Athena walked up to the women behind the counter, still in her full armor. "Hello, how may I help you?" "I'm the one who accepted the mission to receive the run away slave Mikka" "Oh yes, are you here to return her?" "Yeah, about that... She ended up taking her own life on the way here... In a way that wouldn't really eave a body..." She said from her helmet, giving off a robotic voice. "Tell the slave's owner that to send another bounty, without a reward. To make up for the missing cargo..." Athena left the station without a word, getting in her ship and flying off.

Ranos was sweating. He approached the acquisition office slowly, looking about as he entered. Despite the time that had passed since firing the weapon, his pistol still felt hot on his hip. His hand kept wandering over to check if the pistol really was warm. Cold durasteel. Maybe the sensation was in his head. The deed was done and it was too late to take it back.

"Fread is dead, the other vendors got a good look at him too."

His message was simple, and the receptionist understood. She pulled out some credit chits and pushed them over the counter after taking some notes on the console. After a moment she frowned and turned back to Ran.

"Your name?"

"Ranos Magal.." he said quietly, a little frustrated that he still was so unknown.

"The Cartel thanks you for your service."

Solus was still a little numb from the whole 'shooting a guy in the back of a head for credits' thing. She was also a little number from dragging his bagged body all the way to the BAO. She wasn't exactly the strongest person in the world, and had gotten a few strange looks on the public transit ride over.

I'm going to need my own speeder if I'm going to keep doing this, she thought. She wasn't even sure she wanted to do it more though. She felt...horrible didn't seem like a nearly adequate enough word. She'd do what she needed to survive to be sure, but she didn't think this was it. You couldn't just survive after all, you had to thrive, or you weren't really surviving. She didn't feel like she was thriving. And you had to be worthy of survival as well. Going around shooting unarmed doctors in the back of the head for the simple crime of stealing from criminals...didn't strike her as being the most worthy thing to do. Should her people not strive to do different and better than the past? How was she doing that by following in the footsteps of the men who'd sent on them on their collision course with obliteration?

"I'm definitely not doing this again," She under her breath. She might take another alive bounty, or go after someone really dangerous to be sure. But nothing like this again.

That she swore to herself as she dragged the Iotran's body up to the counter to get her pay.

Drifting smoke and the smell of cheap cigar alerted the enter BAO to the arrival of the human bounty hunter. Axe puffed away at the now half smoked stogy as he walked down the hall to the turn in desk. Dragging behind him a body bag or at least an old oil covered machine tarp he was using for one. Surely taken from dead man's ship he was now claiming as him own. A bonus he called it sense the kel dor shot him down. Axe bellied up to the counter, wrenching on he bag causing a thump sound to the dividing wall between the bounty hunter and the Twi'lek girl working the counter.

The old woman looked down at the sack of corps before looking back to the bounty hunter. "What is that ?", she spoke to Axe was she raised an eyebrow. "Well that's Brandis Auxi, with a little less face but mostly there", the human replied with a grin after taking another puff.

"Oh and I'll be taking ownership of his ship....he owes me one as it were so do me a little favor and process that paperwork for me as well."

"Here is the criminal's body." he stated, waiting for the credits to arrive. With him was Dan, someone that he had told he would pay back when he finished the mission. "How much credits are you getting?" he asked. "17,000, and I am giving you 2500 credits, despite the fact that it should be way lower." Silva stated. The reason why he was giving Dan 2500 credits was because this would cover his future expenses if he even had any.

The mission had been fun, and it gave Silva a new perspective on the Hutt Cartel. While he didn't mind being in the Hutt Cartel, he had found the bounties to be something boring. Now, Silva so an opportunity for himself to gain criminal connections and wealth, and while he didn't care about such things, he wouldn't be in his right mind to pass up such an opportunity, especially when the crime Lords payed very well.

"Mr Icaro." a Twilek stated, having the 17,000 credits in sight. "Here are your credits." she stated, and Silva took them with a respectful nod, and then have 2500 credits to Dan. He then left, choosing to return to his house. It was good to be back in the Cartel.

Elora walked into the aquisition office, trying not to show her impatience. She had only just gotten back to Nal Hutta and was looking forward to some well deserved rest. But first she needed to turn in her bounty.

"Your name?" the receptionist asked.

"Elora Chesurn," she said, trying to hurry the receptionist along.

"Proof of the completed bounty?" the receptionist asked, but had barely finished her question before Elora placed the tail on the counter.

"Oh!" the receptionist said, looking a little surprised. "Thank you..."

"No, thank you," Elora said a she waited for the receptionist to finish the paperwork and let her go.

Walking into the Bounty requisition office was a first for Rooney, and hopefully not a last for him. Walking behind him was the Cathar, Reguna, that he saved from Naboo, with the Corusca gem in tow. Today didn't seem particularly busy, luckily, so Rooney walked straight up to the requisition counter and put down the gem. "There you are, one miss Reguna, and one Corusca gem, stolen from Naboo itself. I believe the pay up is 15,000 creds, so... pay up."

Target: Reguna
Target Difficulty: Medium

Tal Veren walked into the bounty office once again. He was no stranger to this and had once again come to collect his payment, this time for eliminating BX-99. This one had been entirely too personal, but now it was over.

He meandered up to the desk and addressed the woman sitting behind it. "Tal Veren and Eric Silver eliminated BX-99." He placed the droid's head on the desk, which included his memory core. "Proof of termination. Also, I think there might be some interesting information on here about some of the Cartel's enemies he's been doing business with. Furthermore, we were unable to recover the initial shipment he stole, but we did recover a secondary shipment he was smuggling. Please transfer half of the credits to my usual account and half to Mr. Silver." With that he gave a nod and left the hall.
