From the desk of Tusa Ujalli Hai, Chairman of the Hutt Empire- Nal Hutta.
In light of the recent change of administration in the almighty Hutt Empire, his illustrious Tusa Ujalli Hai has decreed the following:
First, that an Empire-wide military draft will be enforced, effective immediately. This coincides with the recent military restructure devised by Hutt High Command. New recruits, planetary militias, and personal fleets will be integrated and standardized for the duration of the threat to our sovereignty, as decided by the Hutt Council.
Second, that the Hutt Empire suggests that all private shipyards, mining facilities, and factories in our territory shift their priority from private gains to military support, enforced by contract. Production of war material is essential to Hutt Empire survival.
Third, that the following bounties are still in effect against those who have committed an offense against our Empire:
A ten million credit bounty on the Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic- Jamall Mohatu.
A one million-credit bounty on every Republic Senator.
A three million-credit bounty on any Republic soldier above the rank of General or Admiral.
Fourth, that a new military initiative is underway. All military personnel should stand by for assignment.
While I understand these requests are trying, this long, brutal war is not yet over. Today, we enter a new era of prosperity for our great civilization as we commit ourselves to the destruction of our aggressors. Times will be tough- sacrificing our loved ones, but I assure you that it is the only way to solidify our independence from the monstrous oppression that is the Republic. Stay strong, loyal and brave citizens- the Golden Age of Tusa Ujalli Hai is near, and together we WILL defeat the Republic- we WILL prosper, and we WILL see peace. For the Empire.
