Open Coruscant Nal Hutta A Weapons Detour

Jak for a quick moment, fumbles around the controls. His appendages weren't very posable and made it certainly difficult to to navigate different specific types of machinery that he didn't recognise. I mean it WAS the man's ship, he finally taps on the engine controls and primes the ignition.

He shrugs at Sal as the ship starts to hover.

"Enjoy the isolation.."

Sal skipped up the steps into the ship as the ramp closed up. He hopped into the pilot's seat next to Jak and steadied her up. Next stop: Nal Hutta. How they left was an important detail. If they looked like they were hauling balls out of the docking bay, that would certainly be suspicious. There was absolutely nothing to indicate that security or the Coruscanti Security Forces were going to give them any trouble, so Sal just needed to ride her easy on out.

He eased her out of the docking bay and started on a path to exit the planet's atmosphere like nothing was wrong. He would check scanners and see the readings to see if anyone had locked on. He wasn't concerned about putting up shields at this point. That would certainly be a red flag. As the ship continued on its path, Sal looked over at Jak and said, "You ever been to Nal Hutta?"

Nal Hutta, now that's a name he hasn't heard since...the olden days. He looked back at Sal as if he just came back from the wickedest vacation ever to be conceived. He snarls at the mention of the Hutt's slime ball of a planet, next to Nar Shadda, Nal Hutta was a dump. Even more so since the Evocii were ridden out and the Hutt's ruled, he evenly doubted that it was any peaceful resolution, he smirks before uttering.

"It wasssss once a population of a proud but technologically declining race, called the Evocii. Not much is heard about them since they were well.."

He looked to the side of the cockpit then back into the abyss of space.

"Hunted down. Now there's little to no traces of their kind left on that blasted planet. Other than that, I was once a prisoner there on an imperial class prisoner barge ship. A bith helped me escape but killed the others trapped within, Dioxis grenades.."

His tongue slithered..

"If you need something killed in the most painful but slow way possible, you know the rest."

Sal lifted a brow at the explanation. The Five-O was exiting Coruscant's atmosphere and the bluish hue of air transitioned shortly to brown before they completely were out of the pull of the planet's gravity and atmosphere. The massive planet in the rearview, now looking out the side windows and viewport, the black of space and the countless stars were now their scenery.

"Then I suspect this visit to Nal Hutta will be a significant better one that your last one. We're going to drop off these weapons to the Hutts, get a payday and blow out of that joint."

Sal started getting the coordinates plugged in to the navicomputer so they could make the jump into hyperspace. "We're going to make good with the Hutts. Shake hands, kiss babies, all that. So play nice." The numbers were run and were good. He looked to the Trandoshan next to him and said, "Buckle up, buttercup."

With that, Sal punched in the hyperdive, they hit hyperspace and were headed for their payday.

Jak nodded to Sal before looking into the blueish green hue of the atmosphere with a smirk

"Be weary, lot's of crime in this area."

He added as he got ready to scrounge for his stuff.
