"So, captain just scolded me for not keeping up with my logs, saying this is the only way corporate can identify me if something goes wrong. It better not be, though. The Lorso family has been part of Blackwell since its very founding. Who cares that we've never made it all the way to executive positions? My parents both work for the company, too, so this shouldn't be the only thing that can identify me.
Besides, I'm the navigational officer onboard this freighter. I didn't go through four years of corporate academy and then another two through pilot school to only be identified by a HoloNet-backed logging system. Those executive guys really don't give a [redacted from log per captain's discretion].
Anyway, we're on the Commenor Run coming from Manaan with destination Coruscant. We've heard the news, about the Sector Ranger HQ down there, the revival of the Sith Empire and all that muck. The captain's been very clear on the matter: We simply transport kolto from Manaan to Coruscant, nothing more, nothing less. We don't entertain direct offers from others in need, we don't land near the ruins or any one of the makeshift hospitals. We drop the shipment at the Blackwell Hangar, take a week off and then get back to the ship and head back to Manaan to do it all over again."

Anyway, my first assignment seems to be long-term. I'm to fly around this Galactic Celebrity called Emryc Thorne while he does Force knows what. I just hope he doesn't remember us meeting in a bar on Coruscant that one time. [recording skips] Right now we're on Tatooine where mister Thorne entertains the Queen of Naboo, I kid you not, so that's a big change from the standard Coruscant-Manaan route. These Outer Rim hyperlanes are badly maintained, report beacons are frequently missing and the threat of pirates increases tenfold once you leave FWA space. It's a challenge, but nothing I can't handle."
