Hutt Cartel
Assets
4WVtazl.png
The Cartel, like any criminal conglomerate is built on sources of income. We refer to those sources as Assets. Each Asset contibutes to the generation of profit in a different way; some are legitimate businesses, others are smuggling rings, drug labs, slave traders, sporting arenas, recording studios, shipyards and private military corporations -- All owned by the Hutt Cartel, working towards the ultimate goal of profit, prosperity and power for the Grand Council of the Hutt Cartel and its members.

Below is a list of the notable assets and holdings of the Hutt Cartel, some of which were acquired under the Ona'bak Retrade network. This information is to be used OOC as well as IC to those who have the knowledge of the Cartel's assets. It is impossible to know every aspect of the web of network that the Cartel has their hand in, though this is a simple guide to some of those assets that your character may be aware of.

This is a list of planets that the Cartel has a presence on, regardless of size or influence. Some planets may have only small business ventures aligned for the future, and others are fully controlled planets of the Hutt Cartel. Not all assets are in Hutt Territory, those planets that are not are not controlled by the Cartel, but play host to some of the Cartel operations.

If you see an asset that you would like your character to take control of that is not currently claimed, or if you have an idea for a new asset, quickly check out this thread for instructions on how to proceed!

Etti IV
Etti IV is the capital of the Corporate Sector and a hot, stormy and dense world. The planet was settled by the Etti, a blue-skinned race of Near-Humans who left the Core Worlds circa 20,000 BBY to escape persecution. The world was a crossroads for several major trading routes, and was hospitable to most Human and humanoid races, making it a logical center for Authority administration.

Estarra Pty. Ltd.
Estarra Pty. Ltd. is an umbrella corporation that helps consolidate and organize the legal businesses of the Hutt Cartel, originally the Ona'bak Retrade. Founded by Jack Tamblyn in 1003ABY, four years after he completed his Masters of Business Management from the Coruscant University, the company was quickly snapped up, and Jack was recruited by the Retrade for his awe-inspiring business model and do-or-die business ethics. Before long, Estarra Pty. Ltd. began registering subsidiary companies, and to date, is the tip of an iceberg containing nearly twenty-five thousand other corporations ranging from public service, to casinos, hotels, and medical centers.

Estarra's main office is located in one of the planet's few seaside areas, and is of the latest technological design. Naturally, as the business headquarters of the Ona'bak Retrade, currently the Hutt Cartel, security is highly advanced, and nearly no non-Hutt people have seen the interior of the building. Predictably, no physical or digital documentation or data exists linking Estarra Pty. Ltd. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries to any criminal activity of the Hutt Cartel.

Estarra Star Mapping
Estarra Star Mapping is a legitimate business that explores various worlds, or sub-contracts to governments or other companies for detailed analysis, topographic and holographic mapping of various planets. Housed inside the Estarra building alongside its parent corporation, Estarra Pty. Ltd., ESM enjoys the technological advances made possible by EPL's financial backing. The company is often used as means of passing through inter-governmental borders, but rarely as a smuggling front.

Nal Hutta

Glorious Jewel, or Nal Hutta in Huttese, is the capital of Hutt territory in the Y'Toub system. Also known as Hutta, this planet is home to the Hutt families, who also rule the moon, Nar Shaddaa. Having taken over the planet from the Evocii in 15,000 BBY, the planet formally known as Evocar, they had migrated from their original world of Varl with their forced servants, the t'landa Til.

Little entertainment could be found on the surface of Nal Hutta, aside from certain Hutt business ventures. The planet is mainly used as a meeting ground for the Hutt Cartel and it's higher ranking members. Deep in Hutt territory, it is well protected by the Cartel and nearly impossible to get to if you are wanted by the Hutts.

Hutt Cartel Central Hub
The main headquarters of the Hutt Cartel. This massive structure serves as a hub of all pertinent intel that involves anything within, or regarding Hutt Cartel territory or business ventures. Also a meeting place set for any and all members or invited contacts of the Cartel. Centered in the middle of Nal Hutta's largest city, this construct was built with the security of the Cartel in mind. 24 hour surveillance and security/patrol detail, there is no entry point that is not covered. While millions of credits do go through this hub each day, few of this money is actually stored here. Sentry turrets are located at key points throughout the building.

Because the headquarters serves as a target to the Cartel's enemies, the main meeting and storage facility is not located in this position. In the city, another building, connected to the hub by an underground passage, is where the higher ranking Cartel agents, and leader himself, go to conduct the more important business of the Cartel. Though smaller, it is armed just as much as the hub itself.

Wasteland Coliseum
The Wasteland Coliseum is owned and run by Borga Vosadii Pronda. Used as a startup setting for Borga's interest in gladiatorial combat, the arena had generated great income and interest. Holding smaller events each week, and larger ones each month, Borga's gladiators fight to the death against other gladiators or fierce creatures for the amusement of the public. Its circular shape and heightened structure created for aesthetics and intimidation. Two gates located to the North, and to the South let people come and go as they please, though having to pay a fee for entering.

This arena is used for gladiatorial fights, sporting events, trial by combat, and ceremonies. Able to be rented out for a hefty price for any event that is needed. With seating for nearly ten thousand patrons, not including the special seats for the Cartel members and their guests. The arena holds many traps including electrified floor sections, spiked pits, spinning blades, flame jets, water pits and more.

While death fights and tournaments are commonly held here, there is also a setting for non-death matches that are open to the public.

Nar Shaddaa

Known as the Vertical City, the Smuggler's Moon, and Little Coruscant, Nar Shaddaa is the largest moon of Nal Hutta. It's entire surface flourishes with city-life and tall buildings, hover-cars and speeders lanes line through special highways created to get through the planet fastest. Although it many ways it is similar to what Coruscant used to be, it is also different. Most of its streets and levels are over-run with pollution and infested with crime. There are few locations where it is highly regarded as fancy and expensive, and those locations are all owned by members of the Cartel.

The Smuggler's Moon is more importantly known for its association of being the capitol for the infamous Hutt Cartel. This however, is false, as Nal Hutta is the capitol of the Hutt Territory. Deep in the middle of Hutt Space orbiting Nal Hutta is Nar Shaddaa, the home of most of the leading families and Agents of the Cartel. Despite its robust magnitude of crime, nothing happens on this moon without a Hutt knowing or being involved.
CalrissianHall-Small_zps89da3235.jpg
Calrissian Hall
Calrissian Hall is the to-go place for gamblers all across the galaxy. Located in the heart of Nar Shadaa's casino district, The Promenade, it is named after the legendary Lando Calrissian. The Hall is a 80-story tall skyscraper, casino, and luxury resort and is easily identified by its pyramid shape. It is a massive facility with the first ten stories dedicated to hangars for speeder and starship parking. The eleventh floor, at ground level, is the main entrance to the Hall and opens up directly into the massive casino. There are several more floors of the same - sabacc tables, podrace betting booths, full-service bars and the like on every level. Even Calrissian Hall's least expensive boarding option is very comfortable for those staying in it. Some of the more expensive suites include full-sized private pools aside from those open to everybody on the recreational levels. All halls, hangers, rooms, and seats are fitted as spacious as possible to accommodate most Hutt's massive size.

On each of the gambling and recreational floors, a squad of armed guards patrol the venues with ion pistols and rifles to make sure that there is nothing outside of the ordinary going on. Each room/suite is checked by a bomb/HAZMAT expert(s) after a guest leaves, and sweeps are often held at random even while guests are still checked in. At any high risk table, or those where Cartel Agents have chosen to play, a trained and specialized dealer is placed with an ion rifle of his own. All guards subservient and ready to protect the Cartel members that are regularly gambling and hosting events at the casino and resort.

Focused around the famous and magnificent casino Calrissian Hall, the Nar Shaddaa enclave is a product of the old Retrade-Hutt relationship. The enclave still deals primarily in the slave trade and narcotic game, but despite booming business, the majority of the still-young establishment's revenue comes from its casino.

The Nar Shaddaa enclave is meager in size beyond the casino grounds and is mostly limited to a collection of buildings in the middle-tier of the entertainment district considered aligned with Hutt territory. Although it is small and seemingly insignificant, it is staffed by the elite operators of the Hutt's security detail.

Security measures beyond the aforementioned personnel include automated turrets and alarms as well as motion sensors, that feature heat recognition. These measures are still being improved.

Gun Markets
An open market for the buying and selling of all types of guns, the Gun Market is a bustling hub to trade and network for the Hutt Cartel. Being open to the public, it's defense lies in its sheer size and nature. The market streets were always crowded with those buying the latest models, and fully willing to use them. It is because of this that it stays so well defended. One one dares fire a shot when they know that the return is going to be a barrage.

Sprawling through the back allies of Nar Shaddaa's capitol, and sheltered in the shadow of the Hutt Palaces, the Gun Markets appear to have no set order or layout. However, to the trained eye there are corridors of fire, murder zones, locations for escape. As well as being a market, it’s also a maze and a battle ground if needed. For the Local Crime Barons, under instructions from the Cartel's higher-ups, have ensured that the very center of the Market is almost impossible to reach without invitiation and guidance. It is here in the beating heart of the Markets that the Cartel exclusive can be found. Purchasable only by Cartel Agents, some of the most adaptable and sought after products in the galaxy can be purchased here.

The Promenade
The Promenade is a stretch of real estate on Nar Shaddaa which is undoubtedly the most desirable location to be on the planet. Stretching nearly ten kilometers along the 'foreshore', which is a deep canyon of walls that has a consistent haze over it, usually reflecting the lights of the Casino District back upwards, resembling a waterfront. Ultimately this location is prized for its bright lights, bars, casinos, hotels, gentlemen’s clubs, vibrant nightlife and high population density, making it a mecca for party-goers and high-lifers, and also real estate developers alike.

Key locations along The Promenade include the galaxy-famous Calrissian Hall Casino and Hotel, and The Warehouse nightclub - which are just two of the thousands of bustling locations that draw in the galaxy's rich, famous, illicit, and foolish.

HoloNet Access Point
Network Access was a vital hub of the HoloNet located on the planet of Nar Shaddaa by the time of the Cold War, which itself was considered the technological heart of the galaxy. It governed all HoloNet operations on Nar Shaddaa and much of Hutt Space with billions of transactions along with communications being processed each second by the computer systems. This ensured the proper functioning of communications throughout the sector and Network Access boasted the galaxy's most state-of-the-art security protocols which made it the ultimate challenge for any enterprising slicers.

Both the wealthy and powerful paid a good amount of credits for information pirates to break into Network Access in order to recover data, redirect communications or simply alter the truth. Thus, it was considered one of the most heavily-guarded locations on Nar Shaddaa with anyone managing to infiltrate its inner workings earning the status of a legend.

Nodja's Boom-Boom Bye-Byes
Nodja's Boom-Boom Bye-Byes has been in the hands of many since it was first built in 890 ABY. It has served in many industries throughout the centuries, but has since fallen into the hands of Otoh Meekseh, an old Gungan friend of Nodja the Hutt; while the latter's name is on the sign, the Gungan was the only one financially able to purchase it after the Hutt dobbed the previous owner in with rival gangsters. In recent years, the armaments shop has found major business with the Hutt Cartel.

Space
Faring
Whilst the Ona'bak Retrade holds many planetary assets, it also holds a sizeable amount of resources in the way of space-faring vessels and establishments. These locations are often on the move, and are typically the only places where any documentation of the Retrade's operation actually exists. It is due to the sensitivity of these assets that they are often well guarded, or completely inconspicuous.

Because of the Retrades secrecy, all of its space faring vessels have now become the possession of the Cartel. Now used as mobile bases, their defenses are still high and powerful, though it serves no purpose to hide the Cartel's documentation. Many of these vessels are used as public transportation for Cartel members only.

Gambler’s Utopia
[thread=43722]Gambler's Utopia[/thread] is a Cockaigne-class Dreadnought that serves as a mobile Deep Space Center of the Galactic Trader's Coalition that was funded by Addipos the Hutt. It serves as a trading hub and shadow port to numerous visitors. Some of its sectors are off-limits to the majority of visitors. The reason for this is because of illegal business that takes place on the dreadnought, specifically Cartel business. It includes quarters and training areas for members. It is guarded by a legion known as "Mastema."

Tatooine
Not officially in Hutt Cartel territory, Tatooine still has many influential figures and businesses that contribute to the Cartel's wealth. It is a main hub of the spice trade. Having been influenced by the Retrade, the Cartel had taken over its assets and enclave.
lP8wWGD.png
Tatooine Enclave
Deep within the desert far beyond any land-travel capacity, is the large underground fortress referred to as Forsaken Sands. While the more menial Cartel business is conducted through its businesses in Mos Espa, Mos Eisley and Anchorhead, the Forsaken Sands enclave is reserved for much more significant criminal activity. The bulk of this location is used largely for fabrication, creating products for independently crafted vehicles, spacecraft, arms and armor.

Inherited by the Ona'Bak Retrade, the enclave has since been a safe haven for Hutt affiliated criminals. A place to communicate and plan business meetings as well as establish connections that aren’t trustworthy enough to have them in a more comfortable setting. Available only to the Hutt Cartel, no other may enter unless specifically allowed by a Champion or higher.

The facility is built in small, square rooms, interconnected with the others. In times of emergency, thick blast doors slam shut separating each room from another. From here, more can be done, such as purging the facility with gas vents (as was done with the previous facility), spelling certain death for any unwanted company. The rooms can be purged individually or collectively. Traditional security measures, such as armed security personnel, scouts, alarm systems and automated turrets are also in place.

Its location was once a known krayt nest, but it has since been established in nearby proximity; the location uses the presence of krayt dragons as a natural camouflage and deterrent from unwanted visitors that, as unlikely as it may be, happen to be lurking in the area.

DSC Daedalus
Over seven hundred kilometers long, over fifty kilometers high, it was the crown jewel for the entire face of galactic trade and commerce. Sanctioned by both the Alliance and the Empire, the Galactic Traders Coalition rapidly became the economic conduit between all governments of the galaxy participating in large scale galactic trade. In as little as a hundred years, the GTC had become so intertwined with the galactic economy that its very stability and survival was enough to ensure against the threat of recessions and economic crashes. The District/Sector/Level System, also called the DSL System, is the technical method used to divide and categorize the thousands and thousands of sections and divisions of the DSC Daedalus. The DSL System first takes into account the locale's district; the districts are numbered one through five. Each "arm" of the DSC Daedalus constitutes the district on interest.

While the Cartel does not own the DSC Daedalus, it does take the opportunity to participate in the business ventures within its' districts. District One is the governmental district and mostly comprised of foreign embassies, extravagant hotels, the station's presidium and security atria. District Two in the industrial district, and is comprised of large shipyards, factories, power plants and processing facilities. District Three is the residential district, and is densely populated and comprised with everything from grand and exorbitant estates to middle class homes and apartments to slums, varying by the levels. District Four is the business and corporate district, the largest of the five, and is dominated by megacorporations, smaller businesses, enterprises, stock markets, trade centers and the like. District Five is the entertainment district, comprised of night clubs, casinos, cantinas, theaters and the like.

[aeon]CORP
[aeon]CORP. was formed in 1022ABY. Originally, the conglomerate was a loose-affiliated group of companies rumored to be controlled by a criminal group known as the Tenloss Syndicate, though these reports could never be confirmed. Shortly after the Tenloss' untimely demise however, the smaller groups began to absorb into one another to form [aeon]CORP. It is now being led by a man known as Elohim Aeon, acting as it's CEO. Mr. Aeon managed to propel the company’s market value nearly three-fold within just weeks of its absorption, and garnering unprecedented contracts rather quickly. It has been implied that Mr. Aeon has ties with the Hutt Cartel, which curiously took over as the regent criminal group in the Bajic and surrounding sectors after the Tenloss' sudden fall, though few would publicly question this connection. It's even been said to employ members of the Cartel from time to time, and the legitimacy of these operations have come into question, but after several corporate inspections and reviews everything checks out fine.

The company itself started small out of the formation of several original companies: Moderin Mining Concern, Bahalian Shipyards, Bengel Shipbuilders, Friij News Services, Galindas Exports, Kendamari Casinos, Lucross Collections, Ororo Transportation, Malakin Enterprises. They've since been renamed and divided into new general subsidiaries and have plans of expansion. Most of the original companies were dissolved, and their headquarters moved quickly after Aeon took control. While all originally based in the Bajic Sector, where the Tenloss were strongest, these companies now take root in various planets across Independent Space, with the home of the company taking root in the DSC Daedalus, in a massive tower known as "Hades Tower", and holds various offices from the various subsidiaries.

Behind the scenes, [aeon]CORP. is very much a Hutt enterprise, run by the CEO Elohim Aeon, and the private board of directors and major investors which have ties directly to the Hutts, though through satellite guidance of the Cartel's Council. Elohim Aeon is the face of the company, while the Lorda Council are the slugs pulling the strings in many of the corporations' ventures and sudden rise of acquisitions. The company itself markets publicly to "independent" systems, dealing primarily outside of Sith territory and in independent and Hutt Space and towards the Cartel's personal interests, and to a minor extent, anti-Imperial sentiments. Many of the companies bought through acquisitions have been directed through the financial backing of the various connections of the Cartel Council's influence and money given their sudden loss in the Bacta market.

Many of it's productions are anti-Imperial in nature, or glorify various criminal groups as "heroes", though it does also carry a wide arrangement of channels for children and young adults which is widely popular in Hutt Space. It aims to become the new center of entertainment, as it's currently taken over an entire sector in the wide city-planet, and will house luxury homes for the rich and famous stars and who's-who in the entertainment industry.
Major Offices: Nar Shaddaa

[Aeon Investment Firm]
"Luck has nothing to do with it", is the slogan of the Investment Firm. If credits are the blood of businesses, investments are it's veins, and Aeon Investments deals primarily in investing in other corporations and smaller groups in return for bigger cash-outs. It also deals in loans, though it's interest rates are quite high for most groups, thus promising the potential move to buy-out a failing business. It's headquartered in Dressel.
Major Offices: Dressel

It's second point of business is delivery of precious cargo for independent planetary systems as well as private customers. It often employs smugglers, pirates, and other spacers. It also hosts a small business of surveyors and galactic mappers for possible trade routes and creating a new hyperlane. It also operates within various shadowports throughout the Galaxy, and acts as fencing operations for various criminal groups across the Galaxy and even independent criminals. It isn't hard to find a good pilot in independent space that hasn't been offered a job contract by the group, and often is a stable job for pilots trying to make a living.
Major Offices: Nar Shaddaa, Hutt Space, Socorro, Kothlis, Ord Thoden, Resh 9376, Smuggler's Run, Vergesso Asteroids

[Natori Security Company]
"A mercenary's job is never over" is this group's slogan. Primarily formed from the Natori Association of the Tenloss Syndicate, the Natori Security Company grew to begin hiring more mercenary groups found within the Cartel and surrounding space. The Natori has made alliances with other paramilitary groups and formed the NSC, a group of united Mercenary groups dedicated to teaching independent planetary governments how to defend themselves as well. For a price, of course. It is formed from veterans of both the Alliance and Empire, and other miscellaneous soldiers without a home. They provide the majority of security in Hutt Space, but many small teams have also been enlisted by other planets and governments, most noticeably where [aeon]CORP. has major offices. There's even talks of Mandalorians being occasionally within their operations.

Club Auriga
Built in District Five of the massive Galactic Trading Coalition station, Club Auriga is a small, but classy establishment built with the purpose of giving its patrons a simple, elegant and enjoyable experience from the moment they pass through the security checkpoint manned by DSC security force, Paragon Security. Emplaced to ensure that DSC laws are enforced, no weaponry of any kind is permitted inside Club Auriga and any found to be in breach of that are taken into custody and dealt with accordingly.

Its ambiance is built around the concept of smooth, subtle tunes ranging from jazz, to blues, to even some or the more relaxed techno and electro tracks from today's leading artists. Built on a simple colour pallet and simple white lighting, the bar - which has a capacity of only fifty people - is encouraging for conversation, rather than partying. It is unsurprising, then, that the architechts of the small business actually had designed the acoustics of the room to muffle the sound coming from each booth, allowing patrons the most privacy, without the unnecessary burden of sealing themselves away in a lock box.

Club Auriga is dedicated to the service and hospitality of its guests by having an alarmingly wide range of beverages on offer, ranging from Corellian Ale, all the way through to Falleenan whiskey and much, much more.

Praxus Pondervan Enterprises
Praxus Pondervan Enterprises was formed in early 1011 ABY as a unifying body for its two major subsidiary companies, Praxus Shipyards and Pondervan Industries. PPE has long, proud history of building the products that no other vendors do. As such they have become known as an industry leader in a wide variety of fields including construction, personal electronic equipment, ships, clothing, and weaponry. As a primary market, being the vast majority of the galaxy, PPE focuses its product lines on the average galactic denizen and, for the most part, shies away from military-oriented product lines.

[Subsidiaries]

[Praxus Shipyards]
Praxus Shipyards was originally built as a satellite operation in the Vergesso Asteroid Belt, but due to its small size, was dismantled and reassembled in orbit around Hollastin. The largest ships that this modest yard can construct are of the Corvette classification, and are rarely over 150m long as projects of that size tend to clog up construction of other, more popular product lines like the award-winning J-15A Aethersprite starfighter.

[Pondervan Enterprises]
Pondervan Enterprises was spearheaded by famed space pilot Tsu Ordan as a weapons manufacturing and customisation outfit. Eventually the company was brought under the Praxus Pondervan Enterprises as a founding partner, and grew to serve the civillian market with iconic products like the TranspariPad 2.0 which have been used as both personal, business and even military devices with dozens of peripheral accessories to suit.

[thread=51324]Zonju V[/thread]
Another planet not in Hutt Cartel territory, Zonju V has serious business plans due to the work and initial planning of Enforcer Sonny Mills. Zonju V has been known to bare an underworld full of gangs and opposing thugs. A main goal for this planet is total control. Using the gangs to gain a strong foothold, and Cartel investment and backup to accomplish such a feat. From this came the partnership, a formation of Sonny Mills, and Borga the Hutt. The pair both bringing their assets to bring forth Zonju V into their hands and the hands of the Cartel.

The new face of Zonju V has been now seen with the grand opening of the Bouncy Bantha Casino and Resort. With founder and creator Sonny Mills giving up his CEO seat, this is only the first of a new wave of entertainment and luxury within the new Sathad'ra. Yet this is not the only venture that Troika Mining Company (TMC) has brought forth besides its mining industry on the planet. With the takeover of the old Arena, Borga the Hutt has renovated and established his image upon the new arena that will surely bring great revenue to the planet.

Under TMC, Zonju V has established a much stronger presence within Sathad'ra. Attacks on the Bouncy Bantha have called for an increased security presence. The Natori Security Company arrived to reinforce and strengthen any and all assets on the planet. The Cartel also expended a small fleet, and a battle station, over the city to ensure its safety and increase commerce.
Troika Mining Company (TMC)
Founded and created by Sonny Mills and Borga Vosadii Pronda, a mining company that is based on the gang ridden planet of Zonju V. While the Troika Mining Company has made its debut in the mining business, it has expanded its operations into dozens of other outlets including, gambling, casino and hotels, arms dealing and more illicit endeavors such as spice smuggling, extortion, and bribery. The company has amassed a large foothold on Zonju’s valuable mines, in which the extraction of a very rare mineral used to create the spice Crudax is mined with utmost importance.

The company has cleared Zonju V of its gang infested inhabitants, and now paves the way for more legal and profitable avenues. Taking care of the gangs and installing their own security force, TMC has pushed out all potentially dangerous foes that would hurt the citizens of Sathad’ra. Combining the previous and supplemental government of the Erenshi Finance Guild, TMC has taken control of all Erenshi assets and made them their own; refurbishing the badlands that have deterred many from coming to the planet in the first place. The City of Bones, as it is called, seems to have turned into a City of light.

Constricting the infamous gangs of the Huns to near extinction, and have given the Venom District the freedom they so deserved, with the help of the Ra’Fikki Enforcers, which TMC also has taken control of, they are able to control the city and all of its inhabitants. Decreasing the murder and crime rates exponentially.

While security in the city has been a problem before, now with TMC at the helm, and with their brutal punishments, many have learned to control themselves and adapted to their new world. Regulating trade through Sathadr'as space port has also been taken control by TMC security and administration. Making sure that all of their assets, as well as the general safety of the population is safe form any harm.

The city has become more of a tourist attraction, with the entertainments placed far from the mines that are worked day in and day out. A large strip of hotels and casinos, led by the one and only Bouncing Bantha, has brought in huge growth and support for the company.

Under the Erenshi Finance Guild, TMC has control over the Arena, recently renovated and dubbed Deadlands Coliseum, and the race track. Both large entities which bring in credits to the company and help fuel Sathad’ra’s economy.

Currently the head of the gambling and casino finances has been forced to step down from his role and share in the company. As a result, TMC has lost its current supplier of weaponry for its security, although able to maintain balance, new tracks are being looked into to replace this small void.

Natori Security Company
The Natori Security Company (NSC) has become the main form of authority on Zonju V ever since the attack by Imperial forces and the attack on the Bouncing Bantha Casino. The NSC was brought in to add to the security already established by Troika Mining Company under Hutt Cartel control. The NSC is in complete control over all TMC’s security-based assets which, by extension, includes all of the Erenshi Guild and Ra’fakki territory. With a military-like structure and chain-of-command, NSC has locked in specific protocols and enforces them with their 1,800 men. All soldiers are supplied with the weapons and technology needed to perform enhanced security tasks. They have basically become a police force in Sathad’ra, combined with already existing forces.

The NSC contingent on Zonju is led by former Galactic Alliance Commander and current NSC Contractor Jacob Kelene. Tasked with keeping the city of Sathad’ra peaceful and protecting Cartel affiliated assets, Commander Kelene reports only to the highest officials of the Natori. All others are considered below his chain of command and under his authority. The loyalist contractor runs a strict operation and has been retrained with NSC-style strategies. Commanding over members who were considered mercenaries and freelancers, they now serve as an official military force.

Standard necessary equipment for Zonju V-based NSC members are as follows:

Cartel Fleet
In addition to the forces provided by aeonCORP, a small Hutt Cartel light fleet will be positioned above Sathad’ra and its popular spaceport. Manned by Cartel employed mercenaries and personnel, the fleet will be commanded by Cartel-appointed ‘admiral’ Bruan Rool. Following the chain of command, his authority falls under that of Contractor Kelene and any other appointed Cartel official. The light fleet will not limit trade nor increase traffic, just respond to security matters amongst other things.

The light fleet serves dual purposes: Primarily for security over Sathad’ra and the Cartel assets which it contains and, with the fleet having battle-ready retrofitted mining barge, this will also serve as an asset to TMC’s mining operation on the surface. Leading this mining operation will be the emplacement of a “Star Trench”. This will serve as a natural hub of increased trade market for those specifically endorsed in the mining community. The Skolium rich surface of Zonju V makes this Star Trench and mining barge important factors, though their use extends to the nearing asteroids and large space rocks surrounding the planet which also have a great deal of important and useful minerals to be extracted.

Security and mining are not the fleet’s only purpose. The Hutt Cartel wishes to make Zonju V and Sathad’ra along with it into a more cultural and diverse economic system by bringing in a new type of commerce venue. As seen throughout Cartel territory, “Gargantua-2” battle station. It has showed great marketplace prosperity throughout Hutt territory and has greatly served its main function as a defensive platform. Such results will be expected upon completion above Zonju V. While construction has begun, it is not expected to be completed for some time, although the efficiency in which the other stations were built had been done in record time.

The Bouncy Bantha
The Largest Casino on the far flung planet of Zonju V, and a source of great pride for the Hutt Nor'baal, the Bouncy Bantha is a massive multi-storey complex that contains everything one could dream of in a place of vice and excess.

The Gambling Floor
Covering almost every floor if the Casino is the Gambling floor. Every corner hosts a slot machine, and every open space a table. There are no time-pieces, to windows, and there is no set layout to the room, leading customers - who have attended the cut-price bars in every room - to find themselves disorientated and unaware of the time and therefore spend longer in to Casino, and spend a great deal more money. Each floor is overseen by twenty Gamorrean Security Personal, and ten mixed race Guards in plain clothes who are on the constant watch for disturbances, and cheaters.

Private Rooms
On every floor of the Casino - which have ramps instead of stairs - there are private rooms. Each room is open by invitation only and costs thousands of credits to rent. Containing their own bar, and tended to by approximately ten staff each, the rooms are highly desirable. Each room is tended to by six Gamorrean security personnel and is overseen by a floor manager.

Vesajilic Lounge
The personal lounge of the casino's owner himself - Nor'baal - after whose family the room itself is named, this room is quieter than the others, and is located on the fourth floor. With a small landing pad located to the rear behind several layers of blast doors, the casino owner resides on a slightly elevated platform at the rear of the room - which comes with ray and particle shielding at the touch of a button.

On the ceiling above the Hutt are eight concealed compartments, from which rapid firing auto-blasters can drop within milliseconds at the Hutts command should things get out of control. A more physical protection presence is to be found in the room as alongside numerous bounty hunters paying court to the Hutt the door itself is guarded by six Gamorrean Security Personnel with a further twenty inside the room. Nor'baal has yet to acquire a more specialized security detail, but he is known to be on the lookout for one.

Hotel
To the right of the Casino proper is the attached Bouncy Bantha Hotel. Consisting of Twenty floors, and two-hundred and four rooms the Hotel is incredibly expensive, with the top floor containing four penthouse rooms that are leased out for free to guests of the Hutt. Each room is highly secure, with numerous weapon compartments, and an encrypted and sound proof entry to the room.

Non-penthouse rooms simply have a lock. There is a provided 'Room Service' of many exotic aliens - male and female - to suit any patrons requirements, as well as a wide array of spice and other substances to choose from made available in the rooms. The roof of the Hotel contains a landing pad.

Theatre
To the left of the Casino is the final main feature of the venue, the Vesajilic Theatre. Hosting 1,000 people and showing anything from Opera to Strip Shows, the Theatre is a great source of revenue and, due to the Casino's popularity, attracts only the best acts from across Hutt Space.

Deadlands Coliseum
With the takeover of the Erenshi Finance Guild, Troika Mining Company has basically doubled their presence on Zonju V. Pushing out Mallum Company after using their forces, was just the start. TMC plans on removing all local violence and turning the rest of Satha'dra into a luxurious and grand spectacle of entertainment and pleasure for those who have the coin for it. While all these are legal practices, the Cartel does not plan on specifically inducing their more illicit ventures on the planet. The mining of Skolium is restricted to just that, as the product is shipped off to Nar Shaddaa for manufacturing into a spice.

As such the Arena, which was run by the Erenshi Guild, has been given much thought and support by TMC's own co-CEO, Borga Vosadii Pronda. His renown in gladiators has given him a credible reputation, as well as his prominence in the Hutt Cartel. Borga has decided to take control of the Arena, renovating it at his and TMC's expense in order to turn a profit for the company and add on to his gladiator expansion.

The outward appearance of the Arena has stayed the same, although inside is what has changed. Gutting and changing the scenery inside, everything looks much more elegant and 'clean'. The color of the sand has been changed to a bright orange. A special section was created at the edge of the arena made especially for Borga's throne and his VIP members. This section is protected by guards and auto-turrets that rise from the floorboards to add a hidden security. This enclave is connected to the underground, where there is a fully staffed kitchen where servants are required to work at the pleasure of those who are lucky enough to be in the Hutt's section.

Guards are posted all around the arena's entrances and exits, as fights outside of the arena are looked down upon. Though special orders have been made to throw any outside fights directly into the arena sands, whether a bout is occurring or not. This tends to limit the violence. The rules of the arena have not changed, however. One on one fights, mock battles and all other types of fighting still remain. Public executions have come to a halt, though that's not to say Borga won't hold one if it pleases him. The Hutt has brought many of his taste and reputation into this new arena, bringing in beasts like Reeks, Acklays, and Rancors to fight against some of his own fighters and whoever wants to or is forced to battle them. The underground has been rebuilt to house and contain these creatures. And the lower sections of the arena often smell of them.

Borga has named it Deadlands Coliseum to mimic his arena on Nar Shaddaa.

The Marketplace
Located in the center of town the market resembles neutral space, fighting is limited or nonexistent here as people can purchase food, supplies, weapons, ammunition, vehicles, armor and anything else one can think of. The Market is a series of stalls and carts with one larger store called The General Store dedicated to the selling of weaponry, armor, and vehicles. Purchases can be made with credits or with barter.

The Marketplace is also host to banks, various caravan company headquarters, many cantinas and restaurants and the Erenshi finance guild. The Guild is a collective of merchants, bankers, businessmen, and financiers who have formed an alliance to protect their assets. The Finance Guild is seen as the most protected sources of investment in the city so their loans are often taken even with their stiff interest rates. The Guild is largely responsible for the peace in the market due to their ability to hire small armies of mercenaries and bribe most groups that could cause them trouble.

The organization is democratic however the lots are awarded based on personal wealth, thus the richest Guild members have the most say in Erenshi policy. The group’s leader and main representative, The Satrap, is the one holding the most wealth and can change at any given time, recently the long holding Satrap Arai Noll, has died giving way to his second in command Balron Morricart, while I knew Arai well and saw him as an honest business man who saw uplifting the people as a way to open up markets, I am less aware of the aims of Balron. Will report with future findings.

New Findings
After the disappearance of Hiro and the subsequent rise of TMC, I looked further into the dealings of the Erenshi and found reports of many mysterious deaths of the upper echelon of bankers and tradesmen; one name you'd expect on that list was not upon it, Balron. My findings suggest Balron made a deal with TMC to off his competitors in order to secure his once tenuous spot atop the Erenshi elite in exchange for the support of the guild in TMC’s eventual takeover. If this is true Balron is more a greedy coward than I ever expected.

The Venom District
Named after the gang that holds it under its sway, the Venom district dips into the markets the Erenshi find less than savory. While they sell slaves they are not slavers in themselves, focusing on the drug trade. Psychotics, stimulants, pain-killers, and more the Venom district produces some of the most potent and addictive chemicals on the market selling their craft in every slum in the city. While chemists and drug makers are some of the major players in the District, it is also home to the city's premiere assassins.

Venom District assassins are part of a cult that gives the District its name. Primarily called Vipers, the assassins preferred method of killing is through poison. Every assassin I've come across has had a poisoned vibroknife in their possession. The poison under analysis appears to be an agent that attacks the nervous system leading first to mild numbness, trembling hands, and then rapidly causing one to suffer seizures until eventual death. No known cure has been found for the effects of Venom poison, however I have found that small doses over a long period of time can lead to immunity, however one suffer occasional intensive hallucination as a side effect from the gradual nervous degradation.

The Cult of Venom's Leader is unknown to me, but a major force in the district appears to be a woman named Nera El'Marta. She is never without a large company of enforcers and seems to be the tax collector of the district, often returning to the Venom Temple after completing her rounds through various Venom controlled areas throughout the city. The district itself is the most diverse of the city, holding Twi'leks, Bothans, Kaleeshi, Kiffar, and many other alien and human-like species.

New Findings
The cult of Venom seems to have found a new god these days, credits. The once secretive organization has opened its doors to TMC, sharing many of their chemical stimulant recipes as well as their resources and contacts. I doubt this would have happened under Nera's direction, but you hardly have much sway in a coffin. The young enforcer disappeared months ago and only recently turned up in a sewer her body bloated and ragged from rot and decay. I'd say it's a fitting end for one so brutal, but it's consequences make this turn of events hard to savor.

I have heard whispers of true Venom cult members using their old underground supply depots as temporary shrines, but that may just be wild speculation from a populace that had grown accustomed to a cheap supply of drugs. I'll have to look into it further, though traversing the mines will be difficult now that it’s regularly patrolled by TMC mercs.

One thing I can confirm is a new leader has arisen in the puppet Venom who calls herself Sin. I don't know much about her other than the fact that she's certainly made waves to her rather unsettling appearance.

The Nest
The feared citadel of the Ra'Fakki, the Nest is the major center point for slavery operations in the city. While I haven't been inside myself, I've been told the nest holds a series of cantinas, black and slave markets, and swoop bike garages. The Nest lords over the Eastern Slums mainly unopposed by the lesser gangs, this is due to the sheer ferocity of the tribal Ra'Fakki who are well known for their cannibalistic habits and proclivity to act on those habits while the victim is still alive.

Ra'Fakki warriors are mainly unarmored and use swords and clubs. Relying on speed and focus, the warriors ingest cocktails of stimulants before battles making them feel invincible and at times, they truly are. Recently the Ra'Fakki tribes have splintered slightly after the death of a long time warlord. This lull in their activity won't last forever though. Will update as more information surfaces.

New Findings
It seems the Ra'Fakki have found a niche in the new TMC power balance as they've become the primary enforcers in the Eastern slums, gathering up unwilling souls by the dozens to work in the mines to enrich this strange new substance that seems to make workers more docile and thus much more useful in terms of operational output. The sick bastards are using this for more than catching people however as entire families have disappeared within a single night with no signs of struggle and only the smell of cooking fires as evidence of their grisly fate.

They seem to have come under control with barely any skirmishes between tribes reported or even rumored. However, I don't see any new chieftain leading them, which leads me to the conclusion that the Ra'Fakki, like the Erenshi, are now thoroughly under the thumb of the TMC.

Purgatory
Located below the marketplace, Purgatory is the city’s swoop track. Races occur daily and while many are simply done for gambling and glory, some races can be extremely consequential. While not unwilling to fight each other, Swoop gangers have found that settling some arguments through racing can be as beneficial as it is entertaining.

The track is never repaired or altered in anyway so as rubble accumulates new routes have to be found to complete the circuit. Repair service is done by one’s own crew and if you crash on the course there are no medical services to heal you or rescue services of any type, those unable to leave the track quickly enough are often run over by their competitors to weed out rivals or sometimes just for fun.

The Mines
Now a misnomer as the mine has long since been barren of metals, it gives the term the underground a whole new meaning. Basically The Mine is used during gang wars as both a place for refugees and a highway system for messengers to get their intel across enemy lines. Venom has taken special interest in this resource, establishing several outposts throughout the rapidly decaying tunnels.

Filled to the brim with things and people who want you dead, I only recommend using these tunnels out of extreme need.

New Findings
The mines have been reactivated as zones of economic activity. Day and night the walls are chipped away to bring up some copper and iron, but mostly this new green ore. Either way the work is disturbing the Grays that live in the minds greatly. Everyday new waves of them appear to ravage the workforce. This does little to slowdown the downward progress of the miners who continue to transport the freed riches to the TMC factories littering the city with clouds of ash and dust.

[aeon]CORP.

[History]
[aeon]CORP. was formed in 1022ABY. It is now being lead by a man known as Elohim Aeon, acting as it's CEO. Mr. Aeon managed to propel the companies market value nearly three-fold within just weeks of it's absorption, and garnering unprecedented contracts rather quickly.

Behind the scenes, [aeon]CORP. is very much a Hutt enterprise, ran by the CEO Elohim Aeon, and the private board of directors and major investors which have ties directly to the Hutts, though through satellite guidance of the Cartel's Council. Elohim Aeon is the face of the company, while the Con Lorda Council are the slugs pulling the strings in many of the corporations' ventures and sudden rise of acquisitions. The company itself markets publicly to "independent" systems, dealing primarily outside of Sith territory and in independent and Hutt Space and towards the Cartel's personal interests, and to an extent anti-Imperial sentiments. Many of the companies bought through acquisitions have been directed through the financial backing of the various connections of the Cartel Council's influence and money given their sudden loss in the Bacta market.

[Subsidiaries]
[RevoGalactic]
"Revolutionizing the Galaxy, one ship at a time" is the slogan of this new shipwright company. Formed out of the fusion of independent shipwrights in the Bahalian Sector and Ord Thoden under one group. It's corporate headquarters is found on Eriadu, with a major investment in Eriadu's shipyards. It's current level of production is high and seeks to design bigger ships to aid independent planetary systems, though require expanding current shipyards.
Major Offices: Eriadu, Bahalian Sector, Ord Thoden

[Bohemian Arms]
"It shouldn't feel this good to carry a weapon", is this weapons manufacturer's slogan. Bohemian Arms is the primary weapons manufacturers with few smaller subsidiary divisions dealing in different types of weaponry. It's headquarters and primary factory is the transformed Sanctum Celestial, on the planet of Darknell. It currently is ready for production of a new line of products currently being developed for various groups throughout the Galaxy and plans of expanding factory space and locations.
Major Offices: Darknell

[Outer Heaven Group]
"Everyone life deserves the essentials" is the slogan of this subsidiary. Outer Heaven is a mixture of real estate, construction and food supply. Headquartered in Ukio, as the primary food supplier to many of the largest planets in Independent space. It aims to expand it's operations with other major agriworlds, as well as building contractors and architechs. It also boast a variety of humanitarian efforts in war-torn worlds, and aiding in developing smaller planets, though many have begun to notice a trend that crime rates usually rise as Outer Heaven begins it's operations there. Still, it does good work for cheap and efficient, making them one of the go-to companies for planets wishing to boost it's importance in the Galactic stage.
Major Offices: Ukio

[Lhyzer Pharmaceuticals]
"We do it for a healthier tomorrow", is the slogan of this medical firm. It's main headquarters and main research facility is found on Druckenwell, with plans to create a space facility soon. It supplies various stimulants, as well as a plethora of other medical supplies and an array of implants. They also venture into genetic engineering as well many other fields in medical science research. Rumors have persisted of them even synthesizing spice, deathsticks and the like for the Cartel and other criminal organizations.
Major Offices: Druckenwell

[Big Bang Entertainment]
"Where stars are born", is this production company's slogan. BBE, is headquartered in Nar Shaddaa, and has several divisions though it's largest is it's HoloNet News group. It also dabbles in various holodramas and holofilm in the form of production companies. It's other popular division is it's entertainment industry dealing with various casinos, clubs, and cantinas throughout Hutt Space. It also boasts a new social media group known as "FaceHolo", which started shortly this year.

[TransGalactic Metro & Delivery]
"When ordinary isn't enough..." is the slogan of this transportation group. It's main office is found on Nar Shaddaa, and offers transportation shuttles across the Galaxy.

Major Offices: DSC Daedalus, Nar Shaddaa, Eriadu, Cristophsis, Darknell, Druckenwell, Dressel, Zonju V

Rothana
Rothana is a frozen tundra and will always be a frozen tundra. That said, it was once a frozen tundra dotted by massive city-fortresses before an incident between the Galactic Alliance and Mandalorians caused the destruction of several of them. However, that was over ten years ago and it was before the Hutt Cartel bought up the planet in the aftermath. Years later, Rothana and its impressive array of factories and shipyards have been restored.

Because the planet owes its revival to the Hutt Cartel, its government is naturally subservient to the whims of the Grand Council though, in actuality, Rothana falls under the direct supervision of Addipos the Hutt who has led the restoration project.
Rothana_Factory.jpg
Rothana Heavy Engineering Corporation
"It's back and better than ever."
Back in the days before the fall of the Galactic Alliance, Rothana Heavy Engineering was a subsidiary of Kuat Drive Yards. However, after a rather disastrous business meeting, KDY decided to liquidate the company, along with the entire planet, to recuperate their losses. What no one realized at the time was that KDY's holdings were picked up by a single entity through a small army of shell corporations. That entity? The organization that would become known as the Hutt Cartel. The Hutt who led the effort was none other than Addipos the Hutt, the mentor of Grand Lorda Vero and Lorda Petar Anjiliac.

Over the last ten years, Addipos has used every means at his disposal to restore Rothana to its former glory, and then surpass it. The orbital shipyards and planet-side factories have been rebuilt and are churning out new technologies for the Cartel every day.

Rishi
Rishi is a tropical planet in the Rishi system, located in the Outer Rim Territories. Rishi is the home of the Rishii. The Rishii are a winged species that live in nests on the mountains of Rishi.

It is the endpoint of the only well-traveled hyperlane into the Rishi Maze. Many smugglers use this planet as a base, hence the Cartel's interest. In addition to the lush tropical terrain, Rishi's surface features mountains, valleys, and swamps. Human and alien colonists live in the deep valleys, while the Rishii live in the high mountains. The planet is known for its rich exonium mines.

The Paradise Casino & Resort
The Paradise Casino & Resort is a Cartel venture coordinated by Cartel Captain Jack Tamblyn. Built as a beacon of civilisation, technologic, environmentally friendly and ecological sustainability, the Paradise is an absolute must visit for the galaxy's vacationers, gamblers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Fully open to the public, although subject to stringent security protocols, the Paradise is comprised of five stunning, state-of-the-art buildings; the Lobby, the Casino, the Hotel, the Arena and the Offices, set amongst a private island's natural harbour of azure water, pearlescent sand, and lush green forests.

Barab I
Located in the Barab system of the Albanin sector of the Outer Rim Territories, Barab I is home to the Barabel species. Filled with smoldering craters, bubbling lava plains, and steamy seas, the planet was made dark by its closest star, a red dwarf which irradiated the planet with gamma, ultraviolet and, infrared rays, forcing all life on the planet to delve underground or cocoon itself else it be destroyed. This caused all of the inhabitants to become nocturnal. The hot days evaporated all of the planet's bodies of water, causing its nights to be filled with torrential downpours and massive floods.

The planet is a inconceivable nightmare, though its interest to the Cartel lies within this very reason. The creatures that could live on this planet are captured and used across the galaxy. The Barabel are a strong and proud race who serve among the best mercenaries and bodyguards of the Cartel.

Deoro Lesersis
"Death's Asshole"
Amidst the harsh dark and murky surface of Barab I lies the infamous Deoro Lesersis prison, meaning death’s asshole in Barab. Dug deep somewhere underneath the rocky badlands, the smoldering craters, the bubbling lava plains, and the steaming seas, this prison is a maximum security facility that is used as the primary detention facility for all the scum and criminals who strike out against the Cartel. The complex is dug approximately 10 kilometers deep with a circumference of about 610 meters.

The surface of the prison is surrounded by three spires of which control the main repulsorlift and house the military-grade blast door that covers the mouth of the prison. These doors were closed majority of the time, only open in order to swap out the old air with fresh, unfiltered air and only during the night. Because of the radiation caused by Barab I’s nearest star, the prison was only opened during the night, and when conditions allowed for it. Torrential downpours often caused the doors to not be open for several nights at a time, causing the air within the prison to become extremely thin, increasing the temperature in the process.

Guards wore EVA suits that could be recharged at various protected stations throughout the prison. These stations were also used for housing and barracks of the guards, who were mainly of the Barab specie. They were also highly protected with auto turrets and military-grade blastdoors to prevent prisoners from attacking.

If any tried to escape, they would have to time it well enough with the erratic main doors that only opened to refresh the air. They would also have to deal with the numerous nocturnal beasts that scour the surface of the planet and hope that they are not found by Barab natives.

Majority of the prison is a free-roam style, though at the lower sections there are holding cells designated for prisoners who are to be left out of contact with anybody as a result of their charge. These holding cells see little light, and are little more than large cages made of durasteel.

The main facility is a free-roam for its prisoners, who find it a daily struggle to survive. While the Barab guards are more protected, they too fight for survival on more occasions than would be expected. Although each guard it outfitted with high armored EVA suits and given military-grade weaponry to stop any violent acts towards them. Although, violence is not only common, but expected amongst the prisoners.

The repulsorlift station is approximately 5 meters less in circumference to the width of the entire facility and guarded by five armed guards at all times. The warden being the only person who can access and control the lift. This station houses all of the controls of the entire prison, which also means that it is the most fortified. The prison holds a maximum of 5,000 prisoners, and had 800 guards.

There is a chute that is dug diagonally from the surface to the lower parts of the prison. This chute is used for prisoner transport into the prison. Guarded in shifts by two guards, they are always expecting more prisoners to arrive at any given time. Operated by another repulserlift, this chute does have the capability to return to the surface in order to carry more prisoners. The way to this chute is filled with multiple checkpoints which serve as the processing operation of each prisoner.

Teth
Located within the Teth system of the Baxel sector in the outer border of the Outer Rim region of the galaxy that crossed over into the Wild Space region, Teth is one of the Cartel’s economic powerhouses. With an eventful history, modern day Teth has flourished more than it ever has under the current Grand Council and with the help of Borga the Hutt. Importing many of the galaxies top-notch technologies and luxury goods, most of its inhabitants are of the wealthier side of the galaxy. Connected by both the Shag Pabol and Triellus Trade routes, Teth caters to higher end imports. These trade routes are highly protected with the Mid-Economic Zone, having three Granee Lorda Battlestations, with Teth itself protected directly by Raid Stations.

Because of its affiliation with the Hutt Cartel, its primary form of government falls within the Grand Council. Filled with lush forests, vast plains, and dense forests Teth has become more of a landmark than a vacation planet.

Grandio Chita
"Grand City"
Specifically built as a rise-to-power image of what the Cartel will be with Borga Vosadii Pronda leading it, Grandio Chita is a spectacle like no other. Commissioned by the Granee Lorda, the city was designed by only the best modern architects and engineers, as well as the highest paid military confidants the Cartel could find. With little expense being spared, the city was meant to look lavish and clean. A city made for the higher ranking members, who clearly separated themselves from the lower class. While Teth itself welcomed any and all who could afford the Raid Station tolls and fees to its scenic planes, Grandio Chita was protected by walls and large gates which allowed or denied those who wish to visit. With a shield generator surrounding the city and many R.A.D. droids securing the perimeter, as well many other defensive measures, the city was made with key protection from attackers and any internal conflicts.

The city is centered around what serves as the Granee Lorda's headquarters and home, it is connected to a state-of-the-art and highly decorated arena. Not dissimilar to the Hutt's other arenas around Cartel territory, this one is the pinnacle of modern technology. This arena, while initially made for gladiatorial bouts, also has an automatic military-grade durasteel blast dome as an additional security measure.

The city is based around the bones of a mythical beast. Speculation whether these bones are real have been subjected to rumor, although no one can disprove such theories. Many council members have secondary homes in the city, and those who can afford to live within it have not missed their chance. With the city rapidly growing, its population is fluctuating, although the maximum capacity within the city tappers off around 800,000 to one million people.

Christophsis
Put simply (with a pun), Christophsis is a gem. Literally a ecumenopolis made of crystal, the homeworld of the arrogant Christophsians is one of the galaxy's wealthiest civilizations. Naturally, the locals are very protective of their system's material wealth and extensive mining operations. So it wouldn't be much of a surprise that it's taken so many millennia for the Hutt Clans to gain even a meager foothold in the planet's ruling corporate oligarchy.

That said, the control of Christophsis has swayed heavily in the Cartel's favor following a certain woman's involvement on their behalf. If one thing is certain in the galaxy, Christophsis will always be of great value to who owns it, and as of now, that person is a member of the Hutt Cartel.

Maelibus Mining Incorporated
"We won't stop digging until we drag the Devil out of her hole."
Originally a subsidiary of [aeon]CORP., Maelibus Mining Incorporated has grown beyond the confines of its parent company and gone independent...officially. Unofficially, both [aeon]CORP. and Maelibus are under the guidance of the Hutt Cartel so it doesn't matter much either way. In fact, the only reason for MMI going independent is due to the CEO of [aeon]CORP. going missing. So the CEO of Maelibus, Mjolla Varneslan, has gone rogue and taken the company in a new direction. She's maneuvered her way through Christophsis' political quagmire and taken control of four of the twelve voting seats on the Christophsis Corporate Council.

Of course, Maelibus itself is not limited to Christophsis and owns mining operations on Bespin, Cularin, Genarius, Ord Thoden, Taloraan, Dorvalla, Af'El, Dor, and Kessel.
