The Knight ranking? Sure just meet the requirements! Also, think of the Immortals as the French Foreign Legion, they fight for a country they aren't necessarily a part of. Keep in mind that Immortals aren't necessarily all Force Sensitive either, they have those that aren't FS but those that are FS are niche fighters. They specialize in taking out Force Users, their Force Powers should reflect that.

I just did a thirty page report on the FFL for History. I think I can do that. More about doing it for the guy next to you, right? My guy will probably be force sensitive but have some sort of multi-personality disorder, both of which are Chiss aligned but only one of which can use the force. Would that be allowed?

WEll a person if a person is Force Sensitive they can always tap into the Force, midochlorins are not per personality but found in the blood stream, unless they do not share the same pool of knowledge, thus one personality is untrained while the other one is. I have no qualms with it save he MIGHT not have passed the Mental Health check required for entrance without someone inside helping him. I would elaborate on how he or she managed to slip under the radar with a multiple personality disorder.

A very, very simple trigger. His personality will have split in half, one side taking all the skills attributed to the Sith and Jedi, melee and force knowledge while the other takes all the tactical and firearm knowledge. The trigger is their names. Calling one lets him out while calling the other lets the other one out.

Seems a very easy way to kill him. Start him into melee combat and then yell out the one who isn't as proficient and slaughter them before they can recover. I'd make the trigger a bit more ambiguous; or use fake names so no one knows the trigger or somesuch.

He has a little thing in his ear that says his melee name when someone with bad intentions comes within ten to twenty feet.

How would that work? It doesn't make sense.
Seems a bit like godmodding to me.

If you could explain how a device such as that would work, then I could find it plausible. However, I don't really see any truly logical solution to such a thing.

That seems a little ridiculous. So what stops me from screaming the ranged name at the same time? His brain unable to decide which personality to bring to the forefront causes a volatile aneurysm, resulting in immediate death. I killed your character with one post.

Quick jumps between them. Where did that come from? Alternatively it could change every few days, no trigger involved.

After my brief (but far too lengthy) break from the Chiss, I'm thinking it's about I time I put my blue back on.

Expect an application for the Lord Ambassador and a (hopefully) sweet character coming pretty soon! I think I'll do it tonight, actually.

If, of course, Weissy can deal with me again. And as long as the GA doesn't decide to pull any Chiss diplomatic strategies on us. ;)

Just a short query (and a first post, how exciting :p): if one were to create an Anomid character would the position of Head Researcher* still be open? (assuming all other criteria were met, and assuming such a position is open to players new to this forum, though not new to writing or RP.) Thanks.

*Although I am a little concerned that the position might not be that interesting, given the lack of any other characters in the CARD.

Edit: Actually, scratch the point about making an Anomid character, in retrospect they seem a little dull, even if well suited to R&D. The rest stands though.
