NAME: Barvok Irathareo
FACTION: Bounty Hunter/Merc
SPECIES: Human
AGE: 18
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 166cm or ~5’5
WEIGHT: 60kg or ~133 Pounds
EYES: Brown
HAIR: Brown
SKIN: Caucasian
CLOTHING: Normally he wears a Combat Suit - Normal factory style (As seen in Kotor) and wearing black shoes, normally designed for running
CREDITS: That silly 1,000
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: His wrists normally have very small cuts on them (It’s not what you think)
DOMINATE HAND: Left
FORCE SENSITIVE: No

STRENGTH: About the same as the other guy
DESTERITY: Highly Agile, he can limbo lower than you can… (Along with fast reflexes)
CONSTITUTION: A little above average (Say a 11-12 on the DnD system)
INTELLIGENCE: About his trade he may be smart but otherwise…
WISDOM: The spoon bends WHAT WAY now?! Not too large in the common sense area.
CHARISMA: On the DnD scale he would rate a 12ish (Above average)

SKILLS:
Good at:
Bypassing your average security door
Stealth
Setting up demolitions
He can confuse the average guy into doing what he wants them to do
Repairing things and hacking into computers isn’t exactly beyond his skill either.

Oh yeah; when he wants to he has a very keen eye.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
When his defenses are down (Which is basically when he isn’t ‘on the job’) threat assessment isn’t exactly his priority in his mind (Ie, I wonder how hot that steaming cup of coffee is… *Puts finger in*). It can border on the idea of stupidity. Apart from that, he is attached to a cat-like creature that lives in his space ship.
For strengths, he is a good bounty hunter/merc?

GEAR:
On him he normally carries:
2x Energy Shield Armbands
Heavy Blaster (Two maybe)
Vibro Sword
Stealth Field Generator
Combat Suit

SHIP:
The ship he possess is what he so fondly calls; “The Mistake”. It gets you from A to B but it’s old, outdated and well, clunky. Why it’s called the mistake might you ask? The Gods made the mistake that it still exists. (However, Barvok might be stuck without it)

PETS:
A cat like thing – It lives in The Mistake but it does go out for strolls with its master when he is on a planet. (Think Domestic cat size/weight). Oh yeah, the cat is named Foxy the Fox…

PERSONALITY:
Although lacking common sense and forgetting the normal pleasantries that one would normally expect of the average person he is normally a rather decent guy (That also works hard to be useful, in at least one way). Because of the curious nature that is the scout that he wishes to find, Barvok has also taken to their curiosity with the small wish that the guy who found his planet also existed there.

Living in the Universe isn't exactly cheap, so he divided to become a Merc/Bounty Hunter to pay those expenses... And hopefully get a new ship.

HISTORY:
Barvoks parents were well respected in their community and were rather skilled farmers for their technology. Leading a normal childhood; at the age of 3 and a half their equivalent of gunpowder was invented and ended the dark-ages with a dead Father and his mother to fend for him.

Eight Months pass and the gunpowder of this planet became defunct as spaceship lands nearby Barvoks mother’s shack as he looks at the stranger babbling something in a foreign language (“Well, my memory was fuzzy at the time but I think everyone looked just as confused as he was,” commented Barvok, laughing at the end). Barvok was enthralled by the spaceship for the day that it had stayed at the planet.

After the ship had left the populace was very startled with the crazy meteorite thing (“Well, closest translation… Funnily enough, our language still uses those words for the average spaceship.” He remarked) but much to their surprise, two months later a large number of spaceships started to land; construction ships to be exact. It was really by stroke of luck that the Republic found this planet; they were a little more willing to help the place develop over some other corporations.

As time passed (Say, 2 years), Barvok was one of the first to learn Galactic Basic and speak it with a moderate level of fluency (Reading and writing too); this made him rather important in certain negotiations. In his spare-time however he did actually hang out with the engineers and the slightly darker ilk that comes to these developing planets; this being where he learns the tricks of his current trade.

To jump forward to the now and then back three years, Barvok had an infatuation with a woman who happened to visit the planet for the next few months (“I mean, she had eyes and hair the colour I’ve never seen before; a nice cool blue and blond hair. There were other features too but I really only paid attention to the top half of her...” Barvok recalled, soon his eyes light up remembering something; "Oh yeah, he was a merc too"). Now, how this worked is the simple fact that if it wasn’t for her he wouldn’t have been given The Mistake (“Was a going away present I’ll never forget from that woman; took me 5 months to get it working fully” he grumbled) to go venture into the world and try and put a practical use to the skills he learned in the planet. She stayed in the planet for three months.

Now, tracking that lady down wasn't a priority to Barvok. he knew there was at least twenty different people in the universe that could look like her instead a simple chance at meeting that Republic Scout that found his planet and thanking him for it was good enough of a motivated. Oh and the stories that lady talked about her adventures in the universe was a good way to make some cash while searching too.

ROLE-PLAYS:

Other Info
Uath Prime – His home planet. The system itself is in the “Expansion region” between the Hydian Way and Corellian Run and is a 2 planet system; one being habitable and the other being a gas giant. Uath system is rich in raw materials however locating this system was difficult as the sun in this system is not very bright and because of this was only truly found when a Republican Scout’s Hyperdrive was shut down when it encountered a ‘gravity well’ about 15 years ago. In a little under a year after being found they were actually offered to join the Republic and in which was accepted.

The people of Uath Prime was actually in our example of the late Medieval ages and much like the Japanese; adapted to the new technology in little a little over 5 years (With their systems raw resources helping them).

The Inhabitants of this planet normally speak their native tongue among each other however, when speaking galatic Basic they have a faint but noticeable accent to it (I say it’s like Irish but yeah)

Why I say this is because it is just where he came from; considering he is from a planet that was basically in the dark ages 15 years ago you can add in racial insults about his technological prowess. Plus feel free to comment on plausibility and I’ll answer that a Wizard made it happen.
Make a suggestion to make it more real/possible if you find something a little… Off. Oh yeah, some things look shorter on Word...

You put for Charisma that it would be ~12 on the DnD scale. Convert that to a scale or something. I'm sure not everyone here played DnD before.
