Intended Outcome of Plot: Vollen, after some self-reflection following the theft of the Skyward Sword, presents himself before the Jedi and is appointed (taking three threads).
Actual Outcome of Plot: Vollen was appointed to the Jedi Council, though this took significantly longer than expected, his actions on Jedha having deeply affected the nature and tests for his appointment (and as such additional threads were required and have been included in this submission, as well as the relevant Jedha and Skyward Sword theft threads. The final thread is incomplete as it is a larger council meeting, but Vollen has been appointed to the Council).
