APPEARANCE:
Her eyes were sly in a cunning sort of way. Her lips curl upwards like she's scheming to free your earthly possessions from your cold dead hands. Jubilee's body language reads like she knows she can't over power you with physical strength, but when you are dead it won't be too much of a hassle.
She has a slim figure and a short build. Jubilee wasn't sculpted from stone, she has more of a runners physique with impressive stamina to boot. Jubilee flaunts her short curly hair like she wakes up naturally like this, and often times she does. The one thing she spends the most time on in the mornings are her eyebrows making sure they have the cleanest lines and most recognizable features on her face. Her upper lip hosts a small white faded scar running up to her right nostril. Jubilee has larger ears that she uses to hold the sides of her hair back while also using hair clips to keep the extra frays out of her face.
She wears a crimson red jacket with one white line running from the end of the left zipper up to her shoulder and down the jacket back to the tail. Underneath the jacket is a dark navy blue blouse with black accents. She wears dark black pants and black boots with red accent lines. On her hip is a holster holding a DL-18 blaster pistol.

ATTRIBUTES:
Some might describe Jubilee as despicable, untrustworthy or vicious. And they would be right. She's fought all her life to have her own ship, her own droid, and her own freedom, and she wont let anyone interrupt her fun. As far as characteristics go Jubilee is progressive, ambitious, skilled, and genuine. She is always her self, even under the most dire circumstances. Jubilee may come off as a bit much at times, but she'll always come through on a job and deliver what was promised. She's known to go too far in times, but that never really bit her in the ass yet. And she wont hesitate for anyone, although she's got her own morals and code of ethics to live by which sometimes get in the way of the Five Syndicates plans, but she hasn't been killed yet.

PERSONALITY:
Outgoing, adventurous, persuasive, and determined. Her personality gets in the way of business at times, as shes seen as a hard-ass by her peers, but that keeps the hounds off her back. Red tape and regulations are her biggest foes. Codes, orders and tactics are all taboo in the eyes of Jubilee. Anarchy suits her just fine, but that's because she's been fighting for her position since day one, through all the bureaucratic bullshit Jubilee has been reborn into a no-nonsense shit talker with a pension for bounty hunting and smuggling. With the Systems Alliance and the Jedi Order and the Sith Eternal all seeking order in some way, shape or form, the Five Syndicates offering freedom was as much of a golden ticket as she could ask for. Sure innocents get in the way and made it all a little harder, but if the credits keep rolling in then the body counts can keep stacking up.

BIOGRAPHY:
:: "Fest, what can I say, it's cold, boring, desolate, and a hell of a great pathway into piloting." ::

Jubilee's parents were new settlers on the frozen world of Fest. They lived underground in a cold concrete building shielded away from the elements. Fest was still an industrial planet, but had suffered from major bombardment by the Empire during the Galactic Civil War. Only to then be rebuilt once the New Republic took up order again, and then burnt to a crisp yet again when the First Order invaded.

Her parents were simple people living on the fringe of society, barely scraping by to buy enough rations for themselves, let alone their three children. Her father worked in the industrial zones of Fest, often coming home smelling of poison smoke and chemicals. Her mother kept to herself selling salvage and scrap at the local markets to spice runners passing through. Her parents were both second generation immigrants from the Kijimi attack that destroyed their home planet. Of course they were had never even seen they're own home planet, but it still left an impression on them, they could now join the elite club of peoples who were left alone to find a home in this unforgiving galaxy. Fest was the only shot they had.

Jubilee was the youngest of her siblings. The eldest was her brother, named Ko-Jin, next was her elder sister, Heidi. They were able to get along even when there were seven year differences between the trio of siblings. When her brother was old enough he enrolled in the tactics academy on Coruscant, he got a full ride and never looked back. Currently pursuing a career path in politics with the Systems Alliance. Jubilee's sister, Heidi, married young and moved to Glee Anselm. Currently giving birth to her sixth child. Heidi was beautiful enough to catch the eye of a young merchants son who was fueling up on one of the landers on Fest. She moved away when she turned seventeen, apparently she's been happier in the warm weather.

As for Jubilee, well, she was never satisfied with her current standings. Somehow she always fell into trouble, whether it be stealing their neighbors old T-16 skyhopper and taking joy rides in that, or stealing extra rations for her ailing father. Jubilee could never quite comprehend why she wasn't allowed to have fun or save her father from an early grave, to her it seemed that everyone just had it out for her and her family, so she made it a point never to let anyone stand in her way. Her father passed away when she was 17. Her mother couldn't afford to live on Fest anymore with just her salary, so Heidi invited her to live with their family on Glee Anselm. During that transitional time in her life Jubilee had taken a contract to apprentice under a salvager in the Mid-Rim. She soon found out though that he doubled as a smuggler for the Five Syndicates. Not wanting to step on anyone's toes or get in the way of his lively hood, she helped him. They were narrowly caught once or twice in their 8 month contract, but had always managed to make the getaway. She earned a good bit of money pulling those jobs for the Syndicates, enough money to enroll in Vensenor Flight Academy. It was situated in the Outer-Rim territories in the hull of an ancient Venator Class Destroyer from the Clone Wars Era and had also served as an Imperial Flight school during the reign of the Empire, however, after the Empire was dismantled an old graduate from the flight school moved back to restart the training courses. The school wasn't as prestigious as Skystrike academy, but it was a flight school nonetheless. Within two years Jubilee graduated and moved on to join the Systems Alliance as a transport defender. With a little help from her Brother she was hired and flew in two diplomatic missions until she realized that it was the most boring job ever. She lasted exactly five months, three days and 16 hours before she quite and moved to find a more lucrative job in a high risk high reward field.

Jubilee joined a small freighter initiative called the "Leaf Flyers" that made trips to and from the Core Worlds to the Outer-Rim territories delivering food stuffs, medicine, and extra supplies to colonies in need. She was a simple cargo loader and when the time came a gunner on a light-freighter called "The Ando Impulse" Although the freighters came under fire a few dozen times from pirates and the like, it was still a little too goody-two-shoes for Jubilee's tastes. She new the value of her cargo and wanted more than a measly salary for risking her life for some ungrateful colonists. So one night while the ships were being refueled and repaired on a colony world the pilots were gambling as they often do, playing sabacc, betting trivial things like cargo space, money and drinks. However, Jubilee had a plan. She liquored the pilots up enough that they started growing bolder with their bets, sure she partook in the festivities too, but withheld enough to keep some sense about her. She had it out for one pilot in particular, her captain who held the rights to "The Ando Impulse".

They began playing a few hands here and there, betting with the usual commodities, then Jubilee upped the material, she initially wanted the cargo inside, see the pilots are just legally hired smugglers, they don't care about what they haul, just that it gets there in one piece and they get paid. But if their lives are on the line, they'll drop that cargo and make up the lost asset on the next run. So technically speaking no one was going to miss some cargo. In three hands she made placed her bet and gained not just her captains cargo but another captains cargo and his bid to fill up the fuel on the next depot to anyone who won, and jubilee won, so she was now the proud owner of 60 tons medical supplies, droid repair parts, food stuffs, and weapons, but she wasn't done. If they went through with the colony run in the morning, being the owner of the cargo she could possibly make an easy 25,000 credits, however, if she were to turn that around and sell it on the Syndicate market, she had a chance to walk away with 75,000 credits. So she needed a ship, and "The Ando Impulse" was in her sights. A few hands later, bartering and betting with her cargo and fuel she was able to egg on the captain to bet his ship. The other pilots backed out immediately, at most they had a few hundred credits in, but the captain and Jubilee had beef, and they were both drunk enough to bet it all in a sabacc wager. The captain pulled cards leading up to 22, the stakes were high and he had an excellent hand, he threw in a few more credits to up the stakes, Jubilee hit once more putting her total up to exactly 23, she added more and in a wave of excitement threw her cards down and won the pot. The biggest upset the captain had ever been privy too. The rest of the night was quiet and in the morning Jubilee demanded her cargo be transferred to "The Ando Impulse" and that the ship be refuled per last nights bets. Then Jubilee made her way to the captain where she order him to hand over the ship, he refused and a few punches later the two were rolling on the ground for control of the ship. The two of them fought into the cargo bay then in a sudden shock Jubilee kicked her former captain down the ramp and into the dirt. She closed closed the cargo bay ramp and booked it to the cockpit, took off before any of the captains friends could take her down. Moving as fast as the freighter could go she took it out of the system and made her way to Syndicate controlled space to unload her cargo and sell it off to the highest bidder. She didn't need much save for a ship, fuel, money and a heading. She's been running missions ever since.

SKILLS & TRAITS:
Jubilee was trained in starfighter, light-freighter, and transport piloting capabilities. Not top of her class, but damn near close enough, she was often cited for excessive maneuvering and pushing training ships past their limits but that never stopped her from finishing first. To her as long as you were alive and you finished first, it didn't matter if the ship was on fire or not.
She's got a clean slight-of-hand and knows how to navigate with a star map on her own, though with the help of her companion droid, she can resort to making on-the-spot navigation coordinate jumps, and leave the long winded light-speed jumps up to the droid.
Her marksmanship with her blaster pistol is good enough where she can shoot multiple shots and have at least few make it, nowhere near as bad as a storm trooper but not nearly as good as a trained marksman.

GEAR:
(1) DL-18 Blaster Pistol
(1) WTK-85A Interstellar Transport "The Ando Impulse"

The 60 tons of medical supplies, droid repair parts, food stuffs, weapons and freighter won. Are these items you plan to have Jubilee start with or have they already been sold to the Syndicates?

In regards to the Kijimi massacre too, if her parents survived the attack, even if they were children, they wouldn't have had Jubilee until they were quite old. Given they are human, I don't believe them having been part of this particular event fits with the timeline of her life.

I'll make the proper edits so that it flows better, I forgot to say her parents were second generation immigrants, and yes she sold her winnings to the Syndicates immediately, save for the ship. Thanks for looking this over!
