    Be sure to sign up for the Jedi first to get on the roster. You can still do threads with your character, but will be ineligible for missions or faction events until your character is officially accepted by the faction leadership.

    Nice character, btw. Sadly, were any of my characters to meet yours, it would be as enemies. Well, Ryeesh for sure. Mila... she'd be too drunk and/or doped up to care. :P

    Once you sign up for the Sith Brotherhood, we have a board dedicated to mission packs. You'd sign up by posting in one of those, following the sign-up guidelines.

    And as far as your Acolyte goes, my Lord (Ryeesh) is of a mind to take on various students. So in the event you find yourself stuck trying to flag down a mentor, she's free to fill the gap.

    Missions are posted in mission packs by the Sith Leadership, you can see them in the subforum "Sith Brotherhood Missions." They are official missions for the faction, where people sign up for each mission, and are chosen depending on who is best suited. Characters going up in rank happens all the time, and is completely doable. Though, I'd still recommend you just start out as the standard rank.
