Neither of these are Jedi, but for Siobhan, I'd say twirly lightsabers from the prequels, and GoT-style for Ragnorik.

For Al, it's definitely a more practical GoT style. Really Talhoffer inspired.

I kind of write Siobhan as if she were a mixture between a Celt Berserker, and a pirate dual-wielding cutlasses, as her lightsbers have basket handles. She uses those just as much as the blades in battle. Ragnorik, on the other hand strikes me as something between a Nodachi-wielding samurai and an old school German longsword fighter, because he dedicate s both of his hands to his greatsaber.

For my Mando, it'd be more like Princess Diaries, "I'm not left handed." kind of deal.

German Longsword fits really nicely into star wars. Al's learning how to touch the blade of his saber so I can do half sword manoeuvres with him.
