should go without saying -- but ya'all are definitely sanctioned. Any Sith embassies were destroyed and their embasadors were most likely executed for suspected treason against the Republic, trial or no.
@Prudence firstables, this was for future reference, I acknowledged my fault for the chronology. secondables, I'm acting in alliance with the owner of said square. Thirdically, I meant that the Sith being sanctioned should go without saying.
Ya'll weren't the enemy after Coruscant, you always were and you can't pretend to be surprised when the galaxy is prepared to deter you at all steps. I'd imagine Germany would be pretty secure about keeping a god damn nazi embassy laying around.
The galaxy doesn't recognize you as a political entity, they recognize you as that kid who runs with scissors and eats glue and by the GRACE OF THE GODS still allows you to hang out with them. That is lore, that's not my personal opinion. Your empire was destroyed and now you're on a dummy short leash -- play your role.
Thats a little harsh. Especially considering the write ups no longer reflect the truth, as they havent been updated with IC development, same as the Republic write ups.
My point is that neither of the write ups reflect the factions as they stand ICly. There is no Grand Army of the Republic. The Senate doesnt exist anymore. Neither does High Command. The Republic is plagued with inactivity, you cant claim to have the power to extend yourself all the way to Cristophsis, when the Republic cant even muster the forces to defend their own worlds without calling on the Jedi.
That can be argued both ways, and it has. The turnout for Republic characters in the battle of Coruscant threads was on par if not more numerous than jedi, if you actually go and look. To argue that a low player base speaks for the populous of the IC faction is arguably "fair" but illogical.
The Republic is still a thing, the senate is still a thing, people have just stopped deciding to write for it for reasons I won't bring up here because this is already a shitstorm --
Being in a recession would actually be a perfect reason for the Republic to be expending resources on making sure their alliances are secure. Which, again, they are
