That's what I was thinking, although it is Memorial Day and a lot of the bigger chains hold sales this weekend too. I seem to be having storage issues, I think its memory bleed somehow.
Yepp. I work in tech, though not IT. I noticed that my memory was registering a little high, so cleaned up some files and such with PowerShell; however, my available memory is still much less than it should be.
I went ahead and hopped into the system at Admin to look over all the hidden files and such in case it was something malicious, but I didn't get anything over the course of a few sweeps and a few antiviruses from work but there are still a number of gigs unaccounted for. Its a cheap laptop, but its still a little off to me. *shrugs*
Hmmm :/ only other thing I can think of is looking in task manager to see if theres something burning up all your memory. But you probably thought of that too eh? I'm not really that computer savvy. Just thought I'd throw in my two cents.
I took a look, there was nothing running out of the ordinary. No worries haha, just griping at this point. I just finished patching up a Star Wars Galaxies emulator and the memory issue is now the reason I cannot be playing and its got me heated.
