Besides that, I also tend to feel really gross after long naps, like something died inside my mouth and intestines. Not sure if that's ordinary or if I'm just a special snowflake.

Napping is weird for me, or at least i think so. If i nap at a desk or sitting up i get a coppery taste in my mouth.
