At its core, the group known as the Black Talons consists of three sentients, all driven by a single, common, desire. Power. For a multitude of reasons, the Black Talons have all had their power removed from them, and they want it back. No more watching and waiting as their lives are pushed down further into the gutter. They are broken, defeated, men and women and this, is their greatest strength. They have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
Cassius, the man with the plan, the mastermind behind the whole group, was the one who started it all. Seeking a few like-minded individuals, he reached out to them through various channels and offered them a deal. "Come work with me and some day, we will free ourselves from this wretched existance, our grasp will extend well beyond this world, and far out into the stars above." So they came, drawn by the gravity of his words, of his promise. A warrior, and a slicer, the two he needed to start them down the long, dangerous path he had in mind, with their combined skills, they would go on to steal a moderate amount of glit from a local gang, using it to weaken their foes and strengthen themselves.

Beyond that, the Talons will have to take advantage of whatever they can find on the dead bodies of their many foes.

Intent:
The intention of this faction is simple. It is to attempt to build a faction from the bare minimum as far as possible solely using IC threads and writeups. All additions must be earned through legitimate RP. As such, upon submission, there will be a list of missions and what the group will earn upon their completion, to be approved in advance, thereby allowing for more time between initial approval and the first expansion request.

Perhaps there it’s time to gain some leverage with the Governor.

His recent bankruptcy has left his Casino/Hotel 95% finished, but still unopened. Perhaps it’s time to offer him assistance.

Typically only capable of living on Kessel and Ryloth, the Black Talons have managed to create a facility to mimic the Energy Spider’s home environment. All that’s necessary for the Black Talon’s to begin producing their own glitterstim is the acquisition of the spiders themselves.
