Playtime on Velmor

"Looks like you once had enjoyed being with a Jack..."

"H-how..?", this inquisitor was starting to breach into her mind, it was only a matter of time until the truth was ripped out of her, and she couldn't stop it. Anara had heard some commotion in the background but was to distracted in the moment to care.

"Sounds like I need to speed this up some. So, Anara...", the padawan would try to lean back against the chair to avoid what the Sith was doing, but to no avail. The inquisitor pressed her fingers against Anara's forehead and the pain she felt then was 100 times worse than any headache she had ever experienced. She couldn't hold back the immense pain she was feeling and cried out loudly.

"I can either rip the information from your mind and leave you as mindless as a spoonfed space slug or you will tell me where the Jedi are hiding."

The true reason for her lying was that she very little about the Jedi outposts and safe houses, she was hoping she had fooled the bounty hunter, but it seems there is no fooling the Sith. She only knew where the fleet travelled too, she a beacon on her ship that allowed her to track her home fleet.

"...p-p-please!!.....I-I-I...w-will...t-t-tell you!!"

Jaleer had made it to the command center with relative ease considering no one was stopping him, they all had something to do and they knew that any hesitation would just cause more problems. Something that the sage was capitalizing on, with the leadership of the base most likely trying to figure out what happened and what measures to take they were sending soldiers everywhere around the base just in case of worst case scenario. So now the sage was almost outside the command center the hallway lights showing 3 stormtroopers standing outside the command center no doubt keeping it safe, the sage was not happy though his plan was going along well it seems, they were people and every time they died Jaleer felt like he was betraying for what he stood for. Yet it seemed there was no other way which pained the sage more for not being able to think of another way of carrying out his plan, now everything relied on him being able to move fast enough for the next objective if not than all of this was for nothing.

"Halt state your name, rank and identification." Jaleer didn't have any of that and now realized if he wanted to be able to pull of the disguise he was going to have to think of one up.

"Sir there is rioting happening on the edge of the base the Jedi seems to be causing a revolt, our comms are down we believe that they brought Jammers." The young Jedi spoke like he was actually in the Imperium army though it wasn't the best acting the three guards began to think on rather to allow him entrance or not.

"Again you didn't say-" The man didn't get time to finish as the sage fired his rifle at him, the other two quickly raised their weapons but taking out his lightsaber the sage made quick work of them.

The door opened up as the officers inside heard the noise from outside already their weapons were trained on him, yet the sage kicked a grenade into the room and closed the door just before it went off. Killing several of the officers inside; opening the door the sage walked in looking over at the damage he caused it almost made him want to walk away seeing the dead bodies and extremely injured man laying on the floor, almost caused Jaleer to just cry for the poor souls.

"I am sorry." Jaleer said quickly and finished off anyone that wasn't already dead, now the sage began to remember the reason for this carnage, running to a surviving monitor the sage began to swipe through views until he went into the interrogation room with the two people he was looking for, one he thought he never would see again the other was the person that he planned on getting out.

Deciding that right now he needed to act quickly for Anara's sake, it seems that Ebberla did turn dark side and actually hurting Anara which made the sages blood boil, Jaleer couldn't believe how hypocritical she is being. From a person saying we needed to find a way that didn't involve fighting too now torture a young girl that once might have called Ebberla master, it almost made Jaleer want to run down there and fight her but that would be suicide. Activating the intercom the sage could only hope that he would be able to scary off Ebberla but this was his master he knows that he needs to play this carefully or things will go badly.

"MASTER LEAVE ANARA ALONE RIGHT NOW, OR I SWEAR I WILL END YOU." Jaleer had hoped to not sound so angry but his emotions were so heighten and the sage really couldn't do anything about it taking a moment to take a deep breath the sage was ready for the next stage.

"Master Ebberla look at yourself, you told me that we need to find a different path that isn't fighting yet here you are tormenting a young girl, if your daughter saw this how do you think she will react?" Jaleer said watching the vid waiting for Ebberla's and Anara's reaction hopefully Ebberla will be angry an start going after him, this way he could set a trap for her here while he tries and gets Anara to safety.

Jaleer looked over his shoulder to see a astromech droid hiding and trying to keep from being notice but the sage stared at it with a cold look knowing what he would do with the droid would also be considered cruel.

"Just spit it out already, padawan!" Ebberla growled, there was an obvious disturbance in the Force as she felt a lightsided presence, it was all too familiar and Ebberla didn't need to guess, she knew who it was. She heard more explosions outside and rolled her eyes in annoyance.

Ebb reached deep into the padawans mind, keeping herself anchored as she pulled what she wanted. Anara will not only feel the pain rip through her mind, but through her body too. The padawan held the locations, coordinates to the Jedi fleet and they now belonged to the Inquisitor. Anara's memories now rested with Ebberla, she could see each coordinate as the girl entered them. She could see the planets as they came into view as they entered systems. It felt bitter sweet as now she could please the Empire on their road to infamy.

However, the Inquisitor was not done with the padawan.

Ebberla reached back into Anara's mind sending her into a deep slumber. The pain would subside from the padawan and all she would feel was a comforting warmth welcoming her to peaceful dreams. Ebb heard someone call her name through the intercom, "Jaleer..." she hissed, her eyes narrowed in frustration, but she remained focused as she rubbed away the Padawan's memories of her, the Inquisitor. She heard Jaleer yell something else about her daughter and Ebb sighed, not enjoying the attempt to guilt her in to redeeming herself. Ebb reached further into the girl's mind, looking for specific memories.

When Anara would awake, she wouldn't recall the Inquisitor, she wouldn't recall Ebberla, she wouldn't recall the torment she faced from the Inquisitor or the men before her. All Anara would remember would be sitting in the cell and falling asleep.

Ebberla laid down the padawan, she would finish with her later.

Her lightsaber snapped to her palm and she exited the cell. Jaleer was next.

Vosh turned quickly and looked to where the intercom system played. A man, unknown to Vosh spoke. He sounded as if he was in pain, and yet the filter in his voice sounded as if he was imperial grade Storm Trooper Armor. This was bad, not just for Vosh but for his men. He had heard commotion but he had no idea of how many lifes were lost. His best commanders were in the room where that...person...thing. He had no idea what it was but it clearly wanted this young Padawan. He turned around to the door which was shielded and locked, he quickly typed down the code into the red data pad which was to the right of the door. With a soft clank the locks were disabled and the door rose up and settled with a soft click. As the Door rose Vosh saw the Sith softly putting down the Jedi in almost a mother like care. He would have nothing to say about that until he was about to speak her saber went out, the hum of the saber all too familiar with Vosh. His eyes widened thinking she was about to get rid of the trooper who was in charge of this. At least now he was, officially. For all the other commanders who had been working up a plan to get off of this planet in a safe manner with the Padawan were dead. He looked to the saber, then to Ebb, The sabers glow softly hit her body which made her all the more ....horrifying... Vosh felt a slight ping of fear, but he held his ground and pressed his helmet on the side to turn on his com unit to speak to her.

"Inquisitor we must get you out of here as soon as possible. It is no longer safe. You are the Highest priority, you must get out of here. I will stay by your side if you wish. Would you have me call your pilots to get your shuttle ready to go? Unless you have other orders for me to follow"

The coms flair to life as Vosh heard all the commotion around the building. Screams of pain and other medical units trying to help the wounded. Vosh couldn't help but wince. This was...awful. His troopers, his friends all of them in pain or dead. Vosh had to bite his lower lip before he let out any words of anger. He couldn't let the Sith know of his pain not yet at least. But the trooper stood there Looking at the member of the Dark Council. He dared not say another word. As they stood there a squad of troopers ran past the door their boots giving the sound of armor on the floor. The Alarms also blared, the red lights flashing in and out in and out making the whole room red then black. It seemed to be something out of a book Vosh read, and yet it was all real. He had little control of what he could do right now but the best thing was to wait, and Follow Orders.

Jaleer looked at the droid thinking of a way to even the playing field, walking over the sage was quickly able to shut down the droid an grabbing all the explosives from the dead soldiers placed two within the droid right next to the door which the sage felt Ebberla would come in. The room was large enough for several officers could work without feeling cramped, there were two doors into the place, each facing each other and there was two set of computers one that was a crest moon in the center while the one in front of it held all the monitors and took the entire wall. The doors were near the back wall, the small corner where the door was near was where the droid which should hopefully stop Ebberla from sensing those grenades within it thanks to the other electronic components within it.

The sage would also place two grenades on the roof of door which Ebberla should walk through, though he won't use that against Ebberla in the fight, the propose of the plan was only to knock out the Sith lord and trap her here for a little while so the sage could move about and free Anara. Though it was a long shot it could not be helped the Sith will either take him out or he will be able to fix this mistake, either way there will be a fight one which will decide the fate of the Jedi.

The grenades would block collapse the door making sure no one walked through that door, there were two other grenades the sage had placed them near the other door so in case of a escape he could detonate them if anyone tried to follow him, but if his plan worked out he would use it to block the door sealing Ebberla in the room. Jaleer would wait watching from the monitor what Ebberla would do if she chose to bring the stormtrooper or not mattered little in Jaleers mind. All the grenades were set on a timer for 1 second just in case he needed them to blow the very moment.

"How could you have changed so much master?" Jaleer said to himself as he watched his master through one of the last working monitors, grabbing the datachip within the monitor it too later see what happened in that interrogation room, an placed it in the suits belt.

He had the blaster rifle in his left hand and his standard lightsaber in his right hand ready for the fight that was about to come, listening in too the stormtroopers talk it was clear that he didn't want Ebberla to fight but judging on how she has turned out to be, the sage doubted she would pass the opportunity to take out another Jedi.

"Save it stormtrooper the monster to who you speak too has some unfinished business with me, even if you tried to escape I will just go after you my master." Jaleer said with a defeated tone seeing his master now was painful not just because she was now a Sith but the fact that she was a Sith that has killed and murdered innocent and tried to kill her own family.

If she walked into the room Jaleer would be on the wall opposite to her where the other exit door was, staring her down with his blaster rifle raised pointing at the door, the Imperium helmet off and his tears clear for all to see.

Vosh had met her as she exited the cell. No one needed the Force to know how annoyed and agitated the Inquisitor was feeling. She didn't look at Vosh as she passed him. The door to the padawan prisoner sealed shut behind her.

"I am not going anywhere and the troops better get their shit together. One Jedi should not do this much damage." She hissed, the Force shuddered and the metal creaked around them. "Private, transport the padawan to Coruscant. I shall finish with her there." she ordered, following the Force to where Jaleer's presence was the strongest.

Ebberla took the fastest route to the command center. Simple hand waves and lock melting with the stab of her saber gave her some satisfaction she was getting closer to ringing the Jedi's neck. Jaleer would feel her presence approach swiftly just until it alerted him she was just on the other side of the wall.

Not interested in taking the extra 50 steps to the enterance on the other side of the hall, Ebberla stabbed her lighsaber through the durasteel, melting and separating a sheet of metal large enough for her to enter. Jaleer would see her saber cut across the top, then down, then to the side and back up, slicing a rectangle doorway. With a burst of energy she released a push into the slab, sending it flying into the command room where Jaleer stood.

"This is enough." she said sternly as if she were still his teacher and he had just made some very stupid padawan mistakes. "Surrender Jaleer. Don't be dumb."

To say Jaleer was sad was a understatement, Ebberla was already ordering some storm troopers to take Anara away, which put a lot of pressure on the sage in making sure that didn't happen. There were a few ways the sage, even in his not so stable state, could think to stop any buddy from leaving. Activating the comm unit with his suit, the sage knew that all the storm troopers would hear, but Ebberla would most likely not, which should help him in adding on to the confusion.

"All units the commander center has been taken out, all officers are K.I.A. We are locking down the base no shuttles going in or out until the situation is resolved. I repeat no one leaves this base until we found the Jedi and kill them." Jaleer knew there will be some infighting over orders and chain of command, but one thing Stormtroopers were good for was following orders and there will be some without a doubt that would follow this one.

Which should stop them from sending Anara off unless Ebberla does finish him, which was likely even now the sage could feel her anger from here. He knew that this few moments will decide a lot, and took a second to meditate and calm himself, which was not easy considering a young girl might be taken into a prison on a dead world soon. Taking a deep breath he allowed the light side to bath over him and build up within him, he extended his senses to see how close Ebberla was, and was shocked to find her outside standing in front of the wall. Putting up mental barriers to prevent the mental powers of Ebberla to over power him, knowing if it can to a battle of mental power his master would win, so he would do everything in his power to avoid such a confrontation.

"Damn." Jaleer said quietly, it seems Ebberla really was gifted with the force, yet the sage didn't give up hope yet.

Moving the droid slowly towards the hole Ebberla was making, it wouldn't take much effort which should keep it below her notice. Yet the sage know with her the ex grandmaster of the Jedi and now a dark lord of the sith, she would most likely feel something was off, but there was a large jump into thinking a droid bomb awaited her.

The new door would bust open flying towards Jaleer, but he will slide to the right closer to the other door, an with a slight pull and a push he would send the droid in front of the new hole, and up in the air for a second. A simple activation later, and the droid that was sent fly in front of his old master, will explodes just as it went into her line of sight only taking a second to blow. She would have about 3 seconds total to put up a force bubble if she was caught unaware of what was happening, but if she was able to move away of the hole it wouldn't be surprising, but in the end she would still feel the affects of the grenades going off near her.

But with the fact that she didn't have a force bubble up already, made it so she would only be able to put up a weak on at best with the short amount of time. Which shouldn't protect her from the whole blast, but it was all the sage needed to knock her out.

He only heard a single word before the explosion, but it was clear what she was about to say. Having gone behind the crest moon shape controls, Jaleer stood straight aiming his E75A1 blaster rifle at the new door setting the gun to stun in case he needed to finish of his master, the controls reaching his stomach.

"This is enough master, you have gone to far and as your once padawan learner I will set things right!" Jaleer with a righteous tone and attitude, though he was a bit forced the sage wanted this to end, the feeling that someone he once looked up too was now turned into the one he swear to fight. It was a complete betray of her part, an there was no excuse or reasoning that could justify it, not even her exile could justify putting those that once looked up to her and cared for her, and those that she once cared for being put into harms way.

"You were once the grandmaster of the JEDI ORDER have you no shame!? Or did you sell that too for the empty promises of the Sith?" It was all possible that Ebberla wasn't conscious anymore, but it mattered little these were questions that eaten at him in his most private of moments, not even his girlfriend knew about it.

Either it was over or it had just began and the sage planned for the worst case scenario building up the force and readying himself for whatever would happen next.

Vosh felt his heart sink that the tone of her voice, he knew if he didn't straighten things out, his life may very well be on the line. With a sault with his heels clicked as she passed, he glared at the young one. This was the whole problem,. This. Little. Jedi. Vosh looked to the two guards he had set out, and called them in to assist him. They lifted the young girl up, placed the cuffs on her hands. Vosh was more than pissed this was all going to be blamed on him. He was only a bloody private, a medic, good lord what more could Ebb want from the guy? He had fought off a Jedi, but almost lost his life, he was now in command due to the Jedi taking the commanders out. Vosh was dong the best he could. He was going to personally bring this young Jedi to the drop ship. With a grin, and for safe measure he took out a needle which had a small douse of what he liked to call. The Knock out shot. It was used for mostly painful medical treatments but this would work for her, he needed her asleep until they lifted off. He slid the needle into her neck and pressed it all down, the small blue liquid flowing through into her blood. After that he turned on his com, private channel to Ebb

"We are on our way to the drop zone. Do you wish for me to send back up to you? I can be there within 5 minuets if you need me." He then turned on the all com to talk to all the troopers, what kind of order was this Jedi trying to do to Vosh's now men. "Troopers. Void that command, the Jedi is in the command center, I want 2 squads heading there now. I want 6 squads at the drop ship. Do not fail me." Vosh lifted the girl up again and started his way down the hall, moving out of the way of some of the burning areas and made his way out side.

Ebberla saw Jaleer step to the side as the door and out of the corner of her eye, she caught the astromech and the Corellian acted on reflex, repulsing the droid away from her, the explosion certainly catching her off guard. However, instead of exploding to her front, it now exploded as it flew into the center of the room, raining with burning pieces of astromech shrapnel.

The dark woman had closed her eyes and turned away, feeling the hot burn of metal cut through her robes and opening her skin. Luckily the armor she wore would be enough to give her some protection. Though for Jaleer, the Jedi's luck may have ran out as he would have been exposed to the exploding droid just meters above him as it had flew over the control crescent where he was standing.

"This is enough Jaleer." Ebberla's voice boomed in the room, she couldn't necessarily tell how loud she was speaking thanks to the ringing in her ears, but she hoped it sounded threatening. The Force rumbled and the scorched crescent sparked and creaked as the woman lifted it and threw it across the room.

Jaleer should have known his master was far better than what he expected, at least that's how he should have planned for it, but here he was about to be blow up, sensing his master sending a powerful force push at a moments notice. Letting the force take control he began to roll as quickly as possible but of course it would only protect from so much. Yet the funny thing was the armor the young Jedi stole was a 'Legionnaire' armor which actually protected him from some of the shrapnel, yet of course two pieces cut right through the armor cutting into his skin but the damage could have been far worse.

The two pieces of shrapnel was in his back as he rolled onto his stomach, thankfully he would be able to still walk with the use of force valor. Looking up he notice the console being destroyed, thinking he could use this the sage gripped onto the blaster he stole from the dead stormtrooper, using what force he had within him the sage prepared his next move.

Yet his head was also bleeding and had several bruises and cuts all over his body, but they were nothing serious and though it would cause the sage to be in a lot of pain, it would just slow him down and not stop him. Though if he didn't get his wounds checked up soon it would end badly as he would still be bleeding a lot and it would be possible to bleed out.

"Yea master just screw you too." Was all he replied and as soon as the console was ripped off the sage picked up his rifle and shot having a clear line of shot to her now.

Thankfully this meant that his master would most likely be caught by surprise and would be unable to truly protect herself from the stun bolt, the sage would get up as fast as possible and still facing his master would use the force to open the door. Keeping the blaster rifle in his left arm aimed for his master continuing to fire out stun bolts with quick session, about 10 in all. Slowly walking back with his lightsaber activated just in case, he would walk out than began to run if possible.

Luckily for Ebb she didn't stand around with her eyes closed. Just as quick as Jaleer lifted his blaster to aim, Ebb's ignited lightsaber was ready, snapping to absorb the stun bolt aimed for her.

By then the room was now surrounded with storm troopers, and a squad had filed inside, surrounding Ebberla and Jaleer, their rifles pointed at the intruding and disrupting Jedi.

"Surrender Jaleer." Ebberla commanded her lightsaber poised to strike or defend, depending on what the Jedi the decided to do next.

Jaleer was not in a good spot stormtroopers had finally arrived and now he was surrounded, but he was a Jedi Knight so he was anything but defenseless, thankfully the pain in his back and the rest of his body wouldn't stop him from using the force. Extending his senses out an felt the grenades on the stormtroopers belts, an the grenades he placed on the top of the door near Ebberla, taking a moment to gather the force within him for a simple maneuver.

There will be two actions that happen near the same time, first he would activate the grenades on the roof near Ebberla this time there was no wall to protect her from the concussive blaster, so she would be force to defend herself from it. Also the stormtroopers behind the door that Jaleer was trying to escape from were unfortunately carrying grenades too, an the two stormtroopers that stood just beyond the entrance to door would soon find themselves blowing up, as the sage activated there grenades, which will kill or at least knock down any stormtroopers in that hallway.

Yet the funny thing was unless Ebberla made sure the stormtroopers near her, weren't blow away they would be sent into her, which would be funny to see if the young man wasn't press for time. Knowing the next part would be the more difficult move the sage would have to use force valor though this would take a lot out of him since there was little time to truly prepare. Considering the surprise that Ebberla sent him, the sage didn't have much of a choice, having hoped he could have dealt with Ebberla before the stormtroopers came.

Going down just below the stormtroopers blaster level using force valor to increase his speed, Jaleer would swing his right arm in a wide arc starting from the left going all the way around than bending his arm when it went to the left side. Making a perfect circle and killing all the stormtroopers surrounding him, thanks to the explosions they would a moment of shock or stunned from the shockwave, either shooting where Jaleer was only a second ago or frozen as their body tries to figure out what is happening. Giving the sage, plenty of time to carry out his act, though there were a few things that would still be a risk.

The stormtroopers on Ebberla's side, outside the room will find the actual door is unable to open an they would have to go through Ebberla and the man standing near her, though they shouldn't be able to get a shot out or accidently hit Ebberla and her little protection. Yet some of the stormtroopers protecting Ebberla might recover from the shock but again they wouldn't shot as the stromtroopers that were once alive would take a while to drop providing Jaleer with moment of cover.

Jaleer would swing his arm back into the front of him, though now it felt a bit sprang because of the sudden motion so it wouldn't react as quickly as before, but all of theses pains were worth taking down either Ebberla or escaping and getting Anara back. The sage would have his left arm pointing at Ebberla and depending on what she did, the sage would respond accordingly.

The Force stirred, he wasn't going to surrender.

Jaleer left himself wide open and with a swift burst of speed Ebberla shot forward, stabbing her lightsaber into the Jedi's right lung disrupting his momentary focus. He would feel himself starting to suffocate from his lung collapsing and the Inquisitor was quick to reach into his mind and send him into a world of unconsciousness.

The sudden movement of Ebberla came as a surprise but with what few seconds he had, the sage planned on defending himself with the only thing he had. Since Ebberla went straight for him, the ex grandmaster found herself in direct line of fire, from Jaleer's blaster. He lost focus unable to set the trap, now the sage prematurely went down, moving the lightsaber that was in front of him preparing for his next move, before it was interrupted. Now it would be use for the defensive rather than the offensive.

The lightsaber would activate just above the blaster which would be aimed at Ebberla's lower stomach. The suddenness of the attack on Ebberla's part will be used against her as, she will be hitting Jaleer, yet also getting hit with a rapid fired stun bolts about 15 in total. One would be enough to knock someone out 15 would make sure no matter what Ebberla tried to do, she would most likely be knocked out.

Yet Jaleer's lung would not be what Ebberla would hit, the lightsaber Jaleer would activate would move up dragging Ebberla's strike upward and with a mix of him going down the lightsaber would hit Jaleer right into the shoulder. There was nothing that would stop but, the sage would not be unconscious like Ebberla would plan, with her mental attack stopped.

What would happen now was Ebberla would continue to fall onto Jaleer but now her lightsaber falling out of her hand as she feel unconscious. The two would fall down so Jaleer would be on bottom, which will save him from being shot by the stormtroopers as they would risk hitting their dark lady. The sage would deactivate his lightsaber and deactivate it when they both feel down to the ground, thankfully, the sage would be in pain.

A pain that was nearly impossible for the sage to stay up, but he used the pain to help keep him awake, and once he caught his breath, he was sure the stormtroopers would start to close in hoping to recover their Sith master.

"Back off or... I kill her." Was all the sage was able to say saving as much energy as possible to keep him awake.

Building up the force as quickly as possible for one last force attack before he could no longer use the force. Since the entire time the sage will be using force valor too keep himself upright and going.
