Just to be clear is this a unarchive request (you were asking for the subaccount to be relinked?) Or are you wanting to archive the character

If the latter, we don't archive characters anymore except if they are dead. You can simply unlink the account and put them on a bench so to speak. you can always revisit the character whenever you want.
