History: Anakin Skywalker, the Chosen One. He was born to Shmi Skywalker on Tatooine, making him a slave. His owner, Gardulla the Hutt, sold him and his mother to Watto, a Toydarian junk dealer. While he was Watto's slave, Anakin learned valuable mechanical and technical skills. He began to build a protocal droid named C-3PO and secretly made a podracer when he was nine years old. One day, a Jedi Knight named Qui-Gon Jinn, a Gungan named Jar Jar Binks, and a Handmaiden that was secretly a Queen named Padme came into Watto's shop. They were looking for parts for their ship so that they could get to Coruscant. Unfortunately, Tatooine was not part of the Republic so Watto wouldn't accept any of the credits they would. A plan was devised for Qui Gon to enter the pod racer that Anakin had secretly built in the Boonta Eve race in order to win enough money for the parts. The young slave boy raced in the dangerous Pod race and won. Watto reluntanctly freed Anakin but unfortunately, his mother, Shmi, had to stay behind on Tatooine. Kissing his mother Good-bye, Anakin promised that soon he would be a Jedi.
The boy had an amazing amount of midi-chlorians in his blood, more even then the great Jedi Master Yoda. Qui Gon had sensed great Force potiential in him and took him to Coruscant, where he could hopefully begin his Jedi training.
