The Clinic, Corellian Sector

It'd taken three days since she'd opened it before the clinic started getting busy... and it hadn't stopped since then. Nar Shaddaa was the place a Jedi clinic would really be useful and that was before the outbreak of a zombie plague. The work never ended but it was fulfilling. Bringing a small dose of light to an otherwise seedy, dark world was the most fulfilling thing she could do.

Supposedly, teaching is fulfilling too. That must be why I get saddled with everyone else's padawan.

This latest padawan was awfully young to be out on the smuggler's moon, which was why she collected him from the spaceport. He seemed pretty nice from her estimations. A bit wide-eyed, from what she'd read in his file. She'd skimmed through it the day before, inbetween supply runs and healing duties. He'd been on Ajan Kloss most of his life and seeing more of the Galaxy would be good for him. Where better to expand your horizons than Nar Shaddaa, noted hive of scum and villainy?

Psh, I grew up here. Kids can handle this place. I just won't leave him alone near the bars.

Nara had collected him from the spaceport nearby and brought him to the clinic. It'd be the starting point, for sure. She wasn't sure exactly what she was meant to be showing him. Some healing work? How desperate people truly were here? Maybe she should take him to bust up some slaver's ring she'd been tracking lately. Get some real experience.

"So yeah, this is where I'm based out of lately," she explained to the padawan as they stood in front of her clinic. There was a very basic, jury-rigged sign hanging over the door, blinking CLINIC in neon-green Aurebesh. Through the murky windows, it looked busy. On one side of it, shady-seeming characters filtered in and out of a gambling den. On the other side? Lots of pink, flashing lights and posters that advertised very specific, personal services to the discerning sentient being.

"Welcome to Nar Shaddaa. You get used to the smell after a bit, trust me."

Felix had heard stories about Nar Shaddaa but everything paled to actually being there, it was for more dingy and dirty then he could have ever imagined, why anyone would voluntary come here was lost him, this world was the very definition of squalor.

Felix didn't know exactly why indy had given him a babysitter, well not true he knew exactly 'why' she had but just didn't exactly know why he couldn't go with her all he knew was that it had to do with her mando friend, Roland.

He stared up at the jury-rigged clinic sign, the L init flickering in and out of time with rest of the letter "uhhh, seems like a nice place you've got here." He was being polite since he honestly couldn't say anything nice about it at least from outside. he sighed since it seemed like he was about to be board out his brain until indy come picks him. "so what are going to be doing while you babysit me for Indy"

"Thanks," Nara replied, either not noticing or not caring about Felix's obvious sarcasm. "You wouldn't imagine how hard it is to get this thing going in a dump like this," she told him, leading him inside.

The room opened up into a makeshift clinic, with several jury-rigged cubicles to separate off patients. It was busy-ish. Things had calmed down since the days of the plague, but there were still a hundred-and-one different ways to get seriously hurt on Nar Shaddaa, and plenty of people who needed the help that they could bring.

"What am I gonna be doing?"
Nara asked him, raising an eyebrow, "I think you mean what'll you be doing. This isn't a holiday club and I don't babysit. So, Felix, how much experience have you got with healing the sick? Helping the poor? Or is it all just saber practice nowadays on Ajan Kloss?"
