Long story short, I've been eyeing up the Secrets Of The Nebula mission in the Liberation of the Arkanis Sector pack. By the looks of it every other mission there is either completed or in on its way there. I figured for a change of pace and in fitting with my continued nightmare of being doomed to forever GM my Pen and Paper games I've opted take up NPC'ing this assignment. Loco informs me that the exact details of what the group will encounter (if anything) are up in the air which I have taken on board to mean "You're screwed." Probably. If you've played a game of Rogue Trader or Dark Heresy before you should have an idea of the kind of vibe I'm going for. A nice mix of action blended with survival horror... Or it could just be a Red Herring and you're going to be evacuating some poor sods who got lost and be done before Page 3. Who knows?
Anyway, the Mission doesn't specify how many characters are to be involved. If push comes to shove I'm more than willing to do this with one, but two-three would probably be the sweet spot. Rebels only please.
Post your interest and the character you'd be using here. Just know that I'd prefer types who's first plan of action isn't to destroy everything in their path like unstoppable badarses.
Secrets Of The Nebula
The D’Anjon Nebula is very big, and largely speaking unexplored. Noone particularly expects that to change much over the centuries, but we’ll have to go in anyway to answer the distress signal that now echoes from within. Discover the source – be it a pirate trap or those genuinely in trouble – and get back safe.
Note --- Requires NPCer – Contact an FL for mission details
Objectives:
Find the source of the distress signal
Investigate ???
Return home safely
Assigned:
