What had once been the Royal Palace of Namadii, in all its grandeur and opulence home of the Imperial Councillor Darth Caelestis was now just an administrative building. After the collapse of the Avillion Kingdom and its absorption into the wider Sith Empire, most of the palace had been turned into the Governmental capital for the Western reaches of the Sith Empire. Bureaucrats, politicians and the dregs of administrative life walked its halls not understanding or giving a crap about the grandeur of the Sith which built the building.

Malerion couldn’t help but let out a little sneer as he watched a man bump into one of the ornamental pillars spilling his coffee over the marble, not seeming to care or notice and walk on. The coffee would stain the pillar if not cleaned quickly enough and looking around he could see no droid or organic ready to pick up the mess.

Part of him wanted to send a flick of Force Energy out, sending the man collapsing into a spasm of pain. But he had to control himself, not all of the palace had been converted, with the old personal apartments of the Sith Lord left untouched. But for how long, the extreme elements of the New Empire had yet to fully take hold of in the West, but it was only a matter of time before it was ransacked and burned by the Imperial fanatics. Today he and Ambrosia had the lovely task of making their way through the governmental parts of the Palace and entering these apartments in the search of something.

As such Malerion was dressed in a simple outfit which blended in with many of the other clerical workers running around him. His lightsaber was hidden at the small of his back, his seax under his armpit, both covered by a dark blazer. “We need to head to the old audience chamber first.”

The armor of the Imperial Peacekeer shone brightly as Commander Karn and a few dozen of his men marched into Capital of the Western Reaches of the Empire. As before on Taris and -more importantly- on Korriban, the Empire was determined to confiscate and lock up any lingering Sith artefacts. The Imperial Security Bureau's database was clear on two things in this regard: 1) This building was the former palace of the Sith Lord Darth Caelestis; and 2) that particular Sith was a well-known hoarder of ancient Sith artefacts.

What was almost unforgivable was that apparently the local Imperial Governor had relented in his duties to search, empty and send over all personal affects of the deceased Sith to the vaults on Raxus. A mistake that Commander Karn was sure to rectify immediately.

"Get me the Governor, now-" he sneered at reception before turning to one of his seconds, Lieutenant Lorso, "-take two dozen and secure Darth Caelestis' chambers immediately."

It was one thing to leave the personal chambers untouched while preparing for an ambush of foolishly ambitious Sith, but it was another altogether to leave it untouched just because you didn't need the space. Levik was going to strip the governor of his rank, titles and everything he owned. "And you," he directed his attention to his communications officer, "where the hell are those Imperial Knights that I requested?"

She was back in the old Avillion Kingdom, on Namadii. She was brought here by a Sith to begin her training years ago, and even though the place had since been stripped of more Sith influence and history, it still mostly looked the same. White walls, white castles, fluffy white clouds... it had never felt like home to Ambrosia, but it was the closest she had at the moment. She couldn't quite say whether or not she was glad to be back.

Ambrosia followed dutifully beside - often behind - Malerion, her hands folded neatly in front of her and her shoulders pulled back. He seemed irritated by the current state of the palace; she watched him sneer at the casual way in which its inhabitants toddled carelessly around the building. She wasn't sure if she understood his disdain for the changes, but she knew that he was proud of what Avillion had once been. Unfortunately, her history here was much more recent than his. She'd trained here, and met him here, and that was about as much as she could attribute to it.

Like Malerion, Ambrosia was dressed to blend in. She looked wholly unimportant, and the natural way in which she carried herself already lent itself to the image of someone whose job was to work for someone else. Unlike her companion she carried no lightsaber, having lost it to the Imperials when the traitors banished the Sith, but she did keep a pistol and a baton. Both were entirely legal to carry, and though they were concealed, they were unlikely to draw attention to herself.

"Of course, lead the way."

The two of them would head through a set of doors that led them away from the busiest areas, leaving behind the open palace rooms and the awkwardly-installed reception area. Out of habit, Ambrosia held that door open for Malerion, then a few more of the clerical workers, then followed behind.

Namadii was surely beautiful, perhaps even a place considered breathtaking, but Kalique wasn't here to admire the landscape, so the mind of the ambitious, young Knight wasn't wandering off to such banal thoughts.

The newly promoted Commander Karn had requested help from the Imperial Knights and she had been the first to answer, so she found herself approaching the peacekeeper in her signature red knight armor.

"Commander Karn, congratulations on your promotion" she curtly offered while respectfully bowing, not having seen the Commander after his recent promotion. Their last time working together had been rather successful, yet it seemed like the Commander wasn't exactly happy with his officers right now.

Kalique, having received the transmission, had immediately flown over, yet it seemed like there was some sort of commotion going on. She wasn't oblivious to the history of this building and was already assuming that the former Palace of Caelestis was interesting and vital for the ISB for various reasons, yet she was wondering whether something urgent required their attention or whether this was related to the usual business of the new Empire that tried to confiscate remains of the Sith on their territory. She was awaiting further information and his command and was ready to serve.

“Thank you Ambrosia.” He replied with a smile as he passed through the door she held open. He paused for a moment to allow the other workers who walked with them to move past so he could walk next to his comrade. Malerion smiled and nodded at people who walked in the other direction, he had the face and accent of someone from Namadii having grown up here making it easy for him to blend in with the other clerks.

Having already entered the back rooms prior to the Imperial troops arrival, they had a healthy head start as they navigated the corridors, quickly passing out of the commonly used areas and into the quieter parts of the palace, eventually coming to the doors leading into Darth Caelestis' old quarters.

A quick swipe of The Force unlocked the mechanism allowing the pair to enter, closing the door behind them, Malerion locked the door from the inside. “We head for his personal study, hopefully we can find what we are looking for there.”

Levik turned around in surprise to see a familiar face, someone who had previously saved his life on Taris. "Ah, Kalique. It's good to have you here." he was milder suddenly, owing to the history the two of them shared, but when the Imperial governor showed up, panting from a run, with an untidy uniform and an alcoholic's belly, the commander's countenance quickly darkened.

"Commander Karn?" the governor asked, somewhat cautiously, "Let me welcome you to Namadii. I am its Imperial Governor, having previously served under King Wessex." That explained his failure then, Levik thought as he shook his head and motioned for sergeant Sanders to hand the governor a datapad containing an inventory list. "You have failed to ship the personal affects of Darth Caelestis-" he called the so-called King by the name that was recognized by the new Empire, "-to the Vaults on Raxus. I am here to rectify your failures. My men are already underway to secure the chambers you have reportedly left untouched." the disdain in his words was even clearer than it was towards the Force sensitives like Kalique. Levik couldn't stand Imperial officials whose only concern was to enrich themselves, so he would see to it that the only thing this particular governor would enrich himself with is a pair of durasteel chains.

"Commander Karn, we have suspicious movements in the royal wing of the palace," a security clerk approached him. Just as how Levik was a peacekeeper whose primary post was Taris despite being born on Eriadu, so were many Imperials actually foreigners to the planets they were stationed on. It made sure that their main association would always be the Empire and the Imperial barracks, but never home and the government that was in place before the Empire. A true Imperial would always be recognized by his uniform. A simple outfit was not a uniform with which one could freely wander through an Imperial Palace.

One look at the Imperial Knight would make his orders to her clear as day: Hurry. Levik opened the commline with the dozen peacekeepers that were already enroute to Darth Caelestis' personal chambers, "Lieutenant Lorso. Supicious movement has been reported near the former Darth's chambers. You can proceed to open any locked door and demand to see Imperial Identification of anyone you see under Imperial Protocol Thirteen-Dash-Bravo."

The governor seemed to have shrunk a few inches as he endured the angry gaze of the Imperial Commander. "Have I just picked a lucky day," he unclipped his holster so that he'd be able to pull his blaster pistol from it more easily, "or is this simply how you choose to thank the Empire for the trust it placed in you?"

Malerion locked the door behind them as the two of them entered the quarters, then spoke about his intentions. Ambrosia nodded, acknowledging them, but she did not immediately follow him further. Instead, she turned back to face the door. Though the door was locked, anyone with a keycard would still be able to access the room as they pleased. So she removed her stun baton from her belt and slammed it into the control panel, delivering a shockwave of power that immediately overheated and fried the mechanisms. The door would now either have to be broken down, cut through, or unlocked from within in order for anyone to enter or exit through it. It was simply a precaution Ambrosia wished to take.

"Do you have an idea of where it might be?" she asked, moving away from the door and joining Malerion wherever he was. The old quarters of Artorgias were quite large, with several rooms branching off from the main room. Pale violets searched between them, then settled on what looked like it could be a study of sorts. She alerted Malerion as she moved in that direction.

"This appears like any study I've seen," she commented, glancing out a large windowed wall. The rolling hills of Namadii began as dense forest, thinning as they approached the castle, then shifting into brush and finally woody vines that climbed up the side of the walls underneath. Clearly, the new Imperial inhabitants were not so concerned with landscaping.

"I'll keep watch," she offered, moving to stand by the door, her eyes and ears on alert.

Still having her helmet in one hand, she threw the Commanded a quick smile in return before the panting Imperial Governor came jogging in. He was clearly running out of breath and looked more disheveled than Kalique had assumed from a politician and even without looking at Levik anymore, she knew he wouldn't be pleased.

The Governor was met with a harsh tone in response, which, given that she already knew Commander Karn, was absolutely no surprise. He possesed zero patience for such failures and obviously, she couldn't blame him. Leaving Caelestis' belonging just unattended was an literal invitation for Sith scum all across the galaxy, but this was no place for her to talk.

Instead of offering her own thoughts, she glared at the Governor in subtle displeasure with her arms folded in front of her chest, still awaiting official orders, but after their little exchange and the interference of the Security officer, she already knew she had to go. "I'll open comms and keep reporting" she briefly confirmed before she hurried off, putting on the helmet with the built in comms to stay in contact.

Already having memorized the rough outline of the Palace, Kalique sprinted through the vast halls until she was all caught up with the troops that had already been sent. Immediately, she opened the channels and reached out with the Force, attentively scanning the environment while the troops began spreading.

No suspicious activity was detectable, because she had been too late to sense Malerion's Force use before they had vanished into the chamber, at least until she picked up something interesting. Nervous, are we? Eyes narrowed, Kalique's green eyes behind the visor fell upon a cleric in the distance who immediately froze up on eye contact.

Kalique immediately strode over with confident steps, gaze fixed on the rigid cleric whose fear was clearly palpable. "Sir, may I see your ID, please?" she asked, but it was fairly obvious that despite her polite wording, he had just received an order. What do you have to hide? She wondered critically, watching him the whole time while he struggled to find it. "Any updates?" she adressed the Commander through the comms, wondering whether security team had worked out some details while she stayed aware of everything that was going on around her.

Malerion turned and gave Ambrosia a nod of his head as she disabled the door, giving them a little breathing room if they were discovered. Moving to the left he was quickly called back by Ambrosia who had located what appeared to be the study. The room itself was magnificent, yet covered in years of dust, some of the more valuable items had been removed. A socket in the wall where a comm relay had sat was noticeably empty.

A large wooden desk sat in the middle, it was intricately carved with landscaped that Malerion wouldn’t recognise as Serenno and the landscapes surrounding the Wessex estate and castle. “There.” He guessed the table would have what he wanted, moving round to the front he grabbed onto the first draw, a burst of Force Energy breaking the lock as he pulled it open. Nothing, second, nothing, third, there it was.

Malerion wasn’t after some pricey relic, or powerful artefact he was after a simple piece of metal embossed on one side was Artorigas/Darth Caelestis personal seal, the seal of the Avillion kingdom. A bright smile appeared on his face as he picked the item up from the draw. “Found it.” He said a glimmer of pride in his voice. “Now to get out without being seen.”

The pudgy Governor shifted his weight from the front of his feet to his heels and back. Levik didn't like the silence, the lack of a serious reply that would logically explain all the failures. "The Namadii administration is housed in this here palace, but where is my counterpart?" the Commander continued and noted that his question prompted several nearby clerks to awkwardly look at each other while trying their best to avoid the Imperial's gaze. "Commander Caellian, he-" the governor dry-swallowed, "-was Force sensitive, so we-" he shared a look with a nearby Namadii-local, "-acted in accordance with Lieutenant-General Din's orders."

Commander Karn could feel the anger rising as he suspected what had happened here. The Governor was a local, a former member of King Wessex' staff. He and his fellow locals had used the warmaster's decree to rid themselves of the only remaining Imperial Authority when it came to enforcing Imperial law and order.

"and what did you think," the venom in Levik's words kept growing, "-the Warmaster's orders were?"

At this point one of the clerks decided this was her time to speak up and stepped a little closer, "They killed him, Commander," she said it in such a defiant tone of voice that it seemed like the few locals that remained on Imperial payroll had completely dominated the Imperials from other planets across the Empire. "They lured him and his lieutenants to King Wessex' old chambers and executed them." No wonder they had left his chambers untouched, Levik thought, it was the perfect place to ambush and kill people without alerting the rest of the palace to what you were doing. Had the security officer just now also meant to lure Levik and his troops there for the same lethal treatment? The commander's eyes shifted to the security officer that had first warned of suspicious movement and the latter immediately seemed to understand his own predicament and turned to ran away from his desk.

Levik had already unclipped his pistol's holster, but he was also still holding his rifle steady in front of his chest with his left, so in a quick motion her shouldered it again and took aim. "For the Empire

The blaster shot hit the running clerk between his shoulder blades and he fell to the cold marble floor where he lay motionless. Levik didn't bother to go over and check and merely turned slightly to aim his rifle at the Governor before opening the commline with Lieutenant Lorso and Imperial Knight Demici; "Belay last. The Governor is under arrest for high treason and murder. Find co-conspirators. Secure the Palace for the Empire"

"That's what you came here for?" Though she didn't say it aloud, it was what her eyes seemed to say to Malerion when her eyes met his. But, if it was what he needed... well, it wasn't like they'd run into any trouble quite yet.

The door was still broken from being overcharged with power, but it was still possible to open the doors from the inside. She approached it and wrapped her fingers around the lock, pulling as hard as she could to turn the stubborn switch around. Malerion would get a slightly-amusing show while Ambrosia struggled to unlock it, and she eventually gave up, resorting to using the Force to unlock the inner mechanism.

"Shall we- " Ambrosia was interrupted by the sound of blaster fire. It was barely audible, but the distinct sound was unmistakable even as quiet as it was. She shared a glance with Malerion. What was going on?

However, it was possible they could take advantage of whatever chaos was ongoing to slip out unnoticed.

The clerics eyes widened, the levels of nervousity still rising until he finally presented his identification. Kalique scanned the data behind the visor of the helmet, finally nodding as there was nothing wrong with it. "Why are you so nervous?" she stated flatly before she slowly tilted her head to the side.

"I-" the man finally opened his mouth, eyes darting from one side, to another, to her. "Speak" she demanded, what then resulted in a lot of incomprehensible mumbling before she stepped closer, her sheer presence an apparent intimidating even if she hadn't threatened him at all. "I...I broke my vows! I couldn't...the videos-"[/COLOR] his unexpected, but apparently honest reply was cut off my by a cackle perceivable through the comms, making Kalique sent the desperate man of with a dismissive gesture of her hand.

The news she received surprised her, as they posed quite a sudden change in the course of direction of this mission, hence a frown landed on her face that was concealed by the helmet. "Understood. We're on it Sir". Finding co-conspirators though? Not an easy task without proper interrogations, but maybe she'd indeed pick up more conspicuous behavior that would actually be a real lead.

The Knight spun, her gaze scanning across the chaos that slowly began to erupt before the first blaster bolts rang through the air. The soldiers were shooting and for a moment, Kalique tried to figure out a pattern. Did this mean they'd have to turn this whole place upside down first? Clerics began to run, but as she didn't assume them to be to blame for this treason, she decided to target a different wing instead- where was the Governor's right hand? "Do you have any information on the rest of the government?" if there were inside the Palace, she'd find them...Maybe she'd regroup with Levik and go for those in charge first.

He could see a glimmer of confusion in Ambrosia’s eyes as he held up the rather inconspicuous item towards his fellow Sith. Pocketing it a moment later as the pair exited the study and headed for the main door. Malerion had grand plans for the item and even though it wasn’t a giant lasersword or jewelled crown it should do what he needed it too, a tie to a legacy.

A half-smile appeared on the Sith’s lips as he watched Ambrosia struggle with the door, he was about to use The Force himself to give her hand as the woman did so herself. Malerion took half a stride, stopping in place as he heard the blaster fire in the distance. What the hell was going on here, it had been almost tranquil in its silence when they entered the chambers, now it seems chaos was afoot.

He spotted people running past the corridor further down to their right. “Come on.” He said, before making his way down the corridor quickly, sticking to walls in case someone came round the corner with a blaster raised. Malerion’s hand sneaked inside his jacket to grip tightly round the handle of the seax, the lightsaber was a worse case scenario option.

Rounding the corner he spotted some panicked staff running towards them. “What’s going on?” He said, grabbing one of the men as they ran past. “Imperials’ they have gone mad, killing people at random.” He shouted. “Come on a fire exit is this way.” The man grabbed Malerion’s sleeve as he started to run, happy to get out of the building as quickly as possible. He followed suit giving Ambrosia a nod to follow.

Although it might seem to be at random for the clerics all the way in or near the royal wing of the palace, the Imperial Peacekeepers were merely checking identification and taking over the main area of the palace from where the administration ruled Namadii. Blasterfire was only needed whenever they spotted a co-conspirator of the Governor's who wasn't in control of his nerves and decided their only option was to shoot their way out of the palace and to safety. Because High Treason had the most severe punishments according to Imperial law, the peacekeepers had no qualms about taking out this treasonous element whenever they had to. Ofcourse, loyal Imperials had nothing to worry about. People fleeing the palace would be considered to be in league with the traitors.

Meanwhile that very Governor stood a couple of feet from Commander Karn as two peacekeeper officers slammed stun-cufs on the man and emptied his pockets to complete the embarrassment. The man had gone from ruler of a planet that took out the Imperial authority without repercussions, to being handcuffed and strip-searched in the timespan of roughly twenty minutes.

"King Wessex would've killed you all with a mere flick of his hand," the Governor hissed at Commander Karn, but what he got in return was a chuckle. "Ah yes, I remember this so-called Kingdom of Avillion-" Levik had been an Imperial since before the Sith's rise to power, after all. In fact, as a peacekeeper and member of law enforcement they kept an eye on the bounty boards and had at the time noticed Darth Caelestis' competition for the throne to be on there, in the restricted section for murder. "-but then your King Wessex' military campaign utterly failed, proving him to be nothing more than an impulsive power-hungry Sith without actual talent to rule and command." Whether that last part was true, Levik didn't know, but he said it anyway to get under the Governor's skin. What was true was the failed invasions lead by Darth Caelestis and how that didn't exactly made him popular with the Empire's rank-and-file. "Wessex is dead, so is the kingdom. The only thing this planet and its people are, is Imperial." and it was time they remembered that.

Perhaps he should have this entire palace leveled once they got back to the ship, just to make sure that lingering symbols of this Royal House and Kingdom of Avillion were destroyed. Usually the Empire made sure of it in the first weeks of annexation, but with the Sith ruling their own planets like propped up (and usually absent) Kings or Queens, some of them -like Namadii- had resisted complete indoctrination. These planets were proving to be more difficult to control post-schism and Imperial law & order wavered the same as it did here. The Imperial Security Bureau was sorely missing its Director, Val Vathra.

Deal with the treasonous elements in the planet's government, search the palace for potential Sith Artefacts and then bomb it to ground from orbit. As far as orders went, this seemed to be pretty easy to follow. Levik motioned for the peacekeepers to take the Governor away, "Get him to the shuttle and then the brig on the ISS Intrepid," his exection would be done on Raxus once the warmaster signed to official order, "Get a squadron to patrol the skies and continue swiping the palace for traitors. Anyone that looks like a local is to be detained and questioned."

Ambrosia followed Malerion briskly down the hallway, taking on a much calmer but still-brisk pace than her companion. Her eyes narrowed ever-so-slightly at the staff's explanation. The imperials had 'gone mad'? She knew it had to be much more complicated than that, but she didn't doubt that someone had been killed after the sound of blaster fire.

Before following Malerion out, Ambrosia took a second to pull the nearest fire alarm.

BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. "Please make your way to the nearest exit."
BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. "Please make your way to the nearest exit."

Now the entire building would be making their way to the exits. Ambrosia, Malerion, and the crowd of staff in front and behind them included.

"Shall we head straight for the ship?" she asked Malerion, her voice hushed as she strode forward to catch up with him.

There had already been chaos following the latest orders that included searching and questioning some of the cleric, other staff and locals, however, as the sirens of the fire alarm suddenly started blaring through speakers all around, Kalique's eyes narrowed.

Now this was a detail that just made the chaos perfect. There was no fire, so it was fairly obvious that one of the traitors had pulled it in order the escape through all the chaos. Despite Levik being a Commander and having a whole regiment under him, the troops were scattered through the various wings of the Palace, making it impossible to catch every last one of them.

Kalique let out a frustrated growl underneath the helmet before she started heading back to the Commander, assuming that on her way she'd at least get the chance to arrest some of fleeing Government worker's that had co-conspired with the Governor. The chambers were locked and searching them was a second priority now that there were still people that needed to be caught.

As the masses of people passed her, her eyes were scanning the crowd attentively, until she found her first target. Unmistakably a part lf the governing body (his uniform gave him away), Kalique wasted no time before she stopped running and reached out with the Force, wrapping the feeling man into an embrace of invisible tendrils that yanked him out of the masses and right in front of Kalique.

While he stared at her wide eyed, she was already grabbing his arm and twisting it behind his back, so that he was ready to be led away and back to the rendezvous point. As she reached Levik, she pushed him down onto his knees in front of him, saying, "Here's another one. I'll be off catching more". Judging by her latest catches uniform, he was at least part of the governing board as well and there were still plenty of offices left to be checked, so if Levik didn't stop her to give her a different order, the Knight was about to search the Offices.

The fire alarm, that was a smart idea. Even those who hadn’t heard the blaster fire, would now be making for the exits making it almost impossible for the Imperials to search and track everyone as they escaped the multitude of exits out of the building.

They turned another corner and saw the light of an open door ahead of them, a small amber light flashed above the exit sign. The crowd here was more intense, those coming from the upper levels who were initially un-panicked by the fire alarm, were becoming more so as they heard more and more stories about the shooting in the lobby.

Soon it was a bit of a shoving match to get down the corridor and out into the light. “Yea we need to get out of there, the force only knows what the Imperial scum will resort to.” Malerion replied, he wouldn’t put it past the Imperials escalating things further if it achieved their agenda on the planet.

"Commander, clerks are fleeing the palace in numbers. Should we," the lieutenant hesitated, "-open fire?" As seemed to regret it the second it had left his lips and that regret only intensified as he watched Commander Karn's reaction to the suggested orders.

"We are not the Sith Empire, Lieutenant," Levik motioned for the nearby Imperial Peacekeepers to gather around him. "Not anymore. The Governor will stand trial and Command in Raxus will send a new detachment," A newly promoted Commander, no doubt, with a regiment to enforce Imperial Law & Order properly, "and a new Imperial Governor." he looked in the direction the current governor and his escort of peacekeepers had gone.

As he said it the Imperial Knight returned with one of the conspirators and a mere look from the commander had two peacekeepers slap stuncuffs on this man as well as they pushed him towards the main exit of the palace. "No need, Knight Demici-" Levik approached her, but despite their previous interactions on Taris he kept a professional air that made clear that he was -at that very moment- the ultimate Imperial leader of Namadii. "-we're leaving," he signalled his comms officer to relay that order to the rest of his troops scattered through the palace and started heading for the door.

With the fire alarms ringing and the clerks leaving the palace in haste there was little chance to catch all conspirators, so he would have to accept that having the chief-conspirator, the King-pretender of Namadii, in custody was enough. If they waited too long the governor's friends and supporters from other parts of the planet would have time to rally their forces and attack their currently weakened base of operations here onplanet.

No worries. Once the Imperial troops were back on their ships and the palace to be confirmed empty, he would have the Destoyer-class ship they came to Namadii on fire its turbolasers at the palace until only rubble remained.

"Scum." Ambrosia repeated the word with a tickle of amusement, a light chuckle falling from her lips as she followed closely behind her fellow Sith. She enjoyed Malerion's hatred of the Imperials. What a delicious emotion. What a perfect motivation.

Their ships were not located all too far away, but it would still take the two of them time to get there. They were only able to land so close, after all, and they had to first deal with the crowd outside the castle. Ambrosia pushed ahead, splitting off from Malerion to meet back up once they cleared the initial premises.

"They will likely confiscate or destroy any remaining artifacts in the castle," she commented once they reconvened, pale violets searching his face to a reaction to the reminder. Who knew what they would do now? Whispers and rumors of what had gone on had reached her ears on her walk here. The governor had been shot dead for 'treachery'. The streets were alright on the precipice of a riot, with heightened emotions all around. It was invigorating.

Kalique was ready - eager to find and catch more of the conspirators to ship them off to trial and determined to unravel all parts of this treacherous story. She was already spinning as Levik's voice rang through the chaos, giving her a clear yet different order, which made her turn around once again.

Not that she didn't have objections, but she wasn't about to voice them, knowing her place. "Very well" she confirmed, offering a curt nod before she followed him back to the ships, actually wondering what his plan was. Leaving? No, she had gotten to know a different man, especially because Cealestis' chambers had remained untouched so far...

The Imperials were leaving while the fire alarm and the commotion prior to that had set locals and clerical workers alike into motion. The civilians were all given the chance to evacuate before the Commander was ready to finish what they had started - the orders came and the Empire made sure that Caelestis' belongings wouldn't be found anymore, burying them under a thick layer of rubble. While the Palace and the corrupt government had fallen, the Imperials had ensured that the message was clear: If you were conspiring with the Sith, you'd be dealt with appropriately. She was still, interested in what the trials would result in...
