I've made some edits to the one I sent out to you guys, so I'm posting the layout of systems and their defenses here. Outer Expansion and Capital Planets will be covered in Fortifications.

The second thread, after the completion of Firrerre, Bunduki, BN and I will cover reinforcing the Border Patrol and Inner Colonization defenses, by the numbers displayed in the spoiler. This second thread will also cover the security of the hyperspace lanes with Alex.
