to completely master the ability to move around more or less the same as a normal person by the age of 11, and from there he focused on training in combat.

Domri's parents didn't care much for his push for independence and self-reliance the older he got, still viewing him as a defective embarrassment to the family name. Having given birth to Domri's sister, Alyssa, about 4 years prior, his parents largely focused their praise and parenting efforts on his older sister. As both a female in a matriarchal society and being in near-perfect health almost all the time, Alyssa was the prize of the Seht parents despite their failure with Domri, to the point where many people thought Alyssa was their only child. Alyssa enjoyed her opportunities but not that they came at her brother's expense, and this caused Domri to have his first actually loving relationship with someone so long as their parents weren't around. When Domri was 12, Alyssa convinced her private martial arts tutor to teach Domri as well, without the knowledge of their parents. In order to avoid them finding out, Domri would wake up before sunrise every morning to train with the tutor, Yuzan, in the Echani martial arts tradition and with the Echani double-bladed vibroblade. Yuzan was somewhat of a best friend to Domri as he went through his teenage years, and though incredibly harsh and demanding of him during lessons, the older master was incredibly supportive and instructed Domri to be a better fighter than most other Echani with the same level of training. During their training, the young Echani explained to Yuzan the extra sense he had that the used to help him see, which the tutor quickly deduced was in fact the Force. Yuzan was slightly force-sensitive himself, and so gave Domri rudimentary pointers to refine his technique in both normal life and in combat.

Ultimately, Domri's increasing desire for greater strength led him to sneaking into his parents' personal library, which contained a number of ancient texts about both the Jedi and Sith of old. He began to steal a number of texts to bring to the public libraries where he used droids to translate and create audio recordings of the translation for him to listen to. Unfourtunately, despite Alyssa's best attempts to cover for him, Domri's parents caught him stealing from their library just a short while after his 17th birthday, and determined what had been going on not just with their missing books, but also discovering his early-morning training sessions with Yuzan. Domri held out hope that this display of resourcefulness and martial prowess despite his disability would finally allow him to earn the approval of his parents, but to his dismay they elected to write him out of the family will and banish him from their small estate, effectively disowning him. At this point, Domri realized that it was soley up to him to make a life for himself, and nobody else. In both a personal and tactical move, Domri snuck back into the family estate and killed his parents in their sleep, then emptied their vault and half of their bank account of credits. This allowed him to buy his ship, the Harbinger, along with a decent amount of supplies, some personal equipment, and his droid BA-19 to assist him in flying the ship. Early the next morning, Yuzan headed him off at the spaceport in an attempt to stop Domri from leaving, and despite the respect he held to Yuzan, the two fought to a near-stalemate until Domri gave way to the dark feeling that had been steadily growing inside him and force-choked the tutor to death. He left Eshan at sunrise, leaving his heartbroken sister behind and vowing never to return.

As his affinity with his Force abilities grew, so to did Domri's desire for more. Though he was no longer weak, he felt a need to be stronger, a primal desire he couldn't quite quench. He traveled the Outer Rim for roughly three years as he tracked down whatever information on the old Sith he could, grounded in his belief that their teachings would allow him to attain the strength he desired. Along the way he worked various bodyguard jobs for local mobsters, and tracked down the odd bounty when the opportunity arose. Eventually, a combination of intuition, a feeling through the Force, and various rumors lead Domri deep into the Unknown Regions and to the newly formed Sith Eternal. It was here that Domri was truly trained in the ways of the Force and learned the capabilities of the Dark Side. Having completed his Acolyte training, Domri is now ready to serve the Sith as he learns more and grows stronger, with greater ambitions waiting on the horizon.

Personality
Domri comes off as somewhat self-centered, although this is more due to his overwhelming sense of self-dependence. The Echani is loath to rely to heavily on others, if at all, but he is willing to do so if it suits his purposes. Although far from the weak cripple his parents originally envisioned him to be, Domri is still obsessed with his early desire to become better and stronger, something that has only grown as he delved deeper into the Dark Side. He often maintains a shadow-like presence within groups, content to sit back and listen but not afraid to speak up and make himself or his opinions on a matter known. He is extremely confident in himself, bordering on arrogance sometimes, but also as a means of projecting strength. As part of this, he wears a cloth band over his eyes most of the time, though it wouldn't matter at all if he didn't. Without it, other people likely wouldn't even notice that he's blind, but he wears it as a sign of what he has overcome. Additionally, Domri has an issue with what he considers to be unjust authority, something that stems from his hatred towards his parents. If he considers someone in a position of power to be weak, he is quick to dismiss them and ignore any commands they give.

Skills
Domri is highly skilled in traditional Echani martial arts, more so than even most sight-inclined individuals of his age. Additionally, as part of his training he is adept with a variety of bladed weapons, but most specifically the traditional Echani double-blades, which he modeled his Sith lightsaber after. Due to the unique way in which he "sees", Domri has been trained to be adept in a personal style of lightsaber combat which incorporates the strong defensive stances and movements of Form III, Soresu, with the redirected and counter-attack style of Form V, Djem So. Domri is also proficient in a number of Force abilities, including telekenetic pushes and pulls, enhanced acrobatics, Force choke, and Force lightning. As a result of both his Force-sensitivity and being born blind, Domri naturally has heighted taste, smell, hearing, and touch. He is well-versed in both Galatic Basic and Binary, which he learned in order to communicate with his astromech droid.
