Chiss Ascendancy Updates - Zach

Things have taken a quick turn for the Ascendancy in the last few days. Faction Leader Assistants are to be chosen on Monday instead of Saturday, since I realized it was an obscene wait considering the faction's current state. I've recently implemented a new leadership system ICly through the Council of Eminence. These roles will be filled fairly quickly. I've also slightly edited the Force-sensitive sub-faction The Immortal Order, and separated their armor into Immortal Exclusive Technology, which will develop over time. Lastly, I've finished the writeup for the Immortals Hierarchy.
