Your post says arm, so what Zanhra will likely do is drop the pow and block with her hauntlet. She's not going to stand still while you're attacking her arm lol.

I haven't even made my post yet lol. But yes, Zanhra's not going to notice her sneaking up, but she will notice her before she strikes and adjust her body to counter the attack.

Emils pretty close. Throw me a bone, please. :P
