A kaleesh arrives(2nd attempt)

[Saen Xeelas]

"well its nice to hear youre real name miss misha, i could tell you were hiding something from me the first time we spoke. My name is still no lie you can call me Smain"smain said as he leaned on the wall"this saberstaff was designed by my father but once he left, he left me the saber and told me to hunt down a jedi to finish my training which he couldnt finish, i left a son and a wife on kalee to search out one and heres one right in front of me"Smain said as he stayed leaning against the entrance of the ships cockpit.

But as he said this there was a electrical noise and the lights flickered"umm, miss misha is this supposed to happen"smain said as he noticed them leaving hyperspace and starting to shutdown. Smain grasped hold of his saberstaff preparing for anything to happen.

 

[Vilado]

Vilado waited in the darkness of space for..he stopped counting how long. He had decided to meditate, maybe instead of having an official master, the Force could be his master. He waited and then...beep. The tracker was broadcasting again. They had to be alive for it to be doing that. "Hyperdrive set coordinates for the location of the tracker." Hyperdrive beeped his affirmative and moments later they were back in Hyperspace rapidly approaching his targets.

As they approached the end of their Hyperspace journey, Vilado had Hyperdrive prep the ion cannons as well as the missile launchers. He wanted to damage the ship, not destroy it. He wanted to be the one to see the life leave their eyes. As they exited Vilado saw the frigate drifting, with emergency power turned on.

"Hyperdrive begin attack maneuvers." As the ship accelerated to attack speed Vilado took careful aim with his ion cannons, he was going to try to disable the engines. Even if they got up and running they wouldn't be going anywhere. He fired a burst as they flew past, aimed directly at the ship's engines.

 

[Veritas et Lux]

There was a small hiss in the hyperdrive room that was followed up with an immediate flickering of the lights. It must have been that blasted short in the power couplings again.

"Kriff, I thought that I had that taken care of!" Misha exclaimed.
The hyperdrive had a bad link to the power supply that had been a bothersome to her for about a month now; she thought that the last time she fixed it that it would stay fixed, but it seemed to have just happened again.

"I'll be right back- Just have to fix up the place Heh" she gave up a chuckle and head her way to the back.

And lo, as she started the babyblue back up the cabin began to shake wildly- the shields were down now.

Kriffing pirates!" she shouted, sprinting wildly back to the cockpit.

With a few switches and buttons the babyblue dropped straight downwards. Maneuvering back to behold her benefactor and allow shields to prime once more.
She wasn't the best of pilots, however she had her run ins with pirates quite a bit in hutt space.

 

[Vilado]

Vilado's shots hit home, but they had only taken the shields down. "Hyperdrive, bring her around, I'm going in for the kill!" Vilado's starfighter sped after the now fleeing ship and just as he was about to engage two missle for launch the unbelievable happened. Pirates. Four friagtes jumped out of hyperspace and opened up fire on the friagte. I will kill them, no other! Even if it means I have to defend Jedi.

"Hyperdrive, launch missiles one and two at the frigate's engines. Then set a intercept path for the frigates and our prey.

"MASTER? WHY WOULD WE ATTACK, THEN DEFEND THE SHIP?"

"Do as I command Hyperdrive."Hyperdrive beeped his acceptance and then launched two missiles at the target. He almost felt guilty, firing missiles upon a unprotected ship? He then realized how foolish he was being and spun back around to face the firgates.

"Hyperdrive, analyze the vessels and report any known weak spots in the Bogan database." Vilado sepd towards the firgates at full speed trying to get their attention on him instead of his prey. He fired his ion cannons at the closet frigate anticipating the shield going down he then launched one of his remaing two missiles. He sped past as the ion blasts destryoed the shield and then the missile struck it's mark and sent the friagte up in flame.

As he sped towards the next frigate they opened up fire, he took a hit to his front shields and returned ion cannon fire. He took down the firgates shield and a few more shots disabled it's weapon system. As the useless friagte floated through space he moved onto the next, they anticipated this and rained down blaster fire. He barrel rolled to avoid but he did not do it fast enough, he was struck multiple times. Loud beeps began to go off in his cockpit making him aware that his shields were down. He returned fire and took their shield down, he then laucnhed his last mssile and sent the frigate up in flames.

He sped back around but was struck from behind. The blaster fire had come from the disabled frigate! But how! There was not time to wonder, he was going down if he stood still much longer. He sped, avoiding more fire, towards his Jedi prey. Seeking refuge behind it's frame and hoping against hope that they would cover his tail.

Smain sood there until he felt something crash against the ships shields and the ship rumbled."what is going on mis misha"smain said with a tone of fear in his voice, he wasnt used to stuff like this since he always stayed on land hunting on kalee. As he said this he gripped his saberstaff tightly and then looked for something around the ship."Miss misha do you have a mask that allows one to breathe in space"he asked this questin because he was gonna go in space and deal with the ships on his own way and the only way he knew he could. He stood there and continued to search unkowing of whats goign around him then waited to hear what his friend would say.

[Veritas et Lux]

The Babyblue's bow was quick to meet the sight of a small fighter- followed by four frigates drop out of hyperspace.
Kriff them to chaos- four of them! She beheld the sight of what was a most confusing battle at first, they were firing upon the fighter that fired upon her. No- everyone was independently opposing the next.

"Kriff! We can't jump to hyperspace until the drive core primes!" Misha exclaimed once more- hastily turning another onehundred-eighty degree maneuver in an attempt to retreat to the nearest coordinates- a small moon no less a parsec away.

"No need for stunts, just hold on smain! This is going to be bumpy..." she hit the jump to light speed even though the engine wasn't fully primed. It was risky- considering that it could have over worked the drive core, but the jump wasn't far and left it overheated momentarily upon expulsion from the insta-speed.

Before them they witnessed the small arid orb- it was a satellite to the much larger jungle planet, but that would be too obvious now wouldn't it?

"Are you okay Smain? I'm going to land us on the moon until we shake them. Plus I need the engines to cooldown." she relinquished a great huffing sigh-

"I'm sorry, that was inconvenient huh?"

 

[Vilado]

Vilado sped along side the freighter, hiding in it's shadow as his ship exuded smoke from it's damages. Apparently his missiles had done too much damage and the freighter was limping away towards the small moon.The last freighter just hung there, watching them as they crawled away from the firefight to hide.

"This isn't over." He silently said to himself. He knew it wasn't over, the pirates would soon be calling for reinforcements and they would be flushed from the moon and killed. But not if Vilado had anything to say about it.

"Hyperdrive, follow the freighter and if they land on the moon land close but not within blaster range. Understood?" Hyperdrive beeped acknowledgment. A truce would have to be reached if the Force users wanted to get out of this mess alive...
