Community Moderator Applications!

Hello there everyone! We are looking for one Community Moderator! If interested, please read the guidelines below and answer the questions:

Job Description:

• The Community Moderator plays a big role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• They will be working closely with the Community Admin (@The Good Doctor) in welcoming new members to the site, answering questions, helping with the newsletter.
• In addition, they will work with the site staff to host community events on the site and on Discord!

General Qualifications:

• Well-rounded knowledge of tech, species, lore, character guidelines, and site roleplay rules.
• Active in the roleplay, able to keep up with on-going story happenings and site events
• Able to welcome new members to the site and the discord, as well as answer questions in a friendly manner.
• To be able to work with the Community Administrator in ensuring that the Monthly Newsletter is done at the first of every month.
• Nice, outgoing attitude.

• Why do you want to be a Community Moderator?
• In the foreseeable future, including the holidays, what timeframe(s) do you know you will you not be available in?
• Which qualification do you feel is your strongest? Weakest? Why?
• What's an example of an OOC conflict you've been involved in, and how have you positively handled it?
• What is an OOC situation you have been involved in that you feel you could have handled better, and if given the chance how would you have handled it differently?
