Blah, blah, blah same as The Melrava attack, only a lot less inspired, and with a different story goal in mind. Both these threads are actually pretty important in regards to the Cartel's future, and participants (especially in the Melrava one) will almost be guaranteed to be a part of that story as the identity of the mystery attacker is resolved, and action is taken to make sure it doesn't happen again. This is also part of revamping some of the Cartel's assets, and creating replacements for things on the tiered rewards.
Oh and this one is more open to anyone, The Resort being a resort and all, it's plausible that just about anyone the Cartel isn't actively hunting can be present. I left the intro a little on the short side so peeps could establish themselves without being hemmed in. Go nuts, kill a bunch of mercs, and recreate your favorite action movie, or pretend it's Dead Island with things that can actually pose a thread.
