Uhhhhh......

I don't think you can do this my man. You look new, and if your new you can't start off as a Darth. And Darth Sato is @Marf s character, I'm pretty sure. And you know, there's other rules and such.

Or am I wrong? I don't know maybe I am.....

Firstly, welcome to the site. :D

Just to add on to what Mr.Bossman stated, some of the stuff you have there wouldn't be allowed for a regular acolyte. IIRC, an Acolyte can know only two forms(Shii-Choo and something else), and Force Fear seems to be something that could be learned when you are a Crusader.

I understand that new members may wish to start of as Darth, but starting off as an Acolyte, or Padawan would be much more rewarding since you get to learn put in more effort, than starting from the top; additionally, it gets you a better understanding of how the site works, as well as forming good friendships with members, at least from my experience.

Since you seem to be interested in playing a Sith. I would suggest looking up this things:

I also strongly suggest reading this thread since it is for new members, and it is extremely helpful in my opinion.

@Darth Ullahlas

Dude, you just copied and pasted the text from my characters' apprentice sign-up thread.

Secondly, as has been already said, new members cannot start off as a Sith Lord. Before you RP your character, you'll need to write a profile for them which you can post here. Since the site is starting a new timeline in roughly a month, lots of new members are using the remainder of this timeline to create workshop threads for their upcoming characters here.

I have a character named Larik Novan who I think would be very good for this.

If it helps at all, I'm starting a new Jedi Order where we teach all forms of lightsaber combat, every force power ever, Starfleet Command tactics, calligraphy, quiche recipes, and how to appropriately file your taxes (single, married, or legally separated.)

We're stationed at the heart of the totally-not-destroyed Corruscant.
