History:
Vo Qel-Droma would have been nothing more than a street urchin if it weren't for his grandfather and some helpful guidance from the force.
Vo grew up seeing two sides of the world and on Nar Shaddaa the darker side was a giant factor in his life. Vo lived with his Father and Mother and aslo his Grandfather. Vo's father was a garage mechanic and at one time a soldier, most of his income came from stealing, lying, and sabotaging his compotition. He gave Vo great knowledge of machines, computers, and other alien species and their languages.
Vo's mother owned a ship yard that was home to some of the most worn down ships in the galaxy. But his mom could fly them through a minefield and not get scratched, Vo learned a great deal of his piloting and maintaining a ship from his mom. And Finally Vo's Grandfahter (mother's side and the Qel-Droma in the family) was the becon of light. A former Jedi Master, he taught Vo how to fight and use blades and some limited control over the force.
Vo was orphaned at 11 when a drifter came calling one evening. He cornered and beat Vo's parents and shot his grandfather before he could help. He tied Vo to a chair and toyed with his parents and finally made Vo choose the order they died in. The drifter became angry with the 11 yearold when he wasn't complying to his orders and knocked him out.
When Vo came through his parents and his grandpa lay dead on the wall. Vo just simply walked over to there bodies went to his knees and cried. After several days of mourning Vo decided to move on and join the ranks of the order his grandfather had joined. He took his mothers keys and some things out of his grandfather's room and set off to Coruscant on the ship he took from his mother.
While on route to Coruscant, Vo was forced to abandon his ship due to damages it had recieved from an earlier battle. He took transport on the transport "Mawhammer" and aboard there he began putting his mechanical skills to work. He had no credits so he paid his way by working on engines and piloting the ship when he could. The fourth day of the trip the Mawhammer was attacked by pirate vessels and boarded. Vo picked up his grandfather's lightsaber and charged at the pirates. He was very unskilled and actually was shot a couple of time and taken down and brought back to the pirate ship "Rancor II"
Aboard the slave ship, Vo was hopeless. He had nothing really but the clothes on his back and his grandfather's lightsaber it was useless to him now. Aboard the Rancor II Vo met up with a Wookie named Gworkoro who had aplan to escape the ship and needed his help. Vo quickly agreed and that night they escaped silently and took of aboard a freighter.
Vo quickly steered it towards Coruscant with Gworkoro at his side and in no time docked at the city-planet. They said there goodbyes and vowed to one day meet again and Vo had to coax him out of pledging a Wookie life-debt. He turned and looked upon the Jedi Temple. His new family.
Temple training wasn't easy. Beginning at his age wasn't an easy task as he crammed as much knowledge and tome for study he could. He immidiatly impressed a Jedi Master named Knox Greed'Khun, a Kel'Dor Jedi Master, who saw great potential in Vo and immdiatltook him as a Padawan.
Vo and Knox hit it off from the beginning Vo's humorous nature and mechanical skill was the perfect match for Knox's brightside attitude and understanding of organic materials. They both were a succesful team and complemented eachothers attributes nicely. With many missions under their belt and many hard times passed they perpared for their final mission before Knox would make Vo a Jedi Knight.
They were to go to the planet Geonosis and settle the Geonosians disputes with a local business known simply as "Underworld". The mission immdeiatly turned sour when Vo saw the leader of the company was the drifter who had killed his family, Venu Tryge, Vo's hatred clouded his judgement and almost cost him the mission. They had revealed that Underworld was slowly killing Geonosis's government. Vo and Knox cornered Venu in a droid facility and surprisingly Venu pulled out a lightsaber and used it perfectly. Knox was force pushed into a railing and fell off the platform only to land on a smaller one not to far down. Vo continued to fight him and became more angry with every blow that failed to strike Venu. Finally one could only win and Vo's left arm was severed. Venu, thinking he had won, started to walk away only to be force pushed by Vo and was hurled off of the platform plumetting to the deep abyss below.
Vo returned to Coruscant where he was made Jedi Knight and forged two new lightsabers. He adopted a new fierce fighting style that would have him use two double-bladed sabers in unison. Vo also constructed a prosthetic arm and being the lover of mechanics, he stuffed it full of gadgets.

History: Jayden is a great Jedi Knight who hails from a very financially powerful family on Telos. He was inducted to the Jedi because his parents hoped for him to find a better life and to someday hope he gets famous. Jayden was taught by the Wookie Jedi Master Gworkoro and was Knighted at 19 after many missions with his master. He soon parted ways with him and has since then accompanied his best friends: Vo Qel-Droma and Anaka Jada.

One lone ship comes out of hyperspace. The stars reflecting off of the durasteel plating as it speeds toward the planet below. The pretty much beaten up ship, after many tough scrapes and battles, doesn't even look like it should be able to have its doors working but, thanks to a great pilot and mechanic (who are one in the same) have kept this bird running for a long time.
At the controls is Vo Qel-Droma as he sits cooly in his seat watching as he nears the planet below. The city planet. Coruscant. Home of the Jedi and his refuge from the stress of managing the galaxy. Of course it wasn't just him managing this galaxy, he had his fellow Jedi Knight brothers and sisters who were all loyal and helped eachother. They were the enforcers of the Justice across the galaxy, as he referred to them "The Sword of the Republic" but some Jedi Masters disagreed with his view and simply said, "No, young Jedi Knight! Refer to the Jedi as the Shield not the sword, we are not wanting to inflict pain."
But Vo liked his outlooke more and often brushed the remark off and continued. Next to him sat fellow Jedi Knight Jayden Core. Jayden and Vo had been good friends since Temple training, they started out as hopeless rivals but soon recognizing eachother's natural skill with the blade the soon grew a small respect for eachother, then from that respect came brotherhood. Also a little help from their common ally, Anaka Jada, the bond grew from the bitternes to friendship. Anaka was a fierce warrior but decided she didn't like to fight and instead became focused on the force and could often, in fights, beat Vo and Jayden without a saber.
But now things were different Vo and Jayden had returned from an extensive mission on Melida/Daan where border disputes and civil war was breaking out. They were ordered back to Coruscant so the Jedi wouldn't get involved with sides and polotics. Vo pressed a few buttons on the control panel and checked Jayden's moniters, for he was asleep in his chair. They approached the atmosphere and from there they came closer until Vo could just make out the temple and then Vo set course for home and guided her until the ship rested within the belly of the Jedi Temple's hangar.

Vo walked down the ramp as it hissed towards the deck floor, his boots clanging against the metal and then turning to a softer thump as he walked onto the floor. He put down his hood and took in the surroundings and breathed in the fresh air, well, as fresh as Coruscant got. He smoothed back his hair with his left hand feeling the almost real flesh run through his hair. Vo's arm was prosthetic, he had lost it in a duel a long time ago and never liked having complete strangers or his closest friends see the arm without the synth flesh. He laughed and gave a smile as some of his more mischevious friends always tried to catch him with it off just for some friendly annoyance.
Vo immediatly opened his eyes as he saw a figure sprinting towards him. The figure was small and slender definatly female.

"Hey, Ace!" Vo smiled at the nickname given to him for his pilot skills and dangerous tactics while in space. But only one person used it as commonly as she did. The figure jumped the rest of the way and gave Vo a brief hug.

"Hello Anaka." Vo hugged a little back with his right hand and then let go, as she did.

Her smile never fading she replied,"Where is Jayden? You didn't leave him at port again did you?"

Vo laughed as she referred to one time Jayden had stayed behind and had difficulty finding transport back when Vo had to rush ahead with news for the Council.

"No, he is still sleeping in the co-pilot's seat."

Anaka nodded and quickly ran up the ramp to suprise her sleeping friend. Vo just walked on towards the exit. He had to report back to the Council on his mission to Melida/Daan, it would be a sour meeting indeed when they heard his news. Vo couldn't supress a laugh when he heard a shocked cry that was somewhat muffled by the ship and distance, but Vo heard all to well Anaka's sweet laughter. Vo turned a corner and entered a turbo lift. He punched the floor he needed in so he could arrive at the Council Chambers located in the Central spire which he was in. He walked out of the turbolift as it hissed open at his floor. He breathed deeply as he prepared his report and was excepted by the gaurds. He walked through the doors and entered and heard them swiftly shut behind him

Vo immediatly took in the big figure of Vriff Kinree, a Senior Council Master, with Jedi Master Gree'khun Knox (Vo's master) in the chair next to him.

Vriff nodded as Vo bowed and Vriff opened his mouth, "So you are back from your mission to Melida/Daan. I assum since Jayden isn't with you he is attending to more important matters?

Vo shifted a little and finally said,"You could say that Master. But now skipping the formalities the mission was somewhat unsuccesful."

"Not at all my old apprentice," chimed in Knox, "Your mission was to insure the leaders safety to the capitol city... And you both succeeded admiraly, in no way did we tell you to prevent civil war. We will probably have another team look into it."

Vo looked at his old master shocked, this response was unexpected and he knew it seemed a little but uncaring. Vriff seemed to pick up on this and flashed a glance to him.

"You may go, Vo. We may be bringing up a new mission for you soon. We have gotten a message from a couple of sources thata celebrity may need some baby-sitting. The Senate has voiced great concern in her well being, due to the fact that she has starred in most pro-Republic films."

"Propaganda movies?" Vo raised an eyebrow at the subject.

"It would seem so, you should go and get some rest," Vriff waved Vo out of the room and he complied.

Vo walked out of the room and the Council went back into it's meeting. Vo continued his walk and stopped outside the window and watched as the many citizens of Coruscant went to and fro with their speeders, Vo usually saw one ship he liked and contemplated a couple of upgrades the ships could use.
