Yes, we might be able to pull through, but the House is controlled my mostly Republicans, and most don't care about Net Neutrality, but still annoy the crap out of them, maybe it'll do something.

Well according to this CNN post I was reading this is only the first step and it still has to pass other gates to get approved. So there is hope.
