Foley switched from screen to screen aboard The Brigand. In the Theed Spaceport, the light freighter had received clearance to land for refueling, light repairs, and shopping. If there was one thing that Theed liked from their visitors was for them to spend credits in their city.

But the assassin droid had no intention of spending a dime in their city other than paying their docking fees. Alyse Ti’Varnus and Foley were there for reasons not so benign. The droid switched from holoscreen to holoscreen aboard The Brigand, studying approaches into Theed Plasma Tech (TPT). It was there that the pair would need to steal the contract from their regional office before it was signed. In short order, Foley had accessed Theed public records for blueprints of the building and modifications done or requested for the structure. In addition, the droid studied their financials, seeing how they spent their security budget through te years so that they could be prepared for what they would face in the way of not only physical security, but also anti-slicing security. Foley had been up for hours, staying plugged in to The Brigand so he could charge and remain active well beyond his capacity. His aural sensors could hear Alyse stirring in her stateroom…

The morning cycle had started to roll in as the ships artificial lighting gently flared into life, the automated systems setting in so that those on the ship, well those that were living could climatise themselves with thier destination, something that was intended to reduce fatigue when jumping between different time cycles. The increasing lighting of her quarters causing the blonde cultist to stir from her sleep, her eyes blinking a few times before being directed to the ship status screen mounted on the bulkhead beside her bunk, glancing at the flight status of the ship as it entered into the last leg of its journey to Naboo.

Knowing there would only be a short spell of time until they made landfall, Alyse pulled herself out of bed and moved through to the adjoining washroom to freshen herself up, before turning her attention to getting herself dressed for her part in the corporate sabotage. She was all too aware that her companion, the towering assassin droid, had no doubt assimilated all the information he needed to plan and execute the mission at hand, Alyse had surmised an alternate strategy that could be of use. Whether Foley thought it would be of use might be a different question altogether.

Dressing herself, in a simple combination of a blue bloose under a tunic dress, something that had become the normal state of her attire whilst she carried out her junior duties within Bakuras government. The attire was a simple yet formal in appearance, enough to make it convincing that she was travelling on official business. Once dressed, and her possessions stowed away into her crossbodt bag, more notably a blaster pistol for her protection. Alyse headed through to the cockpit to catch up with the Assassin droid. "Morning Foley" Alyse spoke as she passed the threshold and sat down beside the droid. "I'm not sure if it helps with your strategy assessment , but I was thinking we could perhaps utilise my Bakuran credentials to get through the main offices?" she suggested as she buckled herself into her seat, figuring that whilst technically she had minimal involvement in the past few months in her junior level roll in the governance, well whilst her father was still in the picture, her credentials and ident card was yet to be recended.

As Alyse left her quarters, Foley rose from his seat and listened as she suggested an alternate approach. Answering the Sith, the assassin droid surmised, “Naboo has some amount of distrust for droids considering the start of the Clone Wars and occupation of this planet by a droid army. However, it has been over a century since that moment in the planet’s history, so it certainly does not have the stigma that is found on Bakura. In fact, those who know Bakura would be more apt to trust a droid if a Bakuran official had one at her side. Your approach to this is less risky than my initial mock-up plan for this task. What other details were you considering in this?”

The droid walked over to a secure hold on the ship and quickly punched in the access code. The small blast door slipped away revealing a small closet full of droid photoreceptors, plating, wiring, and other devices. He added to his observation, “And what role do you wish me to play in this approach?”

Pursing her lips in thought as Foley questioned her further on her train of thought, the blonde watched as the droid moved away towards a secure hold whilst her mind mused over the potential course of action she was contemplating, her gaze moving away as her mind went into itself. "I'm not sure to be honest" Alyse murmured, as she pulled her hand up to her lips to tease at her chin. "I was thinking that perhaps if we can obtain the name of the director who is brokering the trade deal, we can pose as being a trade envoy of Bakuras government" She spoke out, as she lowered her hand back down to her side, before proceeding to pace back and forth as she aired her current plan.

"I would presume that for the best part most of the offices resources have been devoted to preparing the terms of this trade agreement. That they would have neglected to account for a schedule conflict" the blonde continued, her gaze moving over to the revealed store of Foleys alternative casings. "I would say PD-5Y would be the most fitting" she added as she turned her attention back to Foley. "If I can successfully keep them occupied dealing with the 'political fallout, it should be enough of a window for an excitable Protocol droid to wander off?"

Taking a few steps back and away to give the assassin droid some space to Don its discuise, Alyse leant against the metallic surface of the wall, her brow furrowing as she mulled over the semblance of a plan that was forming in her mind. If she could keep the staff occupied, by putting on the indignant diplomat act long enough, she should be able to create an opening for Foley to slip into the back ground to aquire thr targeted documents. Whether the analysis of Foleys processors would warrant if it is a feasible option with a favorable outcome, Alyse would wait to take on what ever input or suggestion the assassin can put forward.

Foley listened quiet and motionless. The assassin droid seemed to be analyzing her plan and churning probabilities before responding, “Foley cannot generate a better solution than what you have presented. The probability of success is high. Foley will need to insert necessary plates for the work that will need to be done.”

With that, the droid began to take on the guise of a service droid, but with a few segments of coverings that were not armor, but adequately hid a few surprises within the droid. Once completed, he closed the secure hold and spoke in the awkward mechanical voice, “PD-5Y Service Droid, once again at your service, Master. PD-5Y is fluent in over seven million dialects and languages. Are we ready to depart, Master?”

Nodding in greeting as Foley's alternate persona booted up into the Assassin droid's personality matrix, a light smile crossed her features briefly before her brow furrowed in thought. "I think theres a few elements that we need to sort out PD-5Y" Alyse responded after a few moments of contemplation, before reaching into her handbag and retrieving a data pad. "First off, please for the duration address me as Junior Minister, Secondly will need to you do some forgery on my holonet message inbox" the blonde added as she booted up the holopad before signing into her governmental account - sighing slightly in relief as the account still remained functional.

"I need to you to spoof a meeting invite and correspondence between myself and the Theed Plasma Tech 's director who is currently brokering the deal, arrange it for say in 40 minutes? Should give us long enough to get across Theed and to their offices" The blonde cultist requested as she handed the 'protocol' droid her datapad, before turning her attention out towards the loading ramp of the Brigand. Casting a quick look over to the droid, Alyse held a pensive expression on her features, whilst she observed Foley work on feigning the correspondence from the Director in question. "I'll go and get the port official to summon us a speeder" she commented, before taking a few steps away and headed down the loading ramp the ship.

Stepping out of the ship, the blonde cast her gaze over the surrounding hive of activity, ship crews and droids moving about attending to their duties - her eyes narrowing as she tried to pick out sight of a uniformed official. After a few moments of searching through the crowd, Alyse resumed her movement, headed towards the nearest uniformed official - the man was clearly busy arranging some random space farer's papers. Clearing her throat as she approached to get the man's attention, the blonde put herself into the mindset of a visiting dignitary. "Excuse me, can you advise the transit for the Bakuran Trade envoy will be arriving?" Alyse spoke out, her tone cold and carrying an air of agitation. "There ain't no transits coming lass" the man spoke out, without even turning to look at who he was addressing. "Its Junior Minister, not Lass!" the blonde retorted, her tone heavily carrying an air of irritation and authority that caught the official off guard - who spun round to regard the blonde female that was addressing her, recoiling slightly at the vexed look that was presented on her features.

Taking advantage of the moment of direct eye contact, Alyse latched into the mind of the port official through the Force, her stern gaze boring deep into the man's mind. "I have a meeting with the Director of Theed Plasma Tech, to conclude a significant trade deal. If we are late, because of the incompetence of this star port. I will certainly be raising this with the Noble houses, when we meet this evening" she spoke, as her fingers subtly moved at the side of her waist, manipulating the mind of the Official and influencing him to believe that a serious oversight had occurred. "Sorry Minister, I'll summon a speeder immediately" the man blurted out with a panicked and shaky tone, to which the blonde simply nodded in acknowledgement before heading back to the boarding ramp of the ship to rejoin Foley.

The assassin droid listened as Alyse laid out the plan. Processing what was going to be needed, he realized that would need a hardwired access terminal to fulfill her request of his spoofing the holonet message. Alyse said she was going to go get a port official as Foley was going to inform her that he could not do what she requested from here. She went down the cargo ramp, off to find her quarry. But if there was one thing Foley could do from his programming, it was improvise.

Already in his protocol droid guise, the assassin droid went to the forward hatch in the cockpit. With the nose of the ship pointed to a wall, no one noticed as the droid slipped out from the top of the ship. It jumped down to the floor, from the ship and its yellow electroreceptors quickly scanned the port. Droids and sentients alike were milling about. The droid spied a hardwired terminal that was tended by an astromech droid and a Theed Port guard. The droid’s posture and mannerisms changed instantly as it approached the terminal. Its movements were clunky and awkward, with its head turns mechanical and curt. Foley was now completely immersed into his role. As a protocol droid, the Theed guard simply ignored the droid as it approached. The astromech droid began protecting in binary, “I am R5-G7. Not allowed here. Who are you?”

Slowly, Foley made his way right up to the astromech droid. He replied in binary due to the Theed guard not seeming to know what was being said.

“Oh sincere apologies, R5-G7. I am PD-5Y Service Droid at your service. Maybe you can help me. My Master can be quite the cruel taskmaster. She has been known to deactivate her protocol droids when they displease her. It usually ends with our kind sold off for scrap. It seems I am protocol droid reassignment 64. R5-G7, such a fate is terrifying. I must make it right with her! It seems I did not make reservations at her favorite restaurant on the water. Please allow me a few moments to make it right. I do not wish to be decommissioned!”

The R5 unit seemed to think about it and finally whistled, “1 minute…”

“Oh heavens! I may see another day of service yet! Thank you, R5-G7.”

Without hesitation, Foley lumbered over to the terminal and connected. Peering over his shoulder, seeing the attention of the guard and the R5 unit elsewhere, the assassin droid shot out his computer spike and slipped it in the terminal. In seconds, Foley was combing the databases connected with the Director of Theed Plasma Tech. Finding code for the Director’s holonet correspondence, Foley quickly copied the send and receive protocols on the messaging and was able to spoof the correspondence. Checking the Director’s calendar, he was able to shuffle appointments on the calendar and make room for the ‘Bakuran Trade Envoy’. Taking another few seconds to cover his tracks and digital footprint, the droid retracted his spike, causing a spin on the domed head of the R5.

Innocently, Foley responded, “Dear me. That was a close one. It seems I got the last reservation at ‘The Jumping Gungan’. My Master seems to have an affinity for those strange sentients. Thank you, R5-G7. And remember, never go to Bakura. It is horrible. You should see what they do to ‘R’ units. Gruesome.”

In Foley’s estimation, it was enough to have the R5 thinking about something else rather than following up on what PD-5Y was doing. With that, the clumsy protocol droid lumbered back to the cargo ramp of The Brigand…

A raised eyebrow crossed the blonde's features as she watched Foley in his protocol droid guise shuffle back to the loading ramp of the ship from the back of the ship, her moment of curiosity passing as the sound of an approaching speeder came in from behind her - a wry smile crossing the female's lips as the the vehicle behind her came to a stop and started to idle. "I trust everything with the ship is now in order?" Aylse questioned the droid, as she sensed the approach of the speeder's driver over towards her. "Come now PD-5Y, we have a meeting to attend" she added before gesturing for the white armoured assassin droid to board the speeder with her, before turning round to greet the driver with a simple nod as he rushed to open the passenger door for the 'delegates to enter the vehicle.

Taking her seat within the speeder, Alyse pursed her lips in thought as Foley handed her back her data pad. Her eyes panning over the array of correspondence that had taken place between herself and the director of Theed Plasma Tech, silently she was impressed at the Assassin droid's resourcefulness - making a mental note to discuss this with Foley once they were back in the confines of the Brigand and on the way back to Bakura.

Flicking through the array of messages, the blonde committed to memory the details of the spoofed discussion; names, agreed meeting dates, points of time where the correspondence was received, and topics that had been discussed. All of which would be brought up, during the inevitable exchange with the security and administration staff. Periodically Alyse' raised her gaze away from her screen and over towards the protocol droid positioned beside her, her eyes subtly gesturing towards the towering glass clad structure at the edge of an industrial compound, the corporate offices of Theed Plasma Tech growing increasingly larger as the speeder rushed towards their target.

The droid stared straight ahead, taking on the behaviors and mannerisms of most protocol droids. Foley knew that small “tells” could bring about suspicion. Once there was suspicion, his job would become incrementally more difficult. As such, staying in character for the duration was essential…

“Everything is in order according to your specifications, Junior Minister. This also includes a dinner reservation at The Jumping Gungan. I can arrange for transportation arrangements should that dinner reservation become a priority during your stay…”

There was perhaps a hint of humor from that statement, but with droids, one could not be certain. He answered her next statement right after, “Yes Junior Minister, PD-5Y is ready to serve.”

Foley went down his checklist, calculating all the different pieces of equipment he would need for this operation. The one variable he was still working out was how to get his gear into the building. While it should be a non-issue with Alyse and his protocol droid guise, the gear—most of which was restricted gear—could be problematic. While the droid surmised he could go in without his gear, running simulation models that included the probability of success told him exactly how much riskier it could be.

Looking back at his innocuous container that contained a small cache of his equipment, he observed, “The weight of that bin may be a bit much for my actuators, Junior Minister. Do you have another idea on how to transport those goods inside? While not completely necessary for your meeting, it would provide a bit of convenience for the tasks at hand…”

As the speeder pulled in at the foot of the corporate offices of Theed Plasma Tech, Alyse waited for the vehicle to come to a standstill before waiting on the driver to dismount and open the door for her to exit the craft. Taking a few steps forward, she turned her gaze back round towards her accompanying protocol droid as he questioned her about how they would transport the cashe of what she would presume to be equipment that he needed. Pursing her lips in thought the blonde nodded at Foley's inquiry before turning her attention back towards the driver. "Could you summon someone to bring a hover trolley, we have a prototype that we need to bring in for the meeting?" Alyse asked of her driver, before guesturing towards the protocol droid standing behind her. "Protocol droids are not appropriately built for heavy goods lifting" She added, before the driver nodded and paced away into the corporate offices.

Looking off the side, the blonde 'minister' watched the coming an goings of those who worked at the facility, observing their movements and taking a moment to reach out and read the Force as it flowed around her, taking in the general mood of those close by, she could sense that there was an air of tension building within the locale. Word of a major deal, accompanied with instructions that all staff were to be on their utmost to make a positive impression with the prospective client.

Her wandering gaze, moved back to the front of the building as the driver returned with a spare labourer pushing a hovertrolley - before watching as the driver, labourer and Foley shifted the cache container from the speeder and onto the trolley. "Thank you, PD-5Y will take it from here" Alyse spoke out as she raised a hand to dismiss the two Naboo residents. Before stepping forwards towards the entrance of the corporate offices. "Come now PD-5Y, we best not be late for our meeting" she added, as she turned her attention back towards Foley, casting him a subtle knowing glance.

Stepping through the foyer, Alyse approached the waiting security guards and surrendered her handbag and data pad. "We are here to meet with Director Banner" the blonde declared, as she handed over her credentials for the guards to check. Who upon review waved her through the scanning gates, stepping through as instructed Alyse collected her possessions and turned her attention towards the guards as they waved Foley to follow - before swiftly interjecting and raising her hand, sending out tendrils of Force energy towards the minds of the guards. "That container holds a sensitive prototype, It cannot be scanned" Alyse audibly spoke out, as she influenced the guard's mind with the Force. The guard paused for a moment, as the manipulation took effect before gesturing for Foley to manoeuvre the trolley around the security scanner rather than through it.

There was much Foley was learning and cataloguing about his Master as she seemed to have a firm grasp of how to circumvent the security on many levels at Theed Plasma Tech corporate offices. The assassin droid played his role as he went around the security where the guard did not require a scan. It went against every single protocol that the sentient was supposed to enforce, in fact Foley surmised it was his only job. However, with but a word from Alyse, the security looked the other way. Quickly, Foley set himself up a reminder to inquire about the technique that was used.

“Oh. Excuse me. So sorry. I will be out of your way here. Pardon me.”

“PD-5Y” went through the access point without further difficulty, walking as clunky and clumsy as most protocol droids could be. While protocol droids were marvels in their linguistics and negotiating capacity, manufacturers skimped out on their physical frame since they were not 4th degree models. It was how they could produce them cheap. In fact, if their were a true droid technician that took a close look at Foley, they would be able to notice that the droids musculature was not standard at all. It was all custom work for a 4th degree droid.

Looking around the company, there were enough droids milling about that an additional protocol droid was not out of place. Now that foley was through the security at the front entrance, no one threw him a second glance as it directed a small cargo trolley. As Alyse made her way through security, PD-5Y resynced his comlink with hers. As she came up next to him, Foley began, “I need to get to security first, so I can manipulate any record of our comings and goings. Secondly, this will provide PD-5Y easier access to the contract, both the digital format and the physical copy. If you can occupy the director for the next 26 standard minutes, this should be sufficient time to reach security, finish my work, acquire the contract and get back out to here…is this time and plan adequate?”

Nodding in simple acknowledgement to the protocol droid's requirements, that had been carried over to her through the earpiece of her comm-link Alyse pursed her lips in thought, as she walked along side the droid, the hover-trolley and the supposed prototype, her gaze wandering as the two progressed through the hallway, momentarily lingering over the various framed pictures that decorated the clean white wall's. The corporate offices seemed just as similar to any other one that she had set foot in, all of them looking to show case their flag ship projects and products at every available opportunity.

As the sight of several glazed partions started to draw closer, the blonde set her gaze upon a young looking twilek assistant who was sat at a large central desk at the end of the corridor - determining that by appearances she green skinned female would likely be the assistant, before waiting until they were in immediate ear shot. "Ok PD-5Y, you can take the prototype over to the testing labs and set up, I'm going to meet with Director Banner ahead of the demonstration" Alyse spoke out as she turned her attention onto the protocol droid before casually directing for him to proceed with a wave of her hand.

Before the assistant could interject, the blonde haired cultist paced up towards the desk, and greeted the Twi'lek assitant with a pleasant smile. "Good Morning, I'm here for the trade meeting with Director Banner" Alyse announced as she rested her handbag and holopad onto the surface of the desk, so to easily unclip her visitors pass and hand it over to the younger female. "I'm sorry Ms? Where are you from?" the assistant inquired, as she reached over for the switchboard handset. "Junior Minister Ti'Varnus, from the Bakuran Trade envoy, I understand our meeting is scheduled to commence in.... ten minutes" she continued, pausing momentarily to look down at her wrist watch.

Alyse's attention moved away from the receptionist as she proceeded to dial up the Director to advise him that his appointment had arrived, her gaze panning over the near by workers before looking down towards the pamplets, news letters and all other manner of literature that had been spread out over the front of the reception desk. Her eyes settling on a press release for one of the latest break throughs that Plasma Tech had made, before raising up towards the receptionist as she set the handset down. "Director Banner will be with you shortly, please take a seat" the Twi'lek spoke out before guesturing over towards the small collection of seats off the side of the desk. "Thank you" Alyse responded with a polite nod, before gathering her things and taking a seat.

As she waited several minutes for the director to finish with his current business, Alyse's attention rested upon the screen of her data pad, disseminating the correspondence that had taken place between herself and the Director, committing to memory the various details of the forged back and forth series of holonet messages that took place, knowing that during their meeting there would be opportunity to keep referring back to specific points of their conversation and opening the various messages. The blonde's attention was pulled away as the shadow of an approaching figure was reflected off of her screen. A wide smile crossing her features as she rose up to her feet and offered her hand. "Director Banner, Pleasure to finally put a face to the name" Alyse spoke in greeting as she took in the somewhat pensive expression on the man's features. "Apologies for the delay Ms Ti'Varnus, would you like any drinks at all" the director responded as he shook the cultist's hand and lead her over towards the nearest meeting room "Not a problem at all, appreciate you must all be very busy with the new generator you have announced, if its not any bother I wouldn't mind a cup of Caff?" Alyse responded before stepping through the glazed door that was being held open for her.

Moving over towards the nearest seat at the conference table, the blonde cultist set her various articles down onto the mahogany table, whilst the Director briefly spoke to the receptionist. Alyse's gaze moving off to the side, and followed Banner as he re-entered the conference room and sat down opposite from her. A light smile curling at the edge of her lips as she allowed the man to get comfortable. The silence being broken by the blonde cultist as she initiated the lead in the meeting. "Shall we begin?" Alyse spoke as she refreshed the screen of her datapad.

Foley bee-bopped down to the turbolift, leading to the floor that housed security. From public records of the employees that worked at this building, there were two assigned to the security room—the rest were sentries scattered around the structure. As Foley went up the turbolift, he angled his body so that the holocam in the lift could not see what he was doing with the contents of the hovercart. The droid put his blaster pistol, set to stun right near the top underneath some cloth. Pushing his hover cart out of the lift and along the corridor, PD-5Y came close to the security room. With a few nonchalant motions, Foley looked up and down this particular corridor to ensure he was alone. So far, it was just him. He settled in a spot along the wall that did not have holocam coverage. Pulling a hooded cloak, that was padded, and a helmet from the crate, Foley now had the appearance of a humanoid in armor—lost were the angular areas that would reveal him as a droid.

Equipping his computer spike, the droid pulled the blaster in one hand and his spike in the other. It was speed that would be needed here. The droid rolled up to the terminal, flashing open the blast door. Both guards were getting to their feet as Foley wheeled inside with his blaster leveled and ready. Two quick stun shots within the security room landed on the pair of unsuspecting guards dropping them to the ground. The blast door closed behind Foley. An additional stun shot each was let loose on each guard to ensure they were still down for the count. At this point, the assassin droid knew he was on the clock. The security guards would not be unconscious forever...

Wasting no time, Foley sat down at the terminal that the human was logged into and began to manipulate the security feeds, both with footage in the past and footage in the future. In addition, this terminal was a direct link to the mainframe of the Theed Plasma Tech databanks. Foley quickly navigated to the contracts, copied and deleted the one for the rival corporation, replacing it with the one that the Sith wished to have contracted. But Foley was not done from the electronic side. He began to leave a trail of stolen data that would not unduly impact the company, but it would need addressing. It was data that could easily be covered up that it was compromised. It was a delicate combination of making a spread of intrusions that would not pinpoint the contract as the item that was sought. In addition, the droid granted PD-5Y authorization to the offices on the Director’s floor.

0TXQlh5.png

In many ways, F0-3A felt that slicing was a work of art. During his time with the First Order, part of his programming was to destabilize different organizations using a variety of tactics--slicing was part of these tools. The droid wanted to tell a story whenever he sliced an opponent. He wanted to paint a picture and leave breadcrumbs to make the sentients feel smart, like they figured out the motivation of the intrusion. In truth, unless he was truly in a hurry, he had a fascination with spinning a good tale digitally—today was no exception.

The holovids were doctored to tell PD-5Y’s story and that was a story that did not put the droid on the same floor as security. In addition, the holovids were looped in many places throughout the establishment, not only to hide Foley’s transit to Director Banner’s office, but for sheer misdirection. Checking on his internal chronometer, 13 minutes had passed. Foley finished up the security feeds quickly, removed the garb that disguised him as a sentient and PD-5Y came back out. Grabbing his hover cart, the droid went to the turbolift and exited on the Director’s floor, pushing the hover cart along.

From the blueprint he downloaded, the Director’s office was at the end of the corridor on the left. The secretary looked at the droid and his hover cart as he entered the area. She did not stare too long, denoting the regularity of droid traffic on the office hallway. Whether it was a personal assistant, a courier, interpreter, or simply a labor droid did not matter. Foley had reviewed enough footage to know that he would not be stopped—droids came in and out of the offices all day. Besides, the droids would only be authorized to enter the rooms they were given access to by their master and holovids were active all along that hallway…

Time was of the essence. Foley went to the end of the hallway to Director Banner’s office and opened the light blast door that had already been unlocked from security. Coming inside with the cart, the door closed behind Foley. Quickly the droid went over the maglock vault that housed the physical copy of the contract. Opening his cart, the assassin droid quickly hooked up all the slicing and intrusion tools needed to get into the vault. This was the hardest part to Foley. While he had slicing programming, this was one of the more difficult tasks in slicing. Of course, this was the main reason Foley need to the cart to go with him—every tool and piece of technology that could be used to aid him would be needed. Pulling the panel off the vault, the droid tapped into the circuitry and began working the lock. It was taking a lot longer than Foley anticipated. There were many variables in play that could cause this operation to go fail rather quickly—one of them was for this stage to take too long…

Minutes later, Foley accessed the safe and took the contract, replacing it with a copy that was riddled with mistakes—no one would dare sign it. In truth, it would have to go back to the drawing board and be rewritten. The Sith-sponsored company would be able to swoop in with an appealing contract to seal the deal—in theory.

Placing the contract within the cart, PD-5Y exited the office and waddled back down towards the main area. He passed a cleaning droid on the way out, which affirmed PD-5Y’s case for being there. The droid dropped off a package that was meant for a nearby office to complete the droid’s “story”. Foley exited the Director’s floor and boarded the turbolift. With three simple taps from his comlink, it would vibrate thrice letting Alyse know that it was done…

"Which I suppose would lead us onto the next item" Alyse spoke as she shifted eased her back towards herself, sliding it along the surface of the highly polished wood from where it had been sat displaying schematics of a condensed repulsor array that had been obtained from the Bakuran government's data stores. A light smile crossing on her lips as she raised a few hooked fingers up to the side of her head to draw back her ashen blonde strands of hair so that they rested behind her ear. "I suppose it is the matter of discussing whether there is any other business" the blonde continued as she lowered her gaze down towards the holopad, an arched eyebrow forming on her features as three sharp vibrations emanated from her concealed commlink provided to her by the assassin droid. "Naturally if the prototype goes into production with yourselves, with the concessions we have made on the licencing agreement" the blonde spoke out before pausing slightly as she pursed her lips in thought. " I Trust we could expect favourable terms in the coming trade negotiations?" Alyse concluded as she sat her holopad next to her handbag.

"Of course, Ms Tivarnus. Though you will have to forgive me, when are the current trade contracts up for renewal? My calendar appears to be out of sync" the director responded before nervously laughing, trying to ease the tension over revelation at the start of the meeting that all recollection of their 'arranged' meeting had escaped his radar, yet alone neglecting to prepare for the meeting that appeared to have been planned months in advance. A sigh escaped the blonde's lips as she leaned back against her seat, her stern chestnut hued gaze looking directly at the director for a few moments before shaking her head. "I presume that it would be before the start of the coming financial year, which would be three standard months away. I will have the department get in contact to re-confirm the dates with your secretary once I return to Bakura" Alyse responded, before making a mental note to have one of her fellow juniors within the government follow up with the renewal dates.

"Well I suppose other than that, there is nothing more that I feel we can discuss for the time being" The director announced, before getting up from his seat, the blonde cultist doing likewise and stretching out a hand to shake the proffered hand before gathering her possessions and following the man out of the meeting room. With a final exchange of pleasantries the director returned to his office, whilst Alyse stepped back over to the reception desk to sign herself out before headed back through the white walled hallways to the corporate office's entrance lobby, her hand reaching into her bag to tuck her holopad away within its confines. The sound of her heeled shoes clicking against the marbled floors, echoed down the corridor as she approached the entrance where her protocol droid was standing waiting for her arrival.

"Come now PD-5Y" Alyse spoke out after she had handed in her visitors pass at the security desk, before heading towards the sliding glass doors, her gaze moving of towards the side so she could regard the assassin droid through the corner of her eye. "What time had you confirmed the reservation with the Jumping Gungan?" she added as they crossed the threshold of the building and out into the covered walkway, before moving over towards the waiting speeder that would take them back to the inner city of Theed.
