Since all of the writeups for the Ascendancy are locked in their thread, I'm making this OOC thread to discuss any issues, input, questions, concern, or even suggestions regarding them. This is primarily in place for the recent admin reviews of every Main and Indi faction, but this can also serve as a FAQ thread for new members and those with questions.

Ranking Up Guidelines

Well, I think it might be a good idea if we allowed the Sith to integrate within the Ranks of the Immortals. Of course this won't be a merge of the two factions since only a limited amount of Sith would be allowed, and they would have a specific duty to do within the faction.

I am pretty sure this might work since a similar Idea worked pretty well during the last timeline when Darksaber was created.

If we do integrate them, I think it would be best if we gave them more Honorary (not full) ranks rather than same titles. However, that's just my opinion.

Also, for the history, I think i'd be a good idea if we had a very good a reason for why they decided to simply step away from the galaxy for a while. I know Chiss are xenophobic so that is reason enough to be solitary, but a good reason to be simply 'gone' for a while(Before the timeline began) would be a good idea IMO

Just a heads up, that version of the Immortals with the Phoenix virus is gonna needs some edits most likely, the admins told me as much when I sub'd it last time around.

I'd considered duel-enrollment, but wasn't sure about what kind of rank to give. I think I'm going to include an internship position, similar to how the Immortals work in the Intelligence Agency (in the works).

I think I'll be adding some more of the background history after the review.

I toned it down a bit from the original version, but most of the edits were aimed at the armor technology. I'll wait until the admin review to further edit, so I don't conflict with their advice, but I'll go over it again an pick out notable points.
