May have misunderstood the post. I'm talking to him now.

I'm making the assumption that Arclight's char is right on top of mine as he's swinging the sword horizontally. So, basically as he tries to lean out of the way of the kick I'm punching him in the face before the blade can continue its course.

You realise what a drop kick is right? Not only would you not be able to punch anyone with enough force to stop the attack. You'd have trouble reaching him. Your last post placed you in the air, having to be traveling downwards.

There is no way you got out of that final attack. You put yourself in a scenario where you have a fixed trajectory. Your legs are going towards position x. Even if you had managed to lightly punch Arclight in the face, the upward sweep would still cut through your legs and you would bleed out.

I made the assumption that when turned 90 degrees that his face would facing Pluto's butt. Since he's on the balls of his feet the punch would send him spinning in the opposite direction of the sweep. I can see it grazing his foot which would do a load of damage nontheless.
