- Personality -

Operative 66 is the living manifestation of destiny. Operating from the shadows he seeks to keep the balance of power within the senate by assassinating those who he deems to toxic a democratic Republic. While technically a political terrorist to some and a hero to others he is known ONLY to those in the upper echelon. This is due to him taking extremely well paid side contracts. His job has made him very to the point and he accepts no faffing about. Once a deal is made the parameters of the deal do not change, if a customer attempts to change the deal Operative 66 (O66) kills both parties evolved. Fearless, remorseless, precise and unbelievably effective he is a deadly weapon operating in the deepest of secrecy.

This is my idea for a political terrorist. The idea is that he could maybe be hired in order to swing the balances of power in the senate or something like that. I just couldn't seem to word it correctly in the personality bit so any help would be appreciated!
Operative 66 and my character oughtta RP sometime once I get around to finishing him. He's essentially the invisible man of hired guns who claims to be able to kill Sith. Not so much a well-established business, but more-so one in the works and hopefully on its way to become a crew to inspire fear within the dark Order. With specific anti-force wielder tactics and know-how, and the price to match their skill. No Jedi allowed though. No exceptions.

Viesa Kryze. More commonly known by her nickname, Sieghart.

APPEARANCE:
Sieghart is a red-haired Human woman of slightly pale complexion. Her bluish green eyes clash with her hair color. Generally without make-up, her face is adorned with scars across the right side of her face; origins of these scars vary from story to story. Normally hidden by the collar of her preferred uniform, a rough scar is located on her neck, from a failed assassination attempt by unnamed assailants.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Sieghart is a Force sensitive woman whose strength is below that of the average Mandalorian. This is in part due to her upbringing with the Jedi, where training and studying were given precedence over strength. Her skills in lightsaber combat have improved over the years, having merged Jedi techniques with Mandalorian swordsmanship. She has given her attempt with blasters, but her marksmanship is below average. Though rarely displayed in public, Sieghart remains a decent practitioner of the Force; her strengths lay with telekinesis and telepathy.

Sieghart has proficient skills in hacking and deception, setting up her own intelligence gathering network centered around an alter ego known as The Old Man. She has been trained with basic combat medical skills during her time with the Mandalorians. Any charisma she possesses comes from her bluntness, which has made her more than one enemy.

PERSONALITY:
A sharp mind, Sieghart possesses the patience and cunningness to work angles to her favor. Her time as a Jedi taught her to adapt to different cultures, which she has done to be culturally aware in the Senate and use customs to manipulate her fellow Senators to her favor. She has a temper, but it is generally kept in check by her Jedi teachings. However, she loathes foolishness, spitting "fool" as an insult worse than profanity. Though normally she keeps herself in check, she is not afraid to speak her mind.

Despite her upbringing with the Jedi, Sieghart holds them in disdain, viewing them as child-kidnappers and religious zealots. Her initiation with the Mandalorians has led to a fondness for the culture (if with the exception of some Mandalorian recipes). Seeing the Sith as a threat, a belief stemming from her time with the Jedi and her new life with the Mandalorians (whose homeland borders with the Sith dominion), she is a supporter of war with the Sith, though is against involving the Jedi, stating on more than one occasion "we should not become the Jedi's puppets in their holy war against the Sith."

BIOGRAPHY:
Taken as a baby to the Jedi Order, Viesa was raised by the Jedi to become a Jedi. Ignorant of her parentage, she went through the typical training, albeit a bit rebellious. She couldn't understand why the Jedi claimed to be different from the Sith while at the same time seeking the complete annihilation of the Sith ways. However, her master sought to teach Viesa diplomacy and took her on multiple diplomatic meetings.

When she was seventeen, Viesa sought to learn of her origins, something not every Jedi are advised to research. Her investigation revealed her full name was Viesa Kryze, child to proud Mandalorian parents. Her parents had died, and the orphan was taken in by the Jedi, never given the opportunity to be adopted by Mandalorians, all because she was Force sensitive. In combination to other events in her life, she felt betrayed.

The teenage Viesa abandoned the Jedi Order and went to Mandalore. Her people were initially wary, but she eventually gained their trust. She became friends with many of her people, and became indoctrinated into the Mandalorian culture. Her time as a Jedi diplomat's aide brought her to the world of politics, where her expertise and knowledge were used by the previous Senator of Mandalore to navigate the political seas, taking advantage of previous Jedi ties. She became a prominent face in the Mandalorian political world, eventually gaining the nickname Sieghart, attributed to her stonewalling of several military reforms targeted at Mandalore and the Border Alliance. Eventually the Senator of Manalore retired, and Sieghart became the new Senator. For the next nine years, she cultivated alliances and comrades. To further her goals, she established her own information gathering network, leading under the pseudonym "The Old Man".

GEAR:
Her Jedi robes long since burned, Sieghart is largely seen in public in a white and black dress uniform; underneath is a military-grade light armor. Her wing-shaped hair ornament is a relay device connected with an earpiece inside her ear used for two-way communication, along with serving as a recording device which activates upon her saying the word "well". When facing combat, she will done her Mandalorian armor. When pretending to be the information broker The Old Man, she uses an assortment of attire found on different worlds. Her lightsaber is generally always with her. At times, especially in less civilized areas, she will have a blaster with her as well.

My Sacred Band of Ziost character got some pretty major overhauls, so I figured I may as well repost her here. She got a name change, a change of race from human to Echani, an expansion and editing of her personality and an editing of her biography to match her new species.

Personality


Once, what feels like a lifetime ago, Nisara was a child being trained in the ways of her people on her home planet of Eshan. Once, she was a fighter of middling ability. Once, she was a mercenary to be feared, despite her failure to master the upper tiers of the Echani art. Once, she would have done anything from bodyguard work to assassination. Once, she had been a fool with no understanding of what it meant to be truly enlightened.

In truth, that time was not so long ago. Only a couple of years ago, in fact. Now, however, she is a changed woman. Some would say an enlightened woman, whereas others would say a corrupted and twisted woman. Nisara is one of the most devout followers of the Sith code and beliefs in existence. Well, that she is aware of. She would assert that she is the single most loyal and devout their beliefs that there is, even going so far as to give herself the title of Priestess of the Sith.

Nisara is an anomaly among her kind. She once believed wholeheartedly in what she had been taught, but despite that she lacked the discipline to properly follow in the footsteps of her parents. She loved to fight and loved to win, but before she left she was never good enough to climb her way to the top. She was, however, good enough to find herself many an illegal job. She had the looseness of morals and the deadly skills required to perform such illegal tasks. Her morals have tightened extremely since that time, but not in the way some might have wanted them to. She has become a harsh and merciless person, believing that strength of will and of body will triumph above all else, and that those not strong enough of mind or of body will fall, or become vessels of the will of their betters, and rightly so.

Nisara was never a particularly kind nor particularly selfless person, and her transformation has only exacerbated those two attributes. She claims to be the most devout and humble of the Sith code's followers, yet gives herself the title of Priestess of the Sith. She follows the tenets of the Sith, as she sees them, to the letter, emphasising the breaking of chains and the exalting of freedom from those that would bind her or keep her down, but then keeps her own devout followers down and ensures that they follow and are loyal to her. She has done away with even the facade of kindness, openly ridiculing those she sees as weak, claiming they are not worthy of the Sacred Band or the Sith, and actively trying to convert those she dubs as having a malleable mind. Most people, despite what she thinks of them, can serve her purposes. If they are weak of body they are probably strong of mind, which is something she can use. If they are weak of mind then they are probably strong of body, which is also something she can use. And if they are unfortunate enough to be both weak of body and weak of mind, then they are still useful as a sacrifice to the spirits.

These days, despite her Echani heritage, Nisara rarely fights. Her life revolves around the Sith, the Sacred Band and her devout belief in their ideals. She is the epitome of what she believes all Sith and Sacred Band of Ziost members should strive for. She holds services that the faithful may attend, holding sermons and giving offerings of blood to the spirits she worships as gods via the use of an altar in a makeshift church. These offerings are rarely more than the cutting of a hand or arm so that it bleeds onto the altar. Never fatal and never removing the limb. Usually she uses her own blood, but occasionally will allow a member of the faithful to volunteer. On very rare occasions, Nisara has been known to sacrifice a living being to the spirits of Moraband. This is often a willing volunteer that has been judged as too weak to serve in any other capacity, but she longs for the day when she has the chance to sacrifice a living Jedi on her altar.


Biography


Currently under reconstruction

Nisara was born on Eshan to a mother and father that served in the Republic's armed forces. They spent a lot of time away from home when she was young, but decided her training was more important than anything else, and so left her behind on Eshan to study under the same teacher that had trained them when they were young. He was an Echani male on the verge of old age, but he was still one of the deadliest practitioners of their art that lived. He trained her and every other child in her town from a very young age.

Over the course of her years on Eshan, it became very clear that although she had the natural skill and prowess that all Echani had, she lacked the discipline to ever truly master it. Despite this, she was still trained in all the Echani forms, moving from one to the next as she aged. By the time she was sixteen she had been introduced to the highest tiers of the Echani art, but couldn't master them. She lacked the discipline and self control to do so, and although her natural talent saw her climbing to around the middle of the pack of kids her age, she could never beat any of the better ones. They were all far too good for her and had far more mastery over their own body than she did.

As the years went on and as she grew older, Nisara became unhappy. Early on into her teen years she came to this realisation. She loved fighting, she loved the Echani art and she loved winning, but she was not happy. Those that were better than her made her feel inadequate simply by existing, and there was nothing she could do to make the feeling disappear. What was worse was that everyone knew it. Each time she fought, the one sparring with her and all those watching could see this feeling of inadequacy in all its strength, and her sparring partners took advantage of it. Those that she had once been able to beat with ease grew in confidence and learned how to better master their body and properly employ the forms, and with each one that improved in such a way, Nisara fell further down the hierarchy of skill, which only made those feelings of inadequacy and unhappiness grow stronger.

The few times she got to see her parents were nice, since they personally trained with her and tried to help her with her issues, but they weren't enough. It was clear to everyone that had ever seen her fight that she was struggling with the discipline and mindset required to properly master the Echani art. It got to the point where she desired to leave. She desired to venture off world and find her own way in the galaxy, in a place where she wouldn't consistently feel inadequate and weak. Her parents and her teacher didn't like it, but they agreed that it might help her find herself and work out her issues.

What they didn't expect was that she would never return. They expected her to head out, get into some trouble, go through her own personal journey of self discovery and then return to them all new, improved and ready to learn. But that never happened. To this very day she hasn't been back. She did go through her own journey of self discovery and she did find herself, but the person she found no longer fit into the home she had left behind. The person she had found was so vastly different from the one she had left behind that any desire to return was lost.

At the age of eighteen, with her mind made up and the approval of her parents and her teacher gained, Nisara negotiated passage on a freighter that had stopped briefly on Eshan to deliver some goods.
The details of Nisara's negotiations with the ship captain that had agreed to give her passage off world were simple. She would serve on his ship, doing basic things like cleaning and manual labour, and if the ship was boarded and a fight broke out, then she would use her Echani teachings to help defend it. After about a month on the ship, the captain decided she had more potential than he'd thought. She was an Echani, but she was young and he hadn't thought much of her at first, despite the warrior culture she was raised in. And so, one of the times when they stopped off at Nar Shaddaa, he took her off the ship and to a shady weapons merchants. He told her that if she was to be a full member of his crew and not just the kid he kept around to clean things so he didn't have to, then she'd have to know how to use a blaster. Fighting with your fists and feet was all well and good, but the kinds of scrapes they were likely to get into wouldn't involve hands or feet. It took some convincing, but he eventually sold her on the idea that she would be shot dead long before she reached her enemy. On top of that, he wanted her to know how to fix any issues the ship may have, but the weapon came first.

He paid for the weapon on the condition that she pay him back out of her wage, which she would now be receiving as a full member of the crew, and let her choose whatever weapon took her fancy. In the end she chose a blaster rifle with a medium range, which could extend to long if you put a scope on it. The merchant made sure to inform her that its range was still nothing like a proper sniper rifle, but it would out-range most standard issue blaster rifles. As merchants do, he also played the weapon up when he saw she was interested in it, trying to convince her that it had no short-comings. Good ammunition capacity with hard-hitting blaster bolts that could penetrate any armour in just one or two hits; superior range to most weapons; well made and sure to last a lifetime. She didn't believe him, of course. It was in his best interest to talk up every aspect of his merchandise, and although she knew nothing about weaponry, she did know that he was full of it. She still bought it, though, along with a blaster pistol she convinced her captain she'd need along with it. With those items purchased, she had herself quite the little arsenal. A new blaster rifle, a new blaster pistol, and of course her own body.

Nisara spent multiple years on that ship, and learned much about the darker side of the galaxy along the way. They did everything from smuggling to piracy, and made quite a tidy profit from it. The captain took the lion's share of the loot, of course, but Nisara got paid a tidy sum to keep her happy. It was only when she was approached by an enemy of her captain's that she realised how much he'd been ripping her off. What was a tidy sum of money to her was in fact next to nothing, which this man was more than happy to explain to her in great detail. Knowing this, she agreed immediately when he made her an offer. For a large sum of credits - half of her captain's current stash of credits, plus a ten percent bonus for "being so cooperative" - she would disable the ship's security cameras and let this man and his crew on board, where they would then proceed to kill the captain and every member of the crew that wasn't her.

At the time Nisara was only twenty, and still quite inexperienced. She'd let this man rip her off big time, for when she'd done as he asked, he took her former captain's ship and sold it. The amount of credits she'd gained was nothing in comparison to that. There was nothing she could do about it, though. Except learn. Everything, regardless of how it seemed at the time, was a potential lesson. That was how she'd seen things and how she survived. She learned and adapted quickly, and as a result she survived. Even at this moment, stranded on Nar Shaddaa with no ship, no crew mates and no friends, she learned. The first thing she did was buy herself some armour. If she was to not only make a living, but to thrive, she would need armour to go along with her blaster rifle and blaster pistol. It galled her a little bit to buy the armour, but her time out in the galaxy had shown her that she was unlikely to get a fight that would play to her strengths as an Echani, which meant adapting to the way things were done outside her old home.

Over the next few years, Nisara made something of a name for herself. Echani mercenaries willing to do almost anything, regardless of the legality of it, were a rare breed, and as a result she got a lot of business. She played the part of ship guard; of bodyguard; of hired muscle. Name something involving weapons and fighting in some capacity and she probably did it, all the while making a tidy sum of credits along the way.

She didn't join another crew again. She'd learned her lesson and decided that if she was going to be part of a ship crew it would be as the captain. She did join an organisation, though, and in doing so went against her own word, for during her years as a member of this organisation, she spent time on many different ships, partaking in piracy, bounty hunting, security, armed escort, extortion and many other things. She spent four years with this outfit, partaking in many different criminal activities. It was through this organisation that she first encountered the Sith. Or rather, the criminals and mercenaries that worked for the Sith.

Even now she doesn't regret her actions when she first encountered them. She killed them, stole from them and intimidated them every chance she got. She saw them as enemies and as rivals, and as such took every opportunity to beat them down. Her outlook only changed when she heard a couple of her comrades discussing how much those criminals and mercenaries got paid. That one thing caught her attention more than anything else, and thinking back, it did make sense. They had always had more on their ships and on their persons than anyone in her outfit.
Now, at twenty-six years of age, Nisara considered herself a veteran. She considered herself more than experienced enough to handle negotiations with a rival faction, especially when she came offering her services.

Not everything went smoothly, though. Someone picked up on her plans and followed her to the meeting place she'd organised with a contact she had, who in turn had gotten her in touch with who she needed to speak to. Luckily for her, her former comrades arrived late. By the time they arrived to the meeting place, both her contact and the woman he'd brought with him had left. She still remained, though, and if they couldn't foil her attempt to betray them, they could at least kill her. There were only two of them, though, and after she injured one they both fled like cowards. They weren't willing to take on an Echani in close confines with only two of them present.

Everything else went quite smoothly, and after a handful of jobs to prove herself, Nisara was being sent to Ziost, where she was told something called the Sacred Band of Ziost lived. It was on this planet that her transformation truly happened. During the month she'd spent with her new outfit not much had changed other than an increased amount of credits. But here? On this planet? Here she discovered the truth. Over the course of her time on Ziost, as she was exposed more and more to the code and creed of the Sith, she came to realise how completely and utterly wrong she had been about so many things. Her outlook on life; the way she went about things; the way she treated people. She had been wrong about everything.

Nisara had never been a religious person. Quite the opposite, in fact. She'd always scoffed at people that claimed to be faithful to one religion or another. On Ziost, however, something took hold of her. An idea. A very simple thought. That thought bloomed, and a beautiful, dark flower is what it became. Over the course of nine months Nisara underwent a transformation; what she calls an "enlightenment." She took off her armour, put away her blasters and invested herself in the ideals and beliefs of the Sith. In time, she came to view their beliefs as the only true way of being. She came to believe wholeheartedly in the idea that a person only deserved to survive and to thrive if they were strong enough. She came to believe that strength of body and strength of mind were the two most defining characteristics of a sentient being. This idea is what gave her the inner peace and inner discipline to finally master the higher forms of Echani. She'd never stopped practicing, not for a single day, but until this revelation transformed her she had never been able to establish the proper control and discipline she needed.

Now, at the age of twenty-seven, the dark flower that bloomed in Nisara's mind has fully grown and come to fruition. To her, it is a beautiful and wonderful thing to behold. Now she sees herself not as a mere member of the Sacred Band of Ziost, but as the Priestess of the Sith. As the link between the powerful spirits she views as gods and the mere mortals that she claims to guide. She performs rituals and services; gives offerings and praise; provides insight and advice for the faithful when they need it. She now very much sees herself as the leader and guide of the more devout and faithful sections of the Sacred Band. And not even once has she wondered what the people she knew before would think if they could see her now.

I'm working on an Onderonian 'Beast Master' character and want to make him older, and very gritty, eventually to join the ranks of the Jedi. I'm looking for someone to help 'discover' him. The idea is that with all the changes of the galaxy some sort of 'darkness' has befallen the forest I caretake for. I am at odds with the local Onderonian authorities because assumedly whoever has jurisdiction over the part of the planet I will be in will have some ties to the darkness that is befalling the rest of the galaxy. I would like a Sith character and a Jedi character to compete for my allegiances. I'm not trying to say people need to compete for me cause I'm such a billy-badass. I just think it would be interesting character development for my first Jedi. To be torn with the options of who to work with and knowing little of both sects would be neat. He will have a natural affinity for force as demonstrated by his ability to communicate with the animals.

[ASSET SUMMARY]
Spearson carries an AR-710 assault rifle in combat, a modified version of the assault rifle used by Republic special forces groups. The magnetically propelled bullets proved highly effective against force users. The weapon was modified by COBALT, replacing its duraplast casing and durasteel barrel with a cortosis alloy to allow it to be used to defend against lightsabers at close range. This has become known within the organization as the "COBALT rifle".

He also carries a Drumbeat Sonic Pistol as a sidearm, as in developing combat techniques against Force users, COBALT found sonic weaponry to be a reliable force multiplier that was difficult to defend against.

In addition, Spearson carries a main sidearm in the form of the SFPM-23 Flachette Pistol, a handgun issued as the standard issue sidearm of COBALT operators due to its heavy stopping power. Like with sonic weaponry, the punch of the flachette rounds proved difficult to block by lightsabers, which makes it an ideal sidearm for COBALT operators.

Lastly, Cobalt carries with him a karambit, a curved combat knife, forged from a Cortosis alloy. The Cortosis karambit is a standard issue combat knife for members of COBALT, as a last defense against lightsabers in combat. In truth it has become a symbol of the members of the unit, and receiving your "COBALT knife" after finishing the Selection for the unit, is a revered symbolic event that builds esprit de corps.

Spearson wears olive military fatigues, completed with a ballistic/tactical vest made from layered armorweave, which gives protection over his torso against blasters, bullets, and blade attacks. It also gives limited resistance and protection against lightsabers, though as a member of COBALT, Spearson has been trained to avoid lightsaber strikes rather than meet and parry or block them.

Spearson also carries a wide array of other tactical options and tools, depending on the situation. COBALT found the B-Type Grenade to be highly useful against force users, and as such, Cobalt almost always have one or two wth him on a mission. Similarly, he carries grenade sized ABC scramblers for use against the same. Grenade sized spray cans containing OC ("pepper spray") or similar chemical agents are also part of his tactical toolbox.

As an emergency escape tool, Spearson carries with him at all times, two power gems hidden in hollow teeth in his mouth. They are capable of disrupting shield and energy force fields, allowing for escape if he is ever captured.


[TACTICAL SUMMARY]
Spearson is trained in most forms of military combat. He is specialized in urban warfare, and highly trained in small arms and hand-to-hand combat. He is trained in, and has served as an instructor in the by COBALT developed hand to hand combat fighting style known as the 03 Fighting Style, developed specifically to fight Force users.

As a member of COBALT, he is trained in fighting Force sensitives, especially wielders of the Dark Side. He is not trained in or sensitive in the Force himself. In combat, Spearson prefers to rely on standard issue military equipment; assault rifles, handguns, explosives, and combat knives, rather than more esoteric weapons like lightsabers. The gap made between these weapons and the power of a lightsaber is made up for by his use of deceit, diversion and subterfuge.


[THE ORGANIZATION]
COBALT is a classified cosmic top secret intelligence/special operations organiziation of the Republic's Intelligence community. The unit carries out darker-than-black operations for the Border Alliance military and intelligence organizations, operations focused on bringing down enemy force sensitives.

Its members' identities are a closely guarded secret, and their past is destroyed upon acceptance into the unit. Most usually, the member's official status is changed to "Missing in Action" before being recruited. The secrecy of the membership is so great that even members of the Republic Senate does not know of its existence, nor does most members of the Intelligence community and the Republic's and Border Alliance's various armed forces.

Because of the extreme dedication to secrecy and anonymity, members of COBALT has become very skilled at erasing past identities, and adapting new ones, to the degree that to this day, even Imperial Intelligence knows very little of the defunct organization, and even less of its supposed members.

During the Border Alliance's conflict with the Sith, one of COBALT's main objectives has been to track down Sith lords and assassinate or capture them. They are also tasked with dealing with threats against all Republic interests from the Dark Side of the Force. Because of this, each member is, while not a Jedi, either highly trained in fighting against Force sensitives, and/or in fact trained in the Force themselves. A lot of the members are also enhanced cybernetically, some even opting to replace fully functioning parts of their body with cybernetics to enhance their combat capabilities.

COBALT operators operate closely on occasion with select members of the Jedi Order, though their identities and unit are always kept a closely guarded secret to the Jedi. Often they pose as Republic special operations forces or intelligence agents, though the most popular choice of cover for COBALT members is to pose as members of a non-existant PMC, ESCOBAR Enforcement.

The COBALT unit patch, a yellow crosshair, is awarded upon completion of the Selection Course, together with the COBALT karambit; however, the patch is rarely if ever actually worn, to avoid carrying anything that could lead to identifying or exposing the unit's existence.


"There is an organization out there, so shrouded in secrecy that even us members of the Senate Military Intelligence Committee do not know of it. Its members are ghosts, its actions deniable. No Sith is out of their reach, no world out of their operational range. They don't have a name, nor a home base. Nobody knows anything of them, except that they exist. So the timeline is in 5 days and I'm really stressing because I'm still trying to figure out my character bios. So I thought I'd make them as short and vague as possible, so I can spend more time developing them in RP, and less time revising their profiles.

Is that a good idea?

Here's what I've written of one already. Do you think that could pass as a bio?

I'm keeping Serebin and Lola's short and simple, to avoid me re-writing them a million times later on and hardly doing any RP as a result.

@Marf For what it's worth I think the simplistic and vague bio works really well. I loved Lola's. It gives an idea of the character, but leaves so much unexplored and unwritten that you have an almost unlimited pool of potential stories to work with.

My character for the next timeline. Essentially the same character as Cobalt, but there'll be some major differences. It'll probably be edited more before the reboot.

Clara is a rather tall Zabrak, who isn't quite fully organic. Due to several mishaps across her years as a mercenary and ship caravan guard, she has lost both eyes, her lower face, one of her left ribs, the entirety of her right leg past her knee, and her entire left arm. She has made up for this by volunteering for highly experimental cybernetic research, having her missing body parts replaced one at a time with cybernetic replacements, that can't quite be called 'enhancements.'

While they are stronger than they would be if she were not cybernetic, they are designed to reintegrate a disabled person back into intergalactic life. As such, they do not give her any level of superhuman or unwarranted strength, as they were adjusted for her size and already existing appendages. Her missing arm is often completely clothed, due to its unfinished look. An unnatural, gray-ish skin-like fabric exists over her forearms down to her wrists, where skeletal-like fingers extend from a basic frame. Due to this, she wears a glove on that hand at all times. Specifically, a thick glove.

Her missing leg is built in the same fashion, grayish skin-like fabric stretched over a replacement cybernetic, mimicking her skeletal structure underneath, while holding the same strength as her existing leg. Her rib was simply replaced with a very simple design, built only to mimic the functions that rib had, nothing more, nothing less.

Her face was reconstructed after a major, nearly fatal accident. She lost a majority of her face, including her eyes. Over a series of weeks, she underwent extreme, invasive experimental cybernetic surgery, reconstructing the skeletal structure of her skull, and realigning the tissue that made up the muscles of her face. During this surgery, it was found that completely reconstructing her mouth and throat to be able to chew and eat food properly would simply be too advanced for the materials at hand.

So they improvised. Several tubes now extend down her throat, connecting to what's left of the organic structure. Several plates of skin colored material cover her face and throat, movable by the robotic structures built into her skeletal system. Unable to chew food, lacking teeth or anything else resembling a mouth, she uses two syringes, able to suck up thick liquids and other things she needs for nutrition. To speak, she uses an electronic device that mimics her old voice to the best of its ability.

Clara was born into a moderately wealthy family on Velmor, a planet on on the Border Worlds, closer to Republic Space than Sith. She lived comfortably for several years, her family dominated much of the trade of the family, and as such, she was raised with little struggle in her life.

And this did not suit her. She, at a young age, felt cheated, felt as if she were to live her days on this planet, leeching from her parents success, she would live unhappy. Revealing these feelings to her parents, as she grew older, she was prepared to work on her own, do mercenary work, do anything to make her own way.

She felt frustrated, no matter what she did, no matter what job she took, she know there was a financial net behind her, ready to sweep her up the moment she faltered. As long as her family was able to reach her, she had no chance of making her own way. At least, not in the way she wanted.

So, in the middle of the night, she left the planet. She saved up money she had earned for a one way ticket off the planet, and somewhere, anywhere else. This one way ticket bought her passage to another Border World planet, known as Bimmisaari.

She spent some time on this planet, making deals and taking odd jobs until she was offered a position on a supply vessel, a guard position. It seemed simple enough, and, once she did it, it was. She was paid decently, and she was making her own way towards living. So she changed her specialty to guarding ships.

When she was 23, her first accident occurred. Her ship was attacked by raiders while guarding a caravan ship. While she managed to help drive them off, the resulting crash onto the planet below crushed her right leg from the knee down. Nothing that was crushed was salvageable, even by bacta. After spending the majority of her credits to have the wound taken of and fixed, she spent the following days in a bar, drinking her sorrows away.

That was, until a man tapped on her shoulder. He introduced himself, coming from a local surgery center, which was licensed to experiment with cybernetic treatments. It was a simple process, she would only have to help them study how injured and maimed people respond to cybernetic treatment, and filling out several forms, and she would be able to have her leg replaced, for no cost to her.

She was down, she was hurt, she was jobless, she was creditless. How could she possibly say no?

In a matter of weeks, where she was, ironically, taken care of, everything paid for her once more, she walked out of the building a new woman. She could walk again, by whatever gods existed out there, she could walk again. But more importantly in her mind, she could work again. So she took more jobs, becoming a well respected caravan guard for ships.

Until her second accident. All was fine, it was a simple between close world jobs, in Republic territory. She literally got credits for staying awake on the journey. Something she hadn't realized, however, was that the caravan route was sabotaged before it even left the ground. Her left engine exploded, and a series of unfortunate events caused the now loose heat to burst into the cockpit.

Panicking, she ejected but not before her arm was badly burnt, to the point where she couldn't move it. She had grabbed an oxygen mask before she ejected, and it would keep her alive, if only long enough to get rescued. She could only hope that the wounds in her arm were cauterized, and she wouldn't bleed out. She didn't know, she couldn't bare to look at it.

She passed out from the pain before she was rescued. When she woke up, she found something quite peculiar. She wasn't in space, she wasn't in some normal medbay, she was on Bimmisaari, in the same building where her leg was replaced. She was in the same bed, and the same sun shone into the window.

And her arm was gone.

Having signed the contract while both drunk and desperate had proved to not have been the smartest idea. She was still eligible to be taken from any hospitable or medbay by the company if it could be treated with cybernetic surgery. And they were more than willing to test out new models of their arm cybernetics. Weeks later, she emerged, a bit worse for wear, with a fake arm and a fake leg, and once more looking for a job.

Months later, she was attacked by tribals on Border World, and one of her ribs was severed. It was replaced, not allowed to heal as the company still claimed they held authority over her medical concerns.

Years passed, and she thought they were out of her hair. What else could happen to her? She double checked all her gear between missions, and she had better armor. A petty sword wouldn't cut through to her ribs again.

Then it happened, the worst accident of her life, one that would have ended her, had it not happened on Bimmisaari. While delivering a controversial biological shipment to a business, someone aimed a turret at her ship, shooting a single heavy shot, aimed at her from the side. It hit her directly in the jaw.

She woke up weeks later, and found something horrifying. The company was too proud to lose the best project they had ever worked on, and spent weeks trying to keep her alive. And they succeeded. But they made her into something not quite human, and not quite droid.

Then she left. Without a word, once the new face was finished, she left the planet. She didn't say a word as she left the building, not a word when she got into her ship, and not a word as she left the atmosphere. Not a word.

Years later, she still works as a mercenary, renowned for her effective work as a guardsman or other such duties.

Okay, so I literally just spent three hours on this character sheet. Started from scratch and this is what I got. Any feedback is welcome and I'd love to hear some comments.

[/fancybox4] Standing tall and slender Lukas would appear athletic at first glance. His body is very well maintained and he prides himself in his appearance. His arms, legs, shoulders and abdominal muscles are all defined and toned. The young man has a thin neck that leads up to a rectangular head. His chin is well defined and slightly pointed, hidden behind close trimmed facial hair. However Lukas does have two small scars over his right eyebrow; one of which cuts through his eyebrow and the other is directly above it.

Lukas was born with dark hair and hazel eyes, his irises offer a hint of green muddied up with a bit of brown. Lukas likes his hair short and regularly cuts it, simply because he can't stand when his hair gets long. Luke's life of luxury is regularly expressed in his attire. He like suits and will almost always wear them casually.

Lukas has many tattoos on his body, all of which can easily be hidden by his clothing. On his back shoulder blades is the name Jackson in honor of his family. He also has the numbers 19029823 on his right wrist, courtesy of the Sacred Band of Ziost when they took over his home planet.

Jerk-Ass, snobby, selfish, A-Hole, who only cares about himself. He won't be able to make the sacrifice play, he does not like other people. He is a bastard who wants to do what he wants to do no matter what others think. If however he forms a friendship, Lukas is fiercely loyal. Willing to go to hell and back for those he cares about. It is almost dangerous how loyal he is to his friends and family. If given the option of one million people or a friend/family person. He chooses his friend or family member.

He's a smartass who takes nothing seriously.

"Luke you've just been shot in the chest and are probably gonna die!" Says mildly attractive female friend.
"Ya I know babe, but did you see me kill those six dudes who were about to kidnap you?" says badass Lukas with a smirk on his face.
"Luke this is not the time for this you're about to die!" She screams annoyed by his lack of concern in this serious situation.
"Oh come on babe do I at least get a kiss?" He says with raised eyebrow and puckered up lips
"I hate you!" She screams as she punches him in the chest, gets up, walks away and leaves her savior behind to die.
"Maybe next time then." he says as he lights his last cigarette and prepares to die.

Born into a very wealthy and loving family Lukas seemed to have it made. From the time he was a boy he was groomed and molded into a proper Jackson. Him and his younger sister Larissa being the next to receive the family fortune. His parents were often over protective and caring, always wanting Lukas to be the best he could be in life. However, they did not realize all the protection they offered only made Lukas into a rebellious young man.

Luke began to break away from his family and all their love and affection. He started to isolate himself from them and instead found his comfort in his friends and his sister. Lukas liked how other people treated and viewed him, to them he was just Luke and not a Jackson. He could be himself and no-one would judge him or look down on him. He liked to cuss, and get into trouble, he loved to laugh and make jokes. Always finding the humor in a bad situation, never taking anything seriously even when it was serious.

Lukas cared for his sister immensely simply because she seemed to be the only one who understood him. Before he ever did anything she would know it, he could always make her laugh and in return she would make him smile. Sure they'd fight like a brother and sister do, but every time it always ended in a hug.

Soon however Luke joined the wrong crowd and went down a darker path. The young man was exposed to drugs and that soon brought a change in his attitude. He started to use his family's money to throw lavish parties involving hundreds of people, most of which he did not know. For almost a whole year Lukas seemed to party non-stop, abusing so many different substances it's a miracle he didn't die.

His parents would try and stop him but it seemed that nothing could stop Luke from doing what he wanted. He'd threaten his parents and tell him he'd kill himself if they didn't fund his parties, and reluctantly they would concede. Giving Lukas the credits necessary he would almost immediately leave them, then go somewhere else and explore his darker pleasures.

The only reason he stopped doing drugs was because Larissa started using them. One day Luke was having one of his parties like he always did, and he caught a local drug dealer, his drug dealer, selling to his sister. In a heart beat Lukas was on top of the man pounding away at him as his sister watched in terror. When the one-sided fight was over Lukas hovered over his sister and demanded to know just what was she thinking. She told him he did drugs, so why couldn't she?

And just like that Lukas ended the party and told her he quit doing drugs. So the boy stopped abusing, although he still will smoke on occasion. Away from his sister, and alone. With his drug habits ended Lukas made an effort to mend the broken relationship with his parents. So with his sister's aid, he and his family started to act more like a family.

For a time everything seemed to be fine and everything was going good. But backstories need something to go bad so for now I'm just gonna say LARISSA DISCOVERS SHE IS FORCE SENSITIVE AND HAS A MAJOR FRICKIN FREAK OUT AND LEAVES THE PLANET SO LUKAS IS ALL LIKE "I NEED TO FIND MY SISTER" SO HE LEAVES THE JACKSON FAMILY AND TAKES OFF IN SEARCH OF HIS SISTER THUS BEGININGING HIS ROLEPLAY CARRER

So im very new to this site, but I was thinking I could create a jedi who is kind of a conspiracy theorist, he'd be kind of a detective almost, investigating any kind of sith activity. I would model his personality off the DC hero the question, of course modifying it to suit a jedis.

@Xtremenerd You can create whatever as long as it's within reason and according to the (new) Canon. IMO your idea seems interesting, but if you want the Jedi in question to be a member of the Order, you might want to check with @Bauren once the profile is up, since he's the Jedi FL

No, it doesn't.
Personally, I think the choice depends mostly on what you want for the character and how you want to RP it. Some will probably say that it's easier to find an active group of writers to RP with if you're with a faction. That may be so, but there are plenty of people around always willing to RP, you just need to ask. I'm one of them, PM me for whatever XP
