Nope. That's the downside of a lightsaber. The blade is pure plasma within a containment field. It possesses no genuine kinetic energy. A lightsaber is -only- dangerous thanks to it's cutting power. Negate that, and it's just an ineffective flashlight. The hilt is a more useful weapon at that point. I mean, you wouldn't be pushed down by having the light of a flashlight swept across you, would you?

That, and a Mandalorian warrior is trained to fight and endure extreme physical punishment with and without armour from the tender age of eight. So in all likelyhood, you'd need a whole lot of kinetic energy to budge a veteran warrior like that.

Well, how about we make some kind of anti darkside weapon in ruusan. Your master would be ACTUALLY strong enough to tap into the force nexus there.

well the darksiders have their sorcery, why cant us lightsiders? You can enchant an item with force light, but it's bever used. So, Orphen is going to re-create and expand the field. :)

My character orphen is interested in mastering force light, as well as inventing a form of sorcery for lightsiders :)

She thinks a greek god might be able to help her out on that one. That and the source of any magic needs at least one BEARD

Well, the three Mandos that are targeting your Jedi Master are veterans, compared to the two regular soldiers I sent against Asher. So, I'd say... 45 yards? I wanted to give both of you a fair challenge. And if you feel I'm going overboard or unjust, please let me know! I'm just trying to keep it as close to a real combat situation as I possibly could.

I just thought that three veteran Mandos would be a fair challenge for a Jedi Master, and two regulars for a Padawan.
