You all also may be interested in another quiz called http://www.isidewith.com, which shows how much you agree with each US presidential candidate. It's designed to give you a sense of who you're most aligned with and which candidates might be the right ones to get your votes.

Here is mine: http://www.isidewith.com/elections/2016-presidential/1424496392

My breakdown:

I agree with...
  1. Bernie Sanders (D) on 99% of the issues
  2. Jill Stein (I) on 96% of the issues
  3. Hillary Clinton (D) on 93% of the issues
  4. Gary Johnson (I) on 79% of the issues
  5. John Kasich (R) on 44% of the issues
  6. Donald Trump (R/serial liar, racist, xenophobe) on 24% of the issues
  7. Marco Rubio (R) on 12% of the issues
  8. Ted Cruz (R) on 11% of the issues
Who do you side with? Did you learn anything unexpected in your results?

For me I was surprised that my alignment with Trump is as high as 24%. I would have assumed it was lower. But he has some decent answers on some of the questions. Not a lot, and the bad far outweighs the good, but even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I had Rubio and Cruz in the 90s. No surprise there, and glad Trump was down in the 70s for me. Also glad Sanders was ahead of Clinton for me. Basically, the survey told me exactly what I thought.

As far as compass, I cannot remember exactly, but that had me a third of the way right and slightly libertarian. I thought I'd be farther right.

Well, here's mine: http://www.isidewith.com/elections/2016-presidential/2163062134

I agree with...

  1. Bernie Sanders on 90% of the issues.
  2. Jill Stein on 86%
  3. Hillary Clinton on 85%
  4. Gary Johnson at 63%
  5. Donald Trump at 36%
  6. Ted Cruz at 28%
  7. Marco Rubio at 27%

Yeah, a bit surprised I scored that high with Trump as well. And it makes me feel dirty. And not in a good way!

Probably because trump swings left on some issues.

Also can someone show me how trump is a racist? I'm assuming it's because the left likes to twist words when he talked about illegal immigrants bringing crime and his temporary ban on Muslim migrants until we can effectively vet people. I've done a good 5 hours of googling and sifting through heaps of news arrivals claiming that he's a raceist but I think that most of them are confusing 'helping the American people' and 'keeping out undesirables' and the other articles are satire.

And on the lower end of that list, is Trump at 51% and Cruz at 41% [/spoiler

Kinda surprised with some of the results but eh I'm not much of a politician lol...

Hmmm... Granted, I skimmed some questions because I don't understand some things. Still... hmmm...

1. Gary Johnson (86%)
2. Donald Trump (81%)
3. Marco Rubio (75%)
4. Ted Cruz (75%)
5. Bernie Sanders (61%)
6. Hillary Clinton (56%)

Before you get out pitchforks, I don't think Trump is a good person nor do I support him for President.

I'm not American, and fell sort of out-of-place taking this quiz, but what the hell. So, if I were American, I'd likely vote for Bernie Sanders. Anyways;

http://www.isidewith.com/elections/2016-presidential/2165258404

So I side with:
Bernie Sanders on 91% of issues
Jill Stein on 86% of issues
Hillary Clinton on 82% of issues
Gary Johnson on 71% of issues
Ted Cruz on 27% of issues
Donald Trump on 13% of issues (only thing I agreed with him on was that man should focus to save Earth rather than to leave it, I hate the guy)
