He was almost disappointed when his irritating companion didn’t throw barbs his way. The pureblood cast a few glances over his shoulder, caught the broody expression, and snickered to himself as he walked. True to his promise, the cave appeared just ahead, but so did some crude speeders parked not too far away. It wasn’t surprising that there were others out here trying to mine crystals - he only hoped there was enough left for the Sith.

Azar was not ecstatic about walking into an enclosed space and fighting anyone. He looked over at Nico, debating his uses for a moment. Anything was better than close quarters combat, “You…bring them out… I kill from here,” He suggested. Surely Nico could provide some sort of distraction to lure out the other scavengers in the cave and Azar could take them out with his lanvarok. It called for more teamwork than the Pureblood liked, but wasn’t it the other Sith’s suggestion to work together?

As Nico emerged from the treeline, he noticed the speeders a short distance from the cave entrance. Competitors for the crystals it seemed. While they were an unwelcome complication, part of him relished the opportunity. Finally someone he could lash out at.

Suddenly Red wanted to talk and Nico made a show of wheeling around with surprise. "You want me to bring them out?" he repeated slowly, as if translating the words of a lower lifeform. Of course, it was not a bad idea; he had already observed the pureblood's skill with his strange stick. But he was in the mood to dispute anything Red said at this point.

"Your name" Nico said coldly. "Give me your name". The other Sith could not know, but it went against Nico's nature to fall into step with anyone. To adopt this guy's plan after the way he had behaved bordered on impossible for the Sennexian. He had to get something in exchange, even if it was nothing more than this pain in the ass's moniker.

Azar’s smirk left his face when the other Sith whirled around on him and addressed him as if he were a toddler. A mentally dysfunctional being. The Pureblood bristled, his yellow eyes narrowed to slits. And then he asked his name again! What was this man’s obsession with his name? And yet the more he asked for it, the less inclined Azar was to give it. In fact, he was at his wit’s end with this insufferable peacock that was more a hindrance than an aid.

The Pureblood stepped closer towards the pretty man, his rage bubbling beneath the surface, “Fuck,” He said very slowly, mockingly, just as Nico had done to him, “You,” He finished before he shoved the other man with both his hands against his chest. With luck, it would send the idiot tumbling down the hill they stood at. Azar was ready to fight this fool, his better judgment and nature tossed to the wayside. This man had a way of getting under his skin and he would pay.

By now, Nico was not surprised that he did not score an easy win. The impassive pureblood did not simply surrender his name, but instead stepped towards him. His words hit hard, despite them being half-expected.

Then Red moved to shove Nico. It might have worked, but the Sennexian had been pumped for far too long now and spoiling for any excuse to strike back. No sooner had the other Sith raised his hands than Nico was roiling like a storm. He grabbed a crimson wrist in each hand and pushed back, not so much with his physical strength, which was middling, but with his fury and disdain, in a twisted Force attack intended to at least throw the pureblood off balance.

Even as Nico struck, he felt conflicted. Was Red really as retarded as he seemed? But he was coming for him, that was all that mattered. He simply would not have it.

Azar’s hands were caught and the other Sith used the Force to knock him back. However, the Pureblood twisted his hands to grasp the other man’s forearms, sending them both tumbling down painfully along the ridge. Dust erupted from where they rolled down the hill, landing with a thud at the bottom. Fortunately for now, no one was outside of the crystal caves, or so it seemed.

The Pureblood glared up at the man that landed atop him, finding himself at a disadvantaged position. However, he wasn’t going to let the man recover, and he swung a punch from lying on his back aimed square at the man’s pretty jawline. Combat may not have been his forte, but he had brawled enough in his youth to slug someone properly and Nico’s face was just begging for it.
