Ravus was born to the Sephyre royal family of Alvaeria, one of Skynara's kingdoms that broke off from the Enwynn royal family long ago. Due to the culture's political prejudices his parents were forced to hide his true identity from just about everyone else. Even his mother was forced to hide away, remaining a secret while a false queen was crowned in her stead for the sake of the Sephyre family and Alvaeria. Only a select few were allowed to know of the half-Prince, and they would go on to look over and train him while he grew up in the shadows of his family's fortress at the base of the extinct volcano that Alvaeria was built into. It was discovered pretty early on that the lad had an affinity with the Force, though the loyal subordinates he'd been given lacked the ability to guide him in its ways. His father was trained by a Sith, and did what he could to teach his son the ways of the Force, but due to his responsibilities and the need to keep the boy's identity secret Ravus had to develop his powers mostly on his own for a time. It wasn't until he was a teen that the guidance he needed would finally arrive.Age26

A grey-skinned Sith Besalisk's starship crash landed on Skynara between the Alvaerian kingdom's territory and the Ebania's kindgom on the other side of the small planetoid. The stranded Champion carved his way out of the wildlands in the neutral zone between the two kingdoms with his pair of crimson splitsabers, and eventually discovered the Alvaerians. Impressed by the Sith's abilities, and eager to have his son's powers with the Force properly tempered, the king struck a deal with the wayward Besalisk. He'd be supplied whatever he needed to live comfortably yet obscurely while the people developed the parts necessary to repair his ship. In turn he was asked to train Ravus. Suspicious of the lad's identity, the Champion saw an opportunity to bring the planet into the grasp of the Empire through him, and hid his true agenda while he took Ravus as his Apprentice.
After a few cycles spent training on Skynara, the half-Prince, the Besalisk, and the loyal group of royal guards would all eventually disembark on the repaired starship that had brought the Champion to Skynara. Together they would continue to protect, raise, and train the adolescent Apprentice while they scoured the Galaxy for relics, forgotten temples, and anything else that caught their power-hungry attention. After several more cycles spent training and exploring the galaxy Ravus was eventually able to become a Champion. The group continued their nomadic spacer lifestyle until the pair of Sith found themselves ready to return to Skynara once more to reunite Ravus with his rightful heritage.

Reserved and patient. Steadfast and vigilant. Courageous and protective. Ravus tends to keep control of his emotions, preferring to stick to cold and calculated strategies when dealing with most situations. He tends to follow orders without question, but prefers to be in control and tends to be guided by his own sense of morality.

Having recently restored himself as the prince of Alvaeria, Ravus now seeks to accomplish what his ancestors began back when their kingdom was established. To pacify the monstrous infestation lurking throughout Skynara. He doesn't have much of a desire to take the throne at the moment, but he has recently been getting pushed in that direction more and more by his ex-master.

He had some guidance when he was younger, and later had extensive training when the Sith Besalisk, Krug, became his master. He is familiar with a wide variety of neutral powers, mostly defensive and physically enhancing powers, and is capable of using a few other basic dark side abilities.

✦ King Sephyre > (Sephi Father)
King of Alvaeria. A man who has been around for a couple centuries. He led the Sephyre family into building and defending Sephyre fortress at the bottom of Alvaeria. When Ravus's Firrerreo mother crash landed on Skynara he was there to save her from the clutches of the untamed wilds and brought her back to his fortress, where the two eventually fell in love.
✦ Queen Sephyre > (Faux Sephi Mother)
A close friend to Ravus's parents, and a member of a different Sephi family. She agreed to marry Ravus's father in order to protect his non-Sephi mother, not to mention the bonus of an elevated status, more wealth and power that she got in the process. King Sephyre does what he can to keep her pleased, so that she doesn't reveal to the rest of Skynara what has happened. With the reemergence of Ravus as the crown prince people have begun to have suspicions, but so far Alvaeria has been able to keep its people distracted through various means.
✦ Secret Ma > (Firrerreo Mother)
Her identity is kept hidden for her protection and the political image of the Sephyre family. She escaped Firrerreo and crash landed on Skynara where she struggled for her life in the wildlands until she was found by Ravus's father. They later fell in love, but as she wasn't a Sephi the pair were forced to keep their romance a secret. While she is provided enough credits that she doesn't need to work, she still finds other ways to help Alvaeria, and is sometimes able to visit Ravus and the king when the opportunities arise.

Only a few of the highly trained experts that have devoted their lives to watching over Ravus and following his orders have survived over the cycles. He doesn't really want to lose these friends he has developed a strong connection with, and as such he typically chooses to operate alone or alongside Krug, and utilizes the guards for running errands or watching over his stuff.

Sith Champion. Grey Besalisk. Made an emergency landing on Skynara, and eventually got pulled into the war going on between the kingdoms and wildlife that ran rampant throughout the planet. Trained Ravus in the ways of the Force and dark side while staying at Sephyre Fortress until his ship could be repaired enough for the pair to leave the planet so they could take their lessons to other worlds and search for more power.

We Rise At Dawn > Ravus sets out on a critical mission for the Alvaerian kingdom, involving the crown princess of Ebania, Viola Enwynn.
Until Death Do Us Part > After having successfully captured the Ebanian princess, Ravus takes Viola through the vast Skynaran cave systems to take her back to Sephyre Fortress.
