Edaara saw the flaw in her plan a little too late. The crate did not blow up in Asher’s face like she thought it would, and before she could react properly it was continuing straight in her direction. She raised her saber just in time to slash it in half, the durasteel edges still hitting her shoulders, knocking her back, and creating gashes along her biceps. She gritted her teeth. She wouldn’t have much time before Asher would be on her. He must have significant control of the Force if he could redirect a crate from across an entire hangar. She did tend to start off small, some part of her automatically underestimating her opponents.
Her saber still ignited and held in front of her, she held it at the ready, prepared to fight back anything Asher sent her way.
